Am compelled to revise my review on this particular facility. Easier to enroll than exit here. Having a terrible experience when wanting to cancel. Billed for two extra cycles & no word from owner on refund/cancellation after following up for weeks. Think twice before signing up.

I just moved in an area of town close to this facility and wanted to try it out first before I officially sign up. You have an option online to try it out “FREE” for (7 days). The representative was basically forcing me to pay 90 dollars and also said I couldn’t use the facility on a guest pass to keep members safe from prospecting members that might have came from out of town that may have covid? Which makes no sense because “members” can also go out of town and “unfortunately” contract it as well. Members aren’t exclusive from contracting the virus. I’m also vaccinated and get tested every two weeks for work. It was to early in the morning for me, so I digressed and contacted SEBRANDS consumer relations department, and they informed me they’ll be contacting the owner of the facility because it’s an independent contracted location. Also, for construction purposes, If the staff wants to generate more (sales) (I presume eft, I get it $) memberships the most efficient way is to build value within the brand, the facility and the accommodating of my (or others) fitness needs. Also, saying prices over the phone should be a no-no as well… invite prospecting members into the gym to see the facility, give a tour, ask what my fitness goals are, when the last time I worked out? Along Those lines. Not just spilling numbers and not allowing people to not use their guest passes. Prospecting members should’ve even know about prices of anything until there are no rebuttals on they’re needs being met. Just my unbiased advice! I’m disappointed, because I wanted to try it out today, but I’m an optimist and a positive person, so I wish you all nothing but success and the accomplishing of your goals and dreams.

My home gym came under new management so all my friends and I are looking for a new place to call home. I bring two friends in the same day and have them SIGN UP, online. I get a call accusing me of training them. I explain politely and with respect that I am NOT training anyone. And then. I get banned, under a false assumption. No warning, no reasonable understanding. just straight banishment. Fine gym to attend ALONE but dont bring your friends and family. It’ll get you in trouble.

Love this gym! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This facility is extremely clean with a great selection of equipment. My trainer Mino is the BEST!!! He can help you work around any physical limitations to help you reach your fitness goals no matter your age. I highly recommend THIS gym. You will not be disappointed. Wouldn’t think of going any where else. A gem in NW Heights.

I've never been so ignored and disrespected , no feed back , my 1 hour training did nothing for me , I recently lost my mother , and they had no sympathy , I had no internet in the mountains where my mother recided so therefore I could not freeze my account, the owner in the 3 plus weeks never introduced himself, I had to be the one , omg really , bad business for such a poor gym , I recommend go elsewhere..its best 👌

This is the best gym in Albuquerque and possibly New Mexico, and you cannot convince me otherwise. I signed up 6 months ago and went from 200 lbs and minimal muscle to 143 lbs and toned. The owners that I've interacted with Mino and Briana always making sure everything is clean and everyone is happy. Because of this I'm always looking forward to my next workout

I’ve been going here for a while now and it’s the perfect place to work out with amazing customer service, good equipment and a nice comfortable layout. I like that it’s not huge and overwhelming like some gyms I’ve seen.

Great facility with many great pieces of equipment to choose from. Definitely the cleanest Anytime I have ever been to and I’ve been to over 20 Anytime Fitness locations. I can say this is the cleanest one and has the most options as far as equipment is concerned. The staff is amazingly kind and knowledgeable, and the vibe in the gym is out of this world! They mentioned cancellation with the franchise billing company had some technical issues recently but they have been resolved. I thought they offered an 7 day trial however this location only does a 1 day trial, and that’s all I needed to know this was the place for me. All in all I highly recommend this place and suggest you check them out 💪

I just go here occasionally with my boyfriend and each time I’ve gone I’ve paid the membership fee. I assume that if they’re having trouble processing a card, they call you to correct it since you leave your contact info on the sheet. Happened to me once before, and the first time the numbers were right. It just didn’t go through for some reason because my bank flagged it. But once approved, it worked fine. This second time that it’s happened, I got a new card, and I accidentally wrote down the wrong number for the last digit. After clarifying that and correcting the number on the phone, the card goes through, but for some reason the employee felt the need to still clarify what the last number was wrong… when I already clarified the mistake. No they still need to say “just so you know, the last number on your card is this, not this, okay?” Yes. I know. I told you what the right number was. No need to be condensing about it when I obviously wrote down the wrong number. This person even had the audacity to question if I’ve paid in the past! Yes. I paid in the past. Shouldn’t you already know that? Do you not have a record of that? That sounds inefficient and is definitely a problem since you had to question me on the phone about it. Wanna know how to prevent this from happening in the future since you’re so clearly annoyed by it? Adopt a digital method of payment for guest at your facility. 🤗 it’s 2023. Get with the times of secure digital payment. Don’t want to do that? Then don’t be a jerk on the phone. 🙃 Especially when I can’t answer your calls in the middle of my work day because I have a plethora of meetings. Won’t go here again since the way they choose to operate for people to pay for a guest pass is annoying to them and they feel the need to be a jerk about it.

Very pleased with the cleanliness, equipment, Stephen and availability. While there are others in the gym it still feels like a home gym.

Quiet, uncrowded location. A lot of equipment including stuff you can't find at planet fitness. The equipment has been well used but is all in good equipment. All members try to keep things clean.

What a great gym! I can't express strongly enough how much we enjoyed this gym. We were in from out of town and stopped in for a little post-thanksgiving workout. The staff was great; Briana and Tanya were super helpful. It was like we were regulars there. They gave us a quick tour to make sure we were comfortable. The machines, cable units, free weights and cardiovascular machines were all modern, up-to-date and in good repair. All of the exercises we normally do were avaliable, whether free weights or machines. They even have a full range of kettle-bells, from 5 lbs to 84 lbs.The whole place was very clean and, while there were people there, it didn't seem too crowded. This location, instead of huge, dirty, cold locker rooms/showers, they have several single-person unisex restrooms each with a beautiful tile shower. The showers were populated with a hand-held shower head and a dispenser for shower gel, essential oil shampoo and (what seemed like) a pretty good conditioner. I look forward to coming back to Albuquerque to come work out here again. THIS IS THE SINGLE BEST ANYTIME FITNESS LOCATION THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!

Very nice gym! A wide variety of equipment, very clean, and friendly people. The fact that it is open 24/7 is a huge plus for me because my schedule changes frequently. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness!

This Anytime Fitness is very clean and well maintained. The owners are also really great people and clearly care about their members. I had an account freeze situation and one of the owners made sure to make it right for me and never left me hanging. Great place overall!

Recently tried to set up a tour for a 7 day trial, that they are advertising at my work. Was told they don't offer a trial after signing up and setting up an appointment. Not sure why you would advertise something you don't offer, but doesn't seem like they want to bring in any new customers with their false advertising.

This location is kept in flawless condition. The staff is very friendly and are often seen cleaning and otherwise maintaining the facility. The owner is seen daily, which shows members he makes an effort to make his facility the best it can be. The cardio equipment was recently replaced which greatly improved the overall aesthetics of the gym. The private private showers/bathrooms are a nice touch in comparison to the locker-room-style bathrooms at other gyms in the area. Overall, this is a clean, well-maintained, and moderately-priced gym in a great neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone!

I love anytime fitness, it’s smaller than other gyms, yet has everything you could need, and best yet open 24-7. The different locations also have different equipment. One location even has a tanning bed which I will soon take advantage of..

I posted that after 6 years I was going to quit anytime fitness. The owner called me up and we had a great conversation. All is well now and I am glad I am staying. Great gym. Great owners

Impossible to get ahold of them to cancel your membership. If you’re military and deploying, good luck getting rid of this.

Good gym, it's small but has everything you need. Workers and members are very friendly. Love this gym and also very clean.
