Charles White Park

Tourist attraction Park

👍👍 I stopped by this park for a quick pit stop and was impressed. There were a couple of ladies enjoying lunch in the covered picnic area, a guy getting in a workout on the machines, and a couple of people watching their kids in the playground. It was overall clean and bright. It felt quite peaceful... People often mention park,

I stopped by this park for a quick pit stop and was impressed. There were a couple of ladies enjoying lunch in the covered picnic area, a guy getting in a workout on the machines, and a couple of people watching their kids in the playground. It was overall clean and bright. It felt quite peaceful and safe. There is a huge open playfield space in the center. I'm guessing this park is more focused on exercise and team games due to the minimal shady areas, the big field, and the exercise equipment. It is a very chill park at midday and would be a good spot for a quiet picnic lunch.

Cute playground with swings and restrooms. Plenty of tables, but usually people drinking alcohol at the tables, no kind of police presence the entire day I spent there with my daughter. Theres a market at the corner with great hot food & and an enclosed patio to eat at.

Nice park. The neighborhood is so so but the park is decent. Play area for the kids (closed due to Covid), shaded picnic area and a lot of well maintained grass.

Beautiful park. Grown men yelling at each other on the playground. Not a fan.

After a six mile walk, I stopped here on the way back to where I was staying and found this beautiful and shady park with many amenities such as restrooms, benches, workout equipment, picnic areas, etc. Plus the people enjoying the park were nice and spoke.

Nice small park. My older daughter grew up right across the street. It's changed a bit but still has that cozy feel.

Beautiful park. You do get a share of homeless people but they are only there to kill time and won't harm a sould.

The people are great monday to Saturday. It's this Sunday crew that are playing loud music and drinking all over the park.

The field is a great place to host games. When my school's team played at this field, it was a nice, spacey to watch the game! The bench areas are shady and it's a wonderful park to take a nice stroll!
