Been coming here for about 6 months and honestly am really happy I decided to join. I've never been part of a gym before and honestly was very intimidated about the entire process but they people here made it super easy to get started and as a bonus the LGBT owned which was important to me. The trainers really helped me meet my fitness goals and just how to get started and with my form. The facilities are like brand new, clean and never super crowded. They have showers and lockers as well which is perfect in the mornings to get in before work They have lots of great amenities and are starting up group fitness classes with yoga and military style calisthenics. They even have facilitated stretch therapy to aid with muscle recovery and some great fitness products and supplements available through 1st Phorm. I'm really happy with my decision and if you're looking for a new gym I hope you give this one a try.

cool gym. friendly service. I love destiny and Allen. our personal trainer Jeremiah has really helped us get to our goals. I love how you get tons of services under one roof to such as getting any type of injections from lovely Rhoda or Melissa, 1st phorm supplements, hydro room, and even a pose room for preparation for upcoming shows

I recently joined the gym back in October and have really enjoyed the gym. Everyone that works there has been extremely welcoming. I especially like that they offer personal training. All the equipment is in excellent condition. If you’re looking for a gym definitely check this gym out.

Such a great gym , friendly staff , and friendly people , definitely recommend ,Friendly environment and very aesthetic. My favorite gym I’ve went to so far. Also , Allen always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed ! Definitely a place to go where you can feel comfortable and motivated!

I hesitate to write this review because I love how private this gym feels! It's an absolutely beautiful space with incredible equipment and friendly staff. It's a boutique gym for sure, but with a down to earth community vibe. I love coming here for the accessibility to really great equipment, the welcoming and helpful staff, focused members, and overall cleanliness. You can find excellent personal trainers here. There is a new group fitness class area and posing room in support of a variety of fitness goals. For balance in this review, the hours are more limited than a big box commercial gym, and you won't find endless rows of cardio equipment. I find the pros far outweigh that and I look forward to seeing new faces!

Honestly, probably one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to. This gym is just small/big enough where people aren’t stepping on each other. Every single one of the staff members are approachable even when they have clients. It’s a small gym, but it offers a lot more than a big commercial gym!

Best gym in Albuquerque! (trust me, I’ve been a member at one point at every gym in town). Like another review said, I love how private this gym feels. While it is busy, its never overcrowded. Quality folks go here and workout here- people who are serious about their workouts and making progress. That said, people are kind and respectful and the culture here promotes and protects that. The staff are incredible. They know your name, know your goals and everyone from front desk to trainers to owners could not be nicer or more genuinely kind people. Favorite part? Facilitated stretch provided by Kaleb. Book one today. It is the #1 thing that has made a difference in my recovery across tough months of training. Facilitated stretch is a total game changer.

This is such a good gym, I’ve always felt so welcomed by the staff. I love working out because of the incredible vibe this gym has to offer. 100% recommend. Allen is such a welcoming person, who makes you feel excited about working out.

I've been going to Absolute fitness for about 2 months now and I love it. All are welcome! Great atmosphere, always clean, the equipment is great and the trainers are very helpful. They also have a wonderful posing room for anyone preparing for bodybuilding shows. I would definitely recommend Absolute to anyone who is looking for a new gym.

If you’re looking for a clean facility with nice staff this place is for you. Not only Do they have new machines but the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve had my fair share of different gyms,but there’s nothing like Absolute Fitness! Favorite Gym in Albuquerque!

Out of towner here, who uses gyms when I come for business projects... Absolute Fitness is the best facility I've seen in ABQ. Very friendly and supportive staff who is easy to approach for any equipment questions you might have. I've also been suffering from a shoulder issue and the new trainer Jason was happy to go over the options with me to help ease the pain and gave me a few great alternate exercises as well that I can add to my routine to strengthen the supporting muscle groups. New management team who is clearly in the game and wants to provide ABQ with the best fitness resource in town. Give them a shot. Very nice & capable people.

I love this gym! The people are always friendly and greet you by name. The training staff is very knowledgeable! And the gym is always clean!

I don’t have enough words to express the gratitude that I have for Absolute fitness and their amazing staff!! I have grown physically and mentally since signing up with this life changing gym.
