Me and my husband went to this park in Altadena and we love it. The park is clean, and the ambiance is perfect for us. It has it’s own solemnity even though there are other people in the park playing, chatting and kids running around still me and my husband enjoy our time. We had our little picnic there. They have grillers that you can use to cook/bbq and have enough tables to sit and eating spots. The neighborhood is very disciplined, has a lot of possible spots to park around the park. We will come back again to sit and relax in this park.

Clean, beautiful, peaceful and green with gorgeous views of downtown LA, Long Beach and the Pacific Ocean. That's what you call a day at the park!

It's amazing to see five and eight year olds playing baseball. But when the batters wear helmets and they don't have the kid who squatting down behind home plate wearing any protective gear not even a mask. With a grown man pitching. And all the people watching including the coaches think that's safe. One person even commented well they're not throwing 90 miles an hour. So why do the batters wear helmets? These people are just irresponsible idiots every one of them!

Time today I celebrated my birthday here and there was live band playing . People were dancing having fun very peaceful part a lot of sheriff so it makes everything so safe. Great place to celebrate a birthday party . I believe you have to get a permit before you have a party .

The park is really nice after its recent repairs. The new playground is much better and there is plenty of space for kids to roam and enjoy nature.

The atmosphere is friendly and has lots of space for families. Two ball fields and an amphitheater and a playground for kids. Lots of picnic tables. The park crew that takes care of the park are friendly and responsive. What's not to like?

This has been my favorite park for over 50 years. It is wonderfully maintained and has lots to offer. Summer concerts are the best. We never miss one!

Wish the children's play area had better equipment. Very limited for the little ones. Otherwise very nice, clean park.

Farnsworth Park playground area has had an amazing transformation! The climbing structures were kid friendly and age appropriate with proper coverings. The modern Merry go round was inviting with a clever new design and a hit with the parents and the children. The swings were modern. And the soft surface provided a safe environment and made it easy for non, new and experienced walkers to maneuver. Great job

Good place to play pickleball. Many friendly players. Clean courts. Restrooms are close to courts.

Didn't use any of the facilities, just a place to park and eat lunch under a shade tree.

👍👍 I stopped by this park for a quick pit stop and was impressed. There were a couple of ladies enjoying lunch in the covered picnic area, a guy getting in a workout on the machines, and a couple of people watching their kids in the playground. It was overall clean and bright. It felt quite peaceful...
