One of my favorite places. Everything is excellent. The staff members are helpful in all the areas, except at the phones celling area. Possibly it was a personal experience?! However, it wasn’t a pleasant one. The number of staff was high at that time, but, it seemed like I was begging them for help. I understand it is a busy area, but if they get bored serving customers, they shouldn’t apply for a job there.

Bad customer service, waited 15 minutes to be assisted!!

Today I visited this Jarir Bookstore and purchased a large number of items. I genuinely needed support to manage everything and to identify which branch had the remaining products I was looking for. Mr. Armando, one of the staff members, in this branch, provided exceptional support from start to finish. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. What initially felt overwhelming became extremely smooth—he made my challenges feel like a piece of cake. This level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. Not professional on managing offers system . I bought airpod for 849 sr as mentioned on list price and when I reached counter I was surprised that the price is 1049 sr

Usually I dont post like this, ut there was a filpino guy who has no customer service sense. I wanted to buy a wooden peg for my kid and for the size I asked him if you could take the ohoto while I am holding the stick so that I can share the pic with my kids at home and along with my height they will get the size of the stick then he said "why sir you dont know how to take a photo" and his tone was very very disturbing.... I request Jarir to train their staff please.

Usually good gods and deals for useful things like X-BOX and undated phones but little bit expensive prices but good for the options of the gods . It almost has all gods that you may need such as electronics , phones , books , bags , art tools and even toys . So it is not a normal bookstore .

I Recently, vist Almasif Branch JARIR BOOK STORE, to buy laptop & as well pc but there one Saudi sales man,his name sattam. Ignoring me attention for female , coustomer because when I saw salesman sattam I think he loves only female coustomer attend not male coustomer, & attitude attend very behave speaking language. I request jarir mangement please give me training to speak to customers & specialy attend all coustomer not only female coustomer. from behavior i quit buy in Jarir book store.very wrong service sales man. He don't care Coustomer he care only female. Sorry to say this for jarir book store mangement, but it's honesty I'm saying zero stars.

Worst service center even they should have fixed my water proof seal and they didn’t and now I have another problem

It was my first and the last purchase of anything from Jarir. It was the worst experience. I ordered online a laptop and I picked it up from the North Ring road branch exit 6. When I went home and opened it, the seal was broken of the box, and the charger was full of dust and laptop too. After complaining. They asked me to come back to the branch, and then I was told that it was a display piece. No one told me at the time of pick up. I asked for a replacement with the other model. Then the representative said you both it on discount and you can only return it if you want other product you have to pay full amount. Because the offer was the end a day before. It was a waste of time waste of money and no one even apologised to me.
