Cute little park. It has double baseball field. It also has double play ground. One for 2 to 5 year old. The other is for older kids. There is also an entrance for a hiking trail. We went on an early Sunday afternoon for a picnic. There weren't many people there. Kids also had fun at the playground. We would definitely hang out there the next time we are in the arra

Nice expansive grassy area, good playground for kids with safe climbing and activity jungle gym. Swings! FIRST ever Easter event was well attended and fun! Looking forward to more local events hosted there.

It's a big multi-complex. View is spectacular. It's got a large gym, baseball diamond, tennis courts, horse stables, two large children's play grounds & more. There is more of hardscape than landscape near children"s playground and gym. This place would easily be rated as five star facilities except children playground floor cushion. Be careful for your little kids because the playground barks maybe stick to kids" shoes and pants.

The pool cancels without notice with only limited hours. Suddenly no lap swimming this year with no prior notice to the community.

Great little park at the foot of the Angeles National Forest. I really didn’t want to review it because I don’t want crowds, but that’s unfair to such a great park. I stumbled upon an After Dark event tonight and the band is killing it! It’s a shame the people here aren’t clapping after any of the songs. I really want to yell out loud to this large crowd to clap like it’s their kid at a recital!!! Geez 🙄. That bass man is on 🔥! I digress, this is also one of the places you can catch the beginning of one of the many beautiful trails in the nearby forest. Please pack out what you bring in. Oh snap, that drum solo just blew me away! Also, I never claimed to be a great photographer, sorry. I’m not getting any closer during this summer COVID surge with all those kids for better pics.

Always nice and quiet. No playground but there is lots of open space and even better when the occasional horse is there.

The rec center has activities that serve the needs of the community. Management engages the community for feedback on various issues.

What a wonderful experience we have been working 💪🏽 at this park. Park after dark teaching cooking classes to the youth and young adults. Thank you 😊

The Altadena Farmer's Mkt is here on Wednesdays starting at 4. There are custom made soaps, hummus/dips in remarkable flavors, homemade bread, custom seasoning blends and salts, to mention a few of the very unique vendors and products at this market. The fresh produce - fruit, greens, herbs - is the best and this market does not disappoint!

A Very nice park clean and peaceful for the most part. The city keeps it clean.

It has been a long time since I was here. Even with the newer apparatus, it is a sorta park for picnics on the ground. I saw 2 picnic tables with covering. It's near the mountains , so understandably no barbecuing due to fire risk. Children can become bored with limited apparatus to play on.

True American community spirit! Weekend visit is relaxing and uplifting in supposedly ordinary. Recommended.

Love hanging out in this park with the nicest equestrian center around the area - good footing, raked regularly and watered daily to keep the dust down by LA County park personnel. Also features lighted tennis courts, covered picnic pavilion, and public restrooms. Home to Wednesday's weekly Altadena Farmer's Market.

. Nice park but not a great area for a family gathering if you have more than 20 people

1 of the greatest parks I've ever been too. Many of activities for the kids & adults to participate in. Great place to be, never a dull moment. 1 of the best parks in the LA region.

A nice large park with facilities for many type of exercise or physical fun. The north side has an equestrian rink. A nice place to take the kids or walk the dogs. Be careful there at night.

👍👍 I stopped by this park for a quick pit stop and was impressed. There were a couple of ladies enjoying lunch in the covered picnic area, a guy getting in a workout on the machines, and a couple of people watching their kids in the playground. It was overall clean and bright. It felt quite peaceful...
