I came with my 4-month baby for minor surgery. We were assigned to a room that had nothing (drinking water- tissues). The room wasn't in the best shape. I have to carry my baby to the surgery room, and then I waited in the recovery room for more than one hour the nurses didn't show up, and I was not allowed to take him to the room ( maybe I would run away without paying!!). Finally, I was allowed to carry him down myself since the great nurse never showed up! I asked the nurse to check the drip's needle and take it out of his arm since it was so painful for him and there was no need to keep it, according to the doctor, but she never showed up again!!! I pushed the emergency bottom after 20 minutes, but no one showed up ( as usual)!!! What a great service! They made us wait for 2 hours to write the report. And when I wanted to make a complaint about the service they said to write down your note and push it in the box so looks like nobody cares. I talked to the PR person who tried to show some "fake" interest to the level that he didn't ask for my phone or email to follow up on my complaint, and I am sure nobody cares in this "place". if you need my advice go somewhere else.

Unfortunately there are no regulations that can stop the dangerous practice of this hospital.
