I had four sessions here with Julia , slight differences but the sessions always finished quickly and there wasn’t really any significant change , I kept getting told the change will come , then I had a session somewhere else and it was a world of difference , Julia seemed to finish my microneedling in just 5-10 minutes and the peel seemed so rushed , I only realised how flawed it was once I had treatment elsewhere with amazing results and a longer time taken in the session Wouldn’t go here again and I wouldn’t reccomend it. Friendly enough but not a job well done

I was a bit surprised after my treatment was finished after 20 minutes, so…deep cleaning+ peeling of 20 min for 120 Euros..

The girls there need their 5*. They even called me to ask me to remove my comment, so I did. If you have other options, just try another place.

I thought for a long time if I should write this review. I had a couple of pimples and I went here to see if we can help it. They suggested three peelings. After the first one I had full on acne on my face. When I went for the second I told them and they said its normal. So I got the second too. It got much worse I couldnt even go outside at that point. I couldnt touch my face. I called them and they did the third one for free but nothing changed. I had full on acne close to two months at that point. They told me we need at least six peelings then. We started with three and went up to six. I stopped going after the fourth one I believe which was free again. They tried to help but it wasnt getting any better. And they didnt warn me you will have full on acne for months during this treatment if they did i wouldnt have done it. Five months later i still have acne and acne scars now. I went to a dermatologist and she informed me I had bacterial acne and a bad one caused by hurting my skin barrier with peelings. She put me on antibiotics for a week. And i have been using acne cream since then. I cant stop the cream because after 5 months i still have acne the moment i stop i get it back. I always had good skin until this experience. I dont know who is to blame here i just wanted to inform people on my experience. Employees are nice but they couldnt fix what was done.

Train your receptionists better. After fully describing in my inquiry what the issue is and afterwards calling and explaining it again to make sure, i was told “yes come in, we can help”. I told her i need to take time off work for this, so she needs to be sure. I come in, they were late with 15 min only to tell me they don’t treat issues with dry scalp. Unbelievable

I am warmly welcomed at the counter, when I enter I can often walk straight through, wonderfully efficient, the doctor is very nice and very professional, otherwise I would rather go there than to the derma clinic. February 10, 2024 I went to Dr. Kadif and he touched up my mouth so beautifully, removed all the imperfections and injected Botox, really very nice, I am very satisfied, so professional and nice and friendly, that also applies to the receptionists. I will always go to derma clinic adam lena

I come for laser treatment once a month. Everything is perfect, including the attention of the employees and the service they provide.

I've recently started a treatment plan with Derma Kliniek, and so far I've been pleased with the service. It's a bit early to comment on the long-term results of my specific treatment, but the first procedure went very smoothly and I'm happy with my choice of clinics.

My life has been ruined by this clinic and also by the owner. My entire facial skin has been damaged by the laser hair removal. I'm still very depressed and have locked myself in the house for most of the time because I didn't dare go outside. She also doesn't take you seriously at all and immediately starts talking about money...I'm devastated.
