Best if you don't have medical insurance. Crowded sometimes. But the medical stuff is highly experience with everything and know how to diagnose. Hygienec and clean

The filthiest and most disgusting hospital I have ever been to. The sheer lack of organization is appalling. The doctors barely speak to you, as they are extremely overworked with patients. The ratio of doctors to patients is way off. Employees and visitors smoke throughout the building with no regard for any of the sick patients. Used needles can be found everywhere. Apart from the hospital being government funded, it makes it even worse to see the government allows the hospital to continue to be in such terrible conditions. This hospital is more of a training facility for student doctors than it is a place of treatment for sick patients. Patients here are just used to teach new doctors about conditions, but the problem with that is, it is not consented, and it is a higher priority than the wellness of patients. I highly recommend you do not come to this hospital and if you do, wear a hazmat suit.

My grandfather went there because we were struggling with money and it’s good priced but that’s what you get when you go somewhere…. Cheap. Very poor hygiene, pee on the floor , my grandpa passed out and the doctors just saw it walked by and ignored us don’t go here it is very bad.. and kinda scary🙁

I am an American and I gave birth to my daughter here via C-section, I had no idea just how bad this facility was from the outside it looked like a nice hospital, man was I wrong, the doctors and nurses were deplorable and RUDE, I was served 1 boiled egg and 1 piece of bread after my surgery, no pain meds after my surgery, they made me suffer in intense pain, they had me in 1 big room with 6 women total recovering from a C-section, I literally felt like this was a humane society for animals it was just so awful, after my daughter was born her hospital crib looked like a blue animal cage defiantly NOT for a baby. I only spent 1 day there i left early! Avoid this hospital at all cost! and above all they had the audacity to charge me 135 JD!!!! I wouldn't send a dog there to have any kind of surgery much less a human! This place needs to be shut down!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I' ve been here just to visit a relative. I belive they give good treatment to patients. but hygiene and cleanliness are very low. Elderly, children and immunocompromised patiens should never go to this hospital.

Old classic perocracy hospital, staff hard to deal with. Difficult rules and regulations to visit patients, even in ICU, they prevent you from seeing your loved ones patients. Staff need to be trained to have more humanity to deal with patients and their relatives.

Prices are fair & the insurance in most cases cover the medical bills. Employees were polite. Lines are extremely long and the management of this public hospital is horrible. Improvement is a neccessity!

😠 the emergency is the worst ever. urgent cases dealt with slow actions from the team, inserting cannula without having a tray or sterile environment. triage staff with very bad behaviors. emergency bed is very old. change your team. this is not international standards as you claim

😠 I don't recommend this place, and if there is zero star I would give them zero. I want to share my experience with Jordan hospital, which was shocking for us.
