- Decent room with good beds and breakfast. - Breakfast was very minimal. There seemed to be scrambled eggs, but it was over by 7:45 and never got replenished! - Room size and bathroom was the very bare minimum. If you have anything more than 2 cabin bags, I doubt you can fit it in, let alone open it!

A little shabby in places,but clean with a comfortable bed. Great Central location and very welcoming staff.

Arrived at the middle of the night to a very welcoming environment. The man who welcomed me took care of everything and even sat with me to discuss film and life. Nice room and bed and bath. Good job! Would come again!

Used to be the Ibis Hotel, Name changed, Interieur the same. Good location, close to the city center with the shops and the famous cathedral. Small room, but with everything you need. Good bed though en the rooms are clean

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Minuspunkt: Parkfläche nur über drei Treppen erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, es gibt gegenüber direkt einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, einen Carrefour Express sowie diverse Geschäfte. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und das Bett bequem. Allerdings funktionierten die Aufzüge die ganze Zeit nicht richtig, wenn sie fuhren, war es ruckelig, die Kabine winzig und alt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, Haare auf dem Boden im Badezimmer, veraltete, abgenutzte Möbel. Kleiner Zimmer. Für eine Nacht und den Preis von 72€ in Ordnung und die Lage ist wirklich angenehm (5min zur Innenstadt, 15Min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof). Wir würden allerdings nicht unbedingt nochmal hier übernachten bis die Zimmer renoviert wurden.

No complaints for the price! Service was great in both English and French and the room was very clean and comfortable. No fridge or microwave in room but that’s okay. Elevator was helpful with luggage and I could walk anywhere in Amiens from the location. Thank you!

We were traveling by bicycle and were able to store our bikes securely overnight.

Awful, horrible hotel. Nobody bothered to tell us that the adjacent car park needs a card from reception to access. And where are you supposed to park whilst you do this? - good luck finding any nearby street parking....The car park itself is a dingy, dirty place, no elevators, just a single hard-to-find set of stairs. Why not automatically add the access info to hotel bookings? The whole hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. The corridor fire door was propped open, no doubt for the cleaning staff to use the balcony to smoke. Thus all the corridor area (and thus rooms) stank of smoke. The room was full of flies, and was pretty decrepit, thin mattress, tired furniture, bathroom was grim. But worst of all, the room was hot, but it was air-conditioned! Except that... it wasn't.... Staff told me that it was 'not yet the season to turn on the A/C' even though it was very warm weather, and they were clearly not going to turn it on for me or other guests who were also complaining about the lack of A/C. Was told to 'open a window' - but the room overlooked a busy road, so choice of heat or noise. Think I read that the hotel used to be an Ibis, and Accor group have form for not switching on the A/C until the guests complain en-masse (and sometimes not even then) i.e. they use and antiquated system that can't do heating or cooling on demand according to the choice of the guest, it's either heating or cooling mode. If you read other reviews of this hotel, this is a common complaint, and the response is total B/S every time, "a technical fault that has now been fixed". Yeah, right.... Breakfast was just plain unpleasant. No A/C in the dining room (of course), full sun, no blinds, unbearably hot, poor choice of poor-quality food, urgh, couldn't wait to get out And the final kicker: leaving the car park, some kind person had decided to park across the exit, probably a school drop-off, so several cars had to wait until someone sauntered back.... This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in: I would really recommend that you find somewhere else in Amiens

very bad experience. totally waste of money,even not a dust bin in bed room and very old rooms. staff mood nd service are very bad, receptionist entered in our room without knowking door while we r inside. we pay 10 euros for car parking but their batch is not working and we parked car on road.dirty bathrooms even no bath mat in bathroom.

Very comfortable bed in a nice room with effective air con. Generous, all you can eat breakfast of good quality food including bacon, sausages and scrambled egg as well as all the usual continental breakfast items. Underground, secure car park for only 10 euros per day.

Comfortable and convenient close to city centre and cathedral

The lady receptionist was so kind and helpful. She provided me with maps and information and also a travel adaptor for my phone, without which I would have been uncontactable. A life saver. The hotel itself was, like all Ibis Hotels I have stayed at, reliable, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The corridors were beautifully scented. The only problem I experienced was the bar. The notice in the lift said the bar was open 24 hours. When I returned from dinner at 10:15pm, the bar was closed. When I asked the male receptionist about it, he offered to make me a coffee. I had to walk back into town to get a nightcap. Please change the sign in the lift.

Good overall services. Breakfast is just ok. 32" tv in rooms. Free wifi with good rate transfert. I have been able to watch a movie by streaming in 1080p on my mobile. If you have a car it is difficult to park for free. The hotel has a paying parking that you should book in advance. At the moment there are street work everywhere in Amiens and blue paying zone mostly.

Quite far from usual IBIS standards. Old room and bathroom. Staff general mood was cold and not really friendly as in other french IBIS hotels. Breakfast only to be ordered in details the day before and additional requests in the morning are taken with discomfort. Breakfast room cleanliness to be reviewed. Lots of noisy ambulances in the neighborhood during the day and evening. Overall not a pleasant stay.

At check in we had to wait a while before the receptionist came from the bar to the reception. Later I saw that he was drinking beers with mates in the bar while he was on duty.

Booked with booking.com and changed date. Hotel accepted the change but had to pay twice because of a mixup between B&B and Booking.com so I am still waiting for a refund.
