Very sad to walk in one-and-a-half hours before closing time to be told by staff they are already closed while those same staff are sitting with their friends eating.

Bad experience. Few staff doesn't look interested in preparing sandwiches.

I'll be completely honest here. Didn't eat a sandwich but had a cup of abysmal coffee. The food has always been excellent at Subways so no shame at all. But I wouldn't take recommend the coffee 😉

I am quite unpleased with my experience. On a Sunday evening at 7:30pm I enter the restaurant hoping to order a subway and to use the toilets. Unfortunately, the employee denied me accessing the toilet for the simple fact that he had already cleaned them. I'm sorry but the restaurant closing time is 8 O'clock not 7:30. I decided not to eat there. Very impolite to deny such thing.

I would say if this particular subway has new employees have them not make the customer feel stupid. I know exactly what i want and am very clear as to what i want to order. Employee just asks what i want even after i just said it. Plus the new subcard app is absolute horsedung. Bring back old app with great offer coupons
