Normally when you think of Burgers, ofcourse you can go to Burger King, KFC or Mc Donalds. Therefore although visiting Amersfoort a lot, I never visited this place. Tried this based on suggestion by my wife, and trust me I don't regret the suggestions. They have some amazing burgers you need to try. It was so fresh and delicious. We ordered a Burger+Plate (read Burger Meal) and it comes with Nachos and Fries which were also quite amazing. The Mozzarella sticks were very crunchy on top which was really nice and one of the best I have eaten in days, and the best part was the cheese cake. It was really nice, and we could not wait until to finish our burger first, it had a really nice flavour with the side addition of cream and some liquid syrup (sorry not sure what it was though, maybe strawberry syrup) which was amazing. One star less, as I felt maybe a good addition they can do is to have something to warm up the customers sitting outside, specially when it is already getting cold. Apart from this I had no complains, the staff was really nice and friendly.

Went here with some friends on a whim and it was the best decision we could have made!! The food was SOOOOO good and the restaurant wasn’t crowded or noisy which was relly nice to sit and hang out and eat delicious burgers in. 10/10 would recommend going here!

Food is excellent with large portions for a decent price. The place however is a bit dated and everything looks like it could have used an overhaul five years ago. The menus have grease stains, napkins are available but on request, silverware had to be restocked at the tables and some orders were partially wrong and there was a draft through the place. Apart from that, the service is swift, excellent and friendly.

Burgers buns can be better but overall good food

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The NYC cheese steak was awesome, they really don’t skimp on anything. The pulled pork fries are big enough for two people to share as a (very delicious) side. The menu doesn’t list all the ingredients tho which could’ve been a problem for a picky eater but was a pleasant surprise for me.

Was really pleasure to enjoy meal in this restaurant. Very diffrent taste from what I have eat before. I recommend to everybody try this restaurant. What I missed is a good beer. There was only beer in iron can.

Amazing food, very savory and big portions at a very good price. The young server is simply outstanding, and was always making sure everything was perfect all the time. I highly recommend this restaurant

So, nice and cossy environment, the staff is helpful, but the best are the meals, nice portions, fair prices... Quality/price relation are the best burgers in the country

Amazing burgers, we had the holy guac and a triple one. The menu is well worth the price.

We sat nicely in the garden, very cozy. They have a huuuuge menu with dozens of burgers and lots of fast food types of snacks and starters. But seeing as how burgers are their thing I would've hoped for a bit better burgers - nothing stood out and tastes were generic. I didn't finish my burger or the starters we got. Just weren't that very good. One other little point - I ordered a special beer. I got served a different one. When I asked if I could get what I ordered I was told mine wasnt available. Would be handy to say this instead of just trying to serve something else.

Average burger, above average french fries. Birra Moretti is real good. Cheeseburger 14 eur, beer 6 eur. Cheers.

Great place to grab a burger or some spare ribs. Can recommend. Unfortunately Amersfoort is becoming less friendly towards people who do not live in the city, e.g. by making the city centre less accessible to motorists. So travel and parking can be an issue.

I went for the burgers, which are good. But the cheesecake stole the show! This definitely won't be my last visit. The price is good. Make sure to reserve to guarantee a spot. The music was a bit too loud.

The food was quite nice and the service was even better! The milkshake was amazing and the fries were quite good. I had pancakes with bacon and syrup, which were not too sweet and quite dense and filling. The waiter had super good vibes and it made for a fun and chill atmosphere.

Visited with 3 friends right around closing time and they still served us with a big smile! Constantly making sure we were happy, asking if we needed napkins, wanted any drinks, informing us about them closing but telling us we were free to stay as long as we wanted to nonetheless... Amazing service! And obviously, you'll want to hear that the burgers were simply amazing, we all got our own but tasted each other's and none of us disliked any of the burgers we got, they tasted homemade, which is a huge plus in my book! Definitely recommended!

Charlie's it's not about burgers, it's about passion for creativity.. They don't just doin their job good, they're masters of taste. A one of a kind experience and a highly recommended spot for all foodies around Netherlands. Props to Chelsea, Chaim, Lars and all the team, just excellence!

Great find. We’ve been coming here for 3-years and the burgers are banging! I had the holy guacamole and the ingredients were of great quality eg real bacon, crispy nachos, zinging salsa and a moist pate. Oh yeah you gotta try the oreo milkshake 😋
