Went here cause my lower back. Couldn’t move. They gave me a shot and some pain meds. Charges my insurance 12,000 dollars. Health care is so scammy

Absolutely horrible. We waited 5+ hours for someone to see my daughter about her injured arm. The doctor saw us for 5 minutes, told us she didn't have any diagnosis, never treated her, and told us we needed to see another doctor. Completely embarrassing medical service. I will never go back to this place for any reason.

This is absolutely atrocious. Waited for over 6 hours starting at 12:45am before just walking out. There were 5 people in the lobby when we arrived and was told that we could expect to get pulled back in fairly soon. Will not come here again.

I was waiting for 5+ hours just to get seen not just me everyone else who was here before me had to get there vitals redone cause they were here so long. This use to be a good pres to go to but this is the second time in the pass 5 months where it took me hours to get checked I don’t know if they got new staff but if they did they are not doing a good job.

This place it’s awful. The wait was over 5 hours. The staff let people sit there without a mask on, coughing, hacking, etc. This place is poorly run.

I guess it's all about when you go in. Emergency Rooms are all going to have a long wait time if it's a weekend and if you have no understanding of patients and patience. I understand my limitations with waiting in lines and that's why I picked an unordinary time that was better for me (5:30am). No wait, staff was nice even though it was about end of shift for them. I was still there for 4 hrs but I had a full workup done. Best & worst experience I've ever had in an ER. PresNow was great but finding out I that I have clogged arteries was the worst.

Nice people! Yes a little slow, but it is an emergency room. Gotta remember that. But I am happy.

Wait for 5 hours for a simple stitch of a cut. Horrible will never use again.

Don't waste your time here. Just go somewhere else. You'll just wait a long time more than the usual wait.

Many thanks to Dr. Hyden, Robin (triage RN), Casey (RN), Kyle (paramedic), and Michael ( Rad tech) for their kindness and expertise- I know they had critically sick patients but they went out of their way to spend time on my issue (especially Dr. Hyden) and make me feel like I was their only focus. I am blessed to have PresNow nearby.

WORST urgent care ever!!!! Waited forever for my son and ended up leaving... just go anywhere else.

Staff members orders door dash for a party of 5 and only tips $2. Smh

A year ago I came here with severe covid. The staff was kind and professional to me. I was seen right away (around midnight). Here I am again with covid, smaller symptoms, and even with new faces they are still wonderful. This is the only place I'll go to get checked out if I have a choice.

Don't waste your time here! I waited 6 hours to watch at least, 12 people go in front of my son who was curled up in a ball in pain and we were never called back!
