One OR staff his name Omar making fun and jokes on patients with his colleagues and with very bad attitude arugant behaving as he is in a street not a hospital. I don't recommended this hospital for any patients who is caring of his health.

A very bad service! Unprofessional excuses all the times! Lack of staff, no one cares about your comments regarding any situation. There is no control of parking areas, you can never find an easy reachable parking place. Horrible emergency service, unprofessional doctors with new born babies or kids. Some departments does not use VISA machines. Not everyone carries cash any more! Contacting the hospital for any kind of reason may take a while for your call to be answered. And many more.. Is just a new hospital supposed to be a great one. But, Not at all.

The service at this hospital is beyond great. The staff were very helpful and responsive as well as prepared. The in room dinning was good as well, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. One downside is the parking designated to the hospital which us poorly designed. Other than that the facilities are neat, modern and well lit. Most of the known doctors have already transferred to this hospital, worry not, you are getting the best medical treatment. Stayed there as a trainee for a month, I can confirm the following: - The hospital is clean & neat. - The staff is relatively more polite than other hospitals. - The prices there are unbelievably expensive. - Elevators need fixing. - Their HR department isn't very coaporative when it comes to a possible employment. - I recommend people who wish to train there get a clear answer from the HR department before training to avoid wasting time.

Good facility, friendly and cooperative staff however the elevator service is horrible. Given the fact that these elevators are to serve sick patients, many of whom are elderly and children, patients cannot wait for long periods of time. One has to wait between 2-6 minutes before getting in. There are not wall mounted monitors hence one has to keep screening the button monitor of all six elevators, it is not convenient nor practical. Appointment/online appointment services are slipping. It was a straight forward process before now after calling the customer support, they will give you the doctor’s secretary’s phone number to call and schedule the appointment, why have a call center if they will only prolong and complicate the process.

I gave birth in this hospital, everything was beyond amazing! The staff is really helpful and friendly, the rooms are super clean, the nurses are caring, friendly, helpful and very responsive! I give a special thanks to the nurse was with me during my labor and birth, she was super nice, her name is Reem, she made me feel very comfortable and kept checking on me all the time! Didnt expect this bad service from a respectful hospital like Abdali, the nurses never answer the bell, lunch came after requesting it 3 times, 2 hours late. The nurse promised to aid the patient in walking, after one hour, we realised that his shift was over and he left.

I had a great experience during my labor induction. The rooms were very clean. The staff and nurses were friendly, helpful and patient. Special thanks to Nurse Reem who took good care of me and made the whole experience much easier! She patiently explained all the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I visited today's emergency department, and their treatment was very kind and hospitality, and the surgery doctor and nurses were very professional. It is clearly customer centric and the entity takes their corporate culture very seriously. The Elevated service level is maintained throughout and is evident across the board. You receive full-on pro assistance right away, just as you reach the gates to the parking lot.

I just transferred my crtically ill father from the ICU at Abdali Hospital to another hospital's ICU. We stayed at the Abdli hospital's ICU for 10 days watching our dad health decline due to the medical staff negligence and inexperience. My dad developed bed soars within days because the staff didn't reposition him. They also had junior nurses with no experience with my dad's condition assigned to him which led to a critical mistake that almost caused his death. But here is the best part; the accounting department furiously refused to provide a detailed invoice unless we paid the full amount due in advance. I have visited the hospital a couple of times in the past and the experience we had was just fine, however, a few days ago i had to visit the Gastroenterology department with a family member and i received the best service at the hospital so far, a staff member (Rasha) on the 14th floor was very helpful, knowledgeable, and beyond nice. she was the only one in the department and she managed to handle all of her patients very effectively. good experience and service from the hospital, the doctor, and the staff member (Rasha). thanks a lot!!!

Very modern fancy hospital, very professional stuff , went to the emergency with my little girl to who was suffering from dehydration due to a viral infection ,in less than 10 minutes she was entered into a private room for treatment.

The first experience is great, and I wish they continue with the same quality of service. One suggestion if you can consider accepting international insurance companies such as Allianz care as direct billing insurance

We have had several major visits/stays at Abdali hospital in the past two years both my husband and Father had surgical interventions and stayed there for several nights each. I would say the hospital management has done a great job attracting the best doctors in town. Topped up with amazing nursing staff particulalry on both the 3rd and 4th floor! I haven't seen such caring and well trained staff anywhere else in town. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend Abdali Hospital for everyone, whether it for a check-up, dr visit or a procedure. My only comment/ recommendation is: I believe they should increase the staff in the ER, and have specialized / more experienced doctors during night shifts.

Amazed and shocked with the services provided, customer experience and overall service. We had many things to do there as lab tests, scan, doctors visits and overall was great very well organized. Having everything in one file on a card is also great idea, and amazing service where you don’t need to sign, print or fill any paper.

Worst lab experience, plus no one answers the "hospital EMERGENCY number". I went to the 'cash patients counter' in the lab and went to the blood draw room, the patient that was right before me entered and put their urine sample in a container right next to me!!!! No respect for patients' privacy nor health. In addition to that a nurse came with a container of urine samples while I was still in the room and took the urine samples from the container next to me without even apologizing. I'm shocked by how unprofessional nor clean the lab is. Never going back...

Dr Tarek Qutob is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. The pharmacists and lab technicians are knowledgeable. The artwork hung around the hospital is superb. The parking spots are extra small so many people end up occupying more than one spot with one car which is frustrating as it's very hard and time consuming to find a parking spot. It takes a long time for the elevators to serve everyone. The tests are more expensive than everywhere else in Amman.

Not that great of an experience! I bought my wife to Abdali hospital to give birth to our son because I had previously tried them out. I did a complete check on myself a month prior and the experience was great, but unfortunately not this last time! First thing was the air conditioning issue! The a/c control in the rooms do not work because they have a central control! Which means they are just for show, they don’t control anything! The room temperature was 24.5C! I was sweating sitting in the room! The nurses speak loudly all night disturbing those who are trying to get some sleep even thought my wife told to to keep their voices low. They bought managers and technicians to apologize but what does an apology do when they didn’t do anything to fix the situation and nothing was resolved!

Patient portal is an embarrassment and should be fixed. it's broken 90% of the time; I log in then can't open or see my records. no help line or support to fix or see what's the problem. I rate it 1/10 if I can. web portal was much better and stable then forced everyone to move to mobile which is weird and poorly supported and non-functional. Hospital, doctors and all other services is 5/5!

Top notch medical facility with excellent services and friendly staff (mostly). Competent staff but sometimes you have to push them to speed things up. Room had a bit of cleanliness issue which was swiftly corrected but still not sure how it managed to slip past them in the first place. Parking is horribly tight in terms of the actual bays and narrow path going up and down.

The experience was absolutely amazing, we came here for a sergary to my mum, the staff took almost too much care of her. The doctors, nurses and staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The suite we got was quite great, the views and the food was 5 star quality. The hospital is located in the Abdali Boulevard, which is a very nice family area contains restaurants, cafes, cinemas and malls.
