Had an emergency visit at Albuquerque ER and Hospital this week. From the moment we set foot inside these people were absolutely the VERY best. From the receptionist to the ER staff. Thanks to Dr. Foster, Deanna, Albert, Stacy, Kelli, and several others that I did not get names. They are professional, kind, caring and capable. Other "urgent care" facilities can learn a lot from these wonderful folks. . Heart felt thank you to all of the good people at Albuquerque E R & Hospital on Montgomery.

It sounds ridiculous to say we had a great experience at an ER/hospital because, well, my husband was extremely sick and who wants to need an ER? HOWEVER, we had a great experience. Within 10 minutes we had been checked in, seen a doctor and an IV had been started. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. They provided excellent care for my husband and even called the next day to check on him. Hoping we never need to go back but if we need emergency care in the future, this is where we will go.

There was no wait and the front staff was very helpful. I couldn't stand and she sat next to me while I filled out the paperwork. I was taken right back, given a large clean room and a fluffy blanket. The nurses were quick and listened well. I was set up within 30 minutes of arriving. The doctor was thorough and made sure to communicate everything clearly. I had to stay overnight and was checked on regularly. My nurses were so amazing and I wish I could hug them both. They really helped make the whole experience easier and more comfortable.

I arrived around 1 AM on 9/10 in need of some help. Without too much detail about the reason for being there, I will say, I was very nervous and scared to be there. Each staff member was friendly and professional. It’s amazing when you are able to experience both quality and efficient care within the the medical realm. Again, everyone was great. I want to give very big thank your to the nurse there, but I cannot remember her name. She was a lifesaver. Serious in all the right moments and fun/professional when things started to get better. Huge thank you to the Doc that was there for listening to me and take care of me during my visit.. and thank you to the guy who checked my vitals as well. You all have a great team going. Only 5 star review that I hope I never have to return to. Thank you all!

Nurses and staff were phenomenal! They took amazing care of me during my stay. They got me in and out in no waiting for a bed in the waiting room. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable. I couldn’t ask for any better. I’m glad that they opened this location so I don’t have to go across the city. I will be using this facility anytime I have to go to the emergency room. They have an MRI and CT machine so it was perfect.

Very unprofessional front staff. They don't even bother to mention that they don't take medicad when u give them your card. Just expect you to wiat and then say you can opt out of testing and treatment. I understand it's a er but patients don't need surprise bills.

Short wait time and provided my husband with excellent care. Armando and Kelly were professional, knowledgeable, and experienced.

Albuquerque ER is the only ER my family will ever visit. It’s an extremely clean, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful environment! So happy that there’s now a 2nd location closer to us ❤️💙

It is an amazing micro-hospital! Truly Gaby was so sweet and had amazing bedside manners. I highly recommend them but remember they just opened and are working through bugs.

The hospital was extremely clean. I was seen right away. The technician's, nurse and Dr. were extremely polite. They explained everything in detail so there were no surprise of what to expect. I was in and out within 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Best ER visit ever!

I recently visited Albuquerque ER and Hospital for chest pain and received exceptional care. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explain potential causes, and conduct necessary tests. They checked on me regularly, showing genuine compassion. The professionalism and expertise of the team at Albuquerque ER and Hospital made a positive impression. I highly recommend this ER for urgent medical attention.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was seen very quickly. The staff are all very competent , comforting and uplifting. They look at you as a whole person and not a body part. Dr LISTENED! Developed a good plan. I had ro be admitted. Private comfortable rooms and visitors are welcomed anytime. I received training from competent nurses and was able to continue my care/ infusion therapy in my home. I have had 2 pleasant experiences ; 1 at each location and I am certainly a lifer! And BTW if you have to drive there, 24 hour security to watch over your vehicle. Highly recommend. H not only for hospital, but also for hospitality and home when you have to be away from your home

Going in I had no positive expectations given my prior experiences with urgent/emergency care. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be. The facility was clean and felt safe. The staff were so kind and helpful. Nurse was helpful and very kind, and my doctor's bed side manor was incredible! No one likes needing to go to the ER, but if need be, this should be a first consideration.

I had such a great experience here from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was greeted and taken back almost right away. The nurse took all of my info and the doctor came in in a timely manner. They did blood tests, an ultrasound on my knee and more test and had me out of there very quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you for taking care of me!!

The staff is so extremely helpful and welcoming! Spent all day there and they took very good care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been to all of our Albuquerque health systems, ABQ ER and hospital are by far the BEST.

What a pleasant experience. I went in with an injured shoulder from slipping on the ice. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. The facility has a full staff including doctors nurses and a full radiology suite with MRI. I will be back and recommend them to friends.
