Used to love coming to the Arket cafe a lot but ever since seeing someone behind the counter filing their nails, one meter away from someone preparing my matcha, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Nice pastries tho

You don‘t see a café and clothing/lifestyle store in one shop, quite unique! So cozy and inviting.

Having been in ARKET for the first time, I immediately get the impression that I was in the office of a sewing factory. Light, clean and lots of space. Very beautiful.

One of my fave shops in A’dam. Happy they opened one here as well! And ahh the cinnamon thingies are so good (kanelbullar)

Amazing pastries, but policy of taking benches inside while the entire cafe is full and people enjoying some sun outside, doesn’t make any sense. Working until 5, but taking benches inside at 15:55. I hope the team takes this into consideration.

Horrible service. I used to go all the time but today I went to return something and I got accused of using the item (not asked- accused). Thankfully the manager was kind enough to offer a solution. The lady with the red hair was very unpleasant. Not going back.

This is an exceptional place serving many vegan options and everything is extremely tasteful and in good portion. Located inside a clothing store, but don't let the exterior confuse you.

You can work there with your laptop, but the internet is not very fast, and there’s only one power socket. On the other hand, the coffee is very good and I think the music they played on the speakers is quite good too. No need for Spotify

I love Arket's products and the staff of this store was always very helpful. Their cinammon rolls are really good too! The only thing missing is air conditioning, specially on the last floor/fitting rooms area. It was not even 20 C degrees outside and it was very hot in there. I really feel for who has to be in there the whole day :/

Bright and spacious store with very good quality basics, prices are on the higher side of H&M. On the ground floor there is a cafe which serves coffee/tea and delicious sweets. Staff are lovely at the bar, table service is available.

Nice music, yummy pastry, very chilled atmosphere and welcoming stuff at Arket Cafe. Good place to read especially next to the window seats, where you can overlook the canal and people casually walking outside.

Don’t recommend you to use their online shop. They work with Klarna bank that has always issues with payments. You’ll be charged but then have to contact the bank to get your refund. Spare yourself from that headache and avoid the online shop by all means

Very good quality basics. One of the two stores in the Netherlands. And also the largest one. There is also a nice cafe inside in which they sell delicious danish pastry and good coffee

Ordered a coat online, that was supposed to be delivered at a DHL-pick up point. For some unclear reason the DHL-pick up did not accept/receive the package. After that it was returned to Arket, but treated as if I had rejected the package. In the end, they could not do anything about this situation and I have never received my package. A total mess and customers service is not at all helpful, claiming they can’t do anything about this situation. Simply terrible.
