I
am
writing
to
express
my
dissatisfaction
with
the
level
of
service
and
procedures
at
Al-Abdali
Hospital.
My
recent
experience
as
a
patient
at
your
facility
has
left
me
quite
disappointed.
I
encountered
significant
delays
in
patient
processing,
both
during
admission
and
discharge.
The
pace
of
transactions
was
remarkably
very
very
slow,
and
the
lack
of
staff
members
available
to
assist
patients
was
evident.
During
my
visit,
I
was
forced
to
wait
for
over
5
hours
without
any
staff
members
available
to
facilitate
the
discharge
process.
While
I
acknowledge
the
competence
of
the
medical
and
nursing
staff,
it
is
disheartening
to
witness
such
a
glaring
deficiency
in
the
administrative
and
operational
aspects
of
your
hospital.
The
medical
team
and
nursing
staff
exhibited
professionalism
and
dedication;
however,
the
overall
service
provided
was
marred
by
inadequate
staffing
and
inefficiency.
I
believe
that
Al-Abdali
Hospital
has
the
potential
to
deliver
exceptional
patient
care,
given
the
skilled
medical
professionals
on
staff.
However,
the
current
state
of
patient
services
and
administrative
processes
is
hindering
the
hospital
from
reaching
its
full
potential.
I
kindly
request
that
you
address
these
concerns
and
take
necessary
actions
to
improve
the
service
quality,
patient
procedures,
and
staff
availability
at
Al-Abdali
Hospital.
Your
prompt
attention
to
these
matters
would
greatly
enhance
the
overall
patient
experience
and
contribute
to
the
reputation
of
the
hospital.
