The pizzas, especially the vegan ones, look exactly like frozen pizza and are not really tasty, really not good for the prices. Will not order here anymore. The pizza was delivered cold and tastes not like fresh pizza but a rather old one.

The agreed time for the pizza to be ready was 8 minutes, but I received it after half an hour. The girl who was cooking pizza is very good, but I feel bad for her she takes orders and at the same time makes pizza, The restaurant management must deal with it humanely and bring someone to help it. The workers in the restaurant do not care about any of the safety measures, they work without a mask and the delivery drivers go in and take out their hands in the Kitchen. I hope you take safety measures more seriously

Would be a zero star rating if possible. I ordered some snacks and arrival was up to 40 mins after requesting updates twice via Uber eats I decided to call the store for an update as it was only 2 sides. We gave the delivery address and the gentleman said Rudely ‘ just wait just wait’ ‘ well we are busy’ ‘ you’ll get it when you do ‘ you have to be patience ‘ and the proceeded to hang the phone up, I called back and again the gentleman couldn’t give me an answer so I asked for a refund, again he hung up the phone. I tried to contact Uber eats but being from the UK I found it difficult, around 10 mins have passed and still my order hasn’t been cancelled and again the same gentleman said it will take hours to cancel I replied stating the clicking ‘cancel’ will cancel the order and wouldn’t take hours and I asked to speak with the manager. HE IS apparently the manager and proceeded to laugh over the phone. Hung up and then my order had been cancelled. The way he handled the situation is absolutely horrific and I feel discriminated as I am not from Amsterdam and he had no time of day, I would avoid giving this dominos custom as he doesn’t care for his customers and will not cancel your online orders and will take the money. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Worst experience ever. I have ordered a half and half pizza (29cm) and chicken wings combo. I ordered at 00:16 and the expected delivery time was between 00:35-00:50. I called them right after I ordered to confirm my order and make sure there won't be any problems. They were rude on the phone and the first time I called they tried to hang up on me in order not to deal with my simple request of confirming my order. We waited until 01:00 but the order still hadn't arrived. I called them again and they assured me my order was ready and that it would arrive in 10 minutes. It didn't. I had to call them 4 more times and every time they promised me that it was ready and that it would arrive in 10 minutes. The last and the 6th time I called them (it was at 01:45) they confessed that my order was not even prepared yet and they made me confirm my order (I told them exactly what I ordered to make sure they wouldn't send me the wrong order.). At 02:10 my order finally arrived. The pizza that arrived was a 25cm pepperoni pizza. It was not only the wrong order that we could not eat but it was also cheaper than what I paid for. The pizza and the wings were cold and the wings were uncooked. We could not eat anything and we waited for 2 hours, sleepy and hungry until 2 am for food that was wrong and that we could not eat. Letting alone the fact that we had been lied to on the phone for 2 hours continuously by the staff. I never had a worse experience in my life with any restaurant and delivery.

Awful service. Food ordered and didn’t arrive, called for an update and had the rudest interaction with a young man on the phone. I think this was due to me being English, definitely avoid this place is visiting Amsterdam!

I visited the store and ordered a mediaum spicy chicken meatlover pizza and it was very good. My pizza was ready in 10 mins and it wasn't very busy also. I visited them in the afternoon around 12. The pizza cost only 4 euros because of an ongoing promotion. However the actual price is 14 euros or something. I think I got a very good deal. There was plenty of chicken and it was value for money

Pizza never arrives, when I called they told me that they had it there. When I asked if they can bring it or cancel it, they told me it was my fault because I still had my old phone number in the system. Delivery nog couldn't "find it" even though my adress was correct and other delivery drivers never have problems with it. Person on the helpdesk told me it was my fault and hung up abruptly. Don't order here.

Means 0 star ! never again going to order from them, I ordered double meat pizza and the topping was not enough it doesn't include tomato sauce and I should add a lot of mayo sauce on it just try to eat and don't be hungry ! its not good to treat your customers like this and I would never recommend it to anyone. I talked to the manager she was so rude on the phone and would not accept that the pizza doesn't even have the tomato sauce ! really angry ! she said why I ate it when I didn't like but I was sick and needed to eat something fast couldn't wait. Also when I buy a double topping I really meant it so why it had only few piece of meat and have bread was empty ??

The delivery to home is really DISASTROUS. I have ordered four times and all four times they always forget something. I do not recommend ordering for home from this site at all.

The guy who took the orders charged us more than we ordered!!! We ordered two medium size cheesy crust pizzas and two chicken buckets. he didn't give us the two sauces which were included!! And also didn't hand us the receipt. Awful service!

We went with my partner yesterday October 21 at 12 o'clock at night to buy a pizza for which they tried to charge us more money than usual, apart from that, for not having cash the staff treated us very badly and at the time of paying the employee verbally assaulted me claiming that I had yelled at him, When the only thing I asked him was to please speak in English, shouting back and then ignoring me for being a woman and telling my partner to control his wife... Misogynistic and very unpleasant comment, for a Domino's pizza, we had a very unpleasant attention, I do not recommend it

Delivery guy dropped the shake, the other was only half filled. Pizzas arrived cold, you order with extra topping and still get barely any toppings at all. When calling the shop i first get to talk to a boy who speaks English but doesn't seem to understand English properly. Explained my situation with the shakes 5 times, to eventually be told "okay, we'll send you two new ones, just give the other one back to the delivery guy." fine by me. I then get a call back from a dutch worker who clearly doesn't know how to hide his sarcasm. Last time ever ordering anything from here, it's gone downhill rapidly over the years.

Order was missing 2 items (drink + sauce total about 4 Euro). Took very long and arrived cold. Not much food for 33 Euro. Chicken Kebab pizza was boring. Kick’n Chicken tasted like it came from a bag and was microwaved for 10 seconds. The can of Fuse green tea was great. Even better if they had delivered the 2 that I paid for.

We ordered a pizza and sat down, after 25 minutes of waiting I asked why is it not ready yet and turns out it had been sitting there for more than 15 minutes and they didn’t even bother telling us. They called the other girl waiting, though.

I ordered the pizza perfect pepperoni (29cm) at 4:50pm. At 5:30pm the "tracking order " said that it was delivered, but it's 9:30pm and I still don't have the pizza that I ordered. I disappointed by such service. Domino's, how dare you?

Waited well over an hour and a half for a delivery with no updates. Called them up to ask where the order is. They ask for my address and say they’ll check. I hear them laughing in the background about the situation and I then get hung up on. Proceed to try contact again just for the line to go dead every time. No information, never received my order and forced to find dinner elsewhere. Absolutely disrespectful and shocking service. Don’t waste your time here.
