The room I stayed in was lovely, clean, well stocked, comfortable and spacious. There was a pod coffeemaker with pods, tea and coffe options. Iron and iron board!, Hair dryer, safe, large mirror, TV, desk that I could work on quite comfortably, the bed was lovely and comfortable. Also, I joined the breakfast one day, it was about £25 , it was well worth it every thing you could think of in a hotel at this level, very high quality of coffee and tea, large selection of cooked breakfast options, cheese, some veg, breakfast cereal etc. Fruit , Musli and so on. Great caring kind professional service. there is also a bar that service lovely coffee and cake on premises I didn't take much photos at the hotel but it was lovely!

We went as a family there, and booked 1 superior room and 1 standard room. But both room where the same … we paid extra 2 different prices but got the same room… they switched our rooms but they also were different from the price description. The bath was very small und and the toilets were so tiny … the whole hotel seemed very old and out of shape. The plus points are the location, it’s 200m from the center and the staff. They were all friendly and helpful the restaurant was very beautiful and the breakfast also nice. The hotel was old but cleaned pretty well. All together it’s still not a 4*\5* hotel and to expensive for what u get

Overall I had a mediocre experience. The hotel itself is located in a sweet spot in Amsterdam downtown. Other positive aspects are a small gym, which is food for purpose and the quality and selection of the breakfast is good. The hotel has the potential for a five star rating wouldn’t it be for parts of the staff, who seem to be overwhelmed after business is picking up again. Some of the examples where that my room was not serviced on one day, lengthy ordeal to check in or the offer for a quick online check out without receiving the bill via email as announced. Apart from this there were also a few housekeeping details which way are not major, but still not acceptable for a hotel who wants to play in this league. For example there were no towels in the gym available. Maybe this was due to Covid measures, however in that case I would’ve expected individually wrapped towels or at the very minimum and note, which asks you to bring your own towel from the room. For me I’d rather look like that the whole gym was not serviced, yes there was also no disinfectant for the sport equipment available. There are more examples and each of them is just a small detail, which on its own with nothing be to worry about. However in the broader picture it paints a pattern offer non-functioning service. I sincerely hope that those points will be addressed and corrected, to earn five stars.

Horrible and old. As soon as I arrive I ask if there is a room and there is. Then I ask for parking and they tell me there is not. So I cancel the room, and immediately there is parking as well. Miracles happen. He asks if I want the extra breakfast and I think about it for a moment...they say okay, they include it in the room. I am not joking but in Naples they are more serious. To access the rooms there are two elevators and the recommendation to disinfect hands. Good. Too bad all the dispensers were empty, even the ones at the lobby entrance and for two days, not by accident. The rooms are old. Old bathrooms. Carpeting gross and a receptacle for bacteria. However, the staff is nice, the location is very good but the hotel is at the level of a two-star hotel in Switzerland.

Clean rooms, love the Nespresso and good location. Would give it 5 stars if the front desk staff was a little bit nicer/helpful. The exception was Cristiano who was amazing, friendly, helpful and always tried to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. So he brings up the score to 4.9. Please pass on our compliments to him.

The lobby and reception are good. Breakfast was very good and thats why I give it 3 stars instead of 2. Rooms are not great though. I was in 2 because the first one smelled like an ashtray. Bathroom was so so... no value for price. Staff are nice as all Dutch people are. 👌 I ended up here due to a flight delay but I would never come back. Location is centric but too close to coffee shops. If you want to smoke weed I guess is great but if you don't it sucks, specially at night.

This hotel is a great central spot for business or pleasure, with friendly attentive staff and very clean and modern facilities. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is okay and the bar is great to have a few drinks in the evening, somewhat reasonably priced for the hotel and location. The location of the hotel is very central and you're in the middle of Amsterdam as you leave the door so excellent in this regard.

A lovely place to stay, very quiet inside. In the middle of town, so walking distance to many wonderful places for shopping and food. The only worry was being in the very middle and loads of Ubers would decline journeys at less convenient times (early mornings or nights). But when we were leaving to airport, the reception knew of this and offered to call us a taxi as s last resort. Ordered room service once, a little pricey but enjoyed the Dutch Fish n Chips 🍟 Would stay again!

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The room was great, everything was clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was superb. Nicolleta was super friendly and helped us tremendously throughout the week. There was a ton to walk to near the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My friends and I loved our stay here, we got the triple room and had a great view. The hotel is beautiful from the outside to the lobby to the room. Very clean. The bar downstairs has the best drinks in Amsterdam and the food is fantastic as well. We will be back.

During my vacation, I had to switch hotels due to subpar cleaning and service at my initial stay. Thankfully, I discovered this gem located in Amsterdam Central. The service here was impeccable, far exceeding my expectations. The food was top-notch, offering a delightful culinary experience. Plus, its prime location made exploring the city a breeze. A shining beacon of hospitality amidst my travel challenges. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quality stay in the heart of Amsterdam.

Located in the heart of the old town, a five minute walk to Rokin metro. Very friendly staff, the breakfast is amazing. The bar is an old church building in the hotel reception area.

Room Was professionally cleaned and inspected. The bedding and slippers were very comfortable. Breakfast Was ok. Standard. Nothing was extraordinary. Kept you from starving. Good for business travelers to grab something quick or have a nice hot tea in the morning. If I was traveling leisure, I wouldn’t book the breakfast. Coffee machine got broken sometimes. Service Breakfast staff was friendly. Front office service could be much better. It seemed like there was only one manager who knew how to work at the front office, but he wasn’t exactly friendly or willing to take any extra step to be helpful. Although the rest of the staffs were friendly, they always had to ask the manager how to do their jobs - let it be how to check in, how to settle payments, how to check if the room’s ready or how much is the breakfast……. It took one hour to check in even though I was the only person in the lobby. Location Perfect location

I require an accessible room, especially for the accessibility of the washroom. Your hotel has the most accessible washroom in a hotel I've ever been in. Often I really wonder who designed the accessibility; the designer doesn't understand being physically challenged. My stay was a such a pleasure. Thank you

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Amsterdam whilst being away from the chaos of the super busy streets. Estela welcomed us as the front desk and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, helping to manage our requests. Throughout the stay we also had the pleasure of interacting with Cristiano who was equally as friendly, helpful and kind. 5*s for the service. The superior and premium rooms are a decent size for a hotel in Amsterdam, plenty comfortable for a couple. The rooms also felt bright and airy without feeling tired. The lobby bar is also a super cosy place to sit and meet / relax before heading out and exploring the city.

Great hotel! The rooms and bathrooms are extremely neat and clean. The size of the rooms are very good and even if you have someone sleep on the couch bed, they’re comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer questions and give guidance. The location of the hotel is perfect! It’s walking distance from the central station and local attraction but at the same time it’s on a street that’s not too loud at night, like a lot of tourist areas. The breakfast has a lot of options, even for vegans, vegetarians and other dietary restrictions and preferences. Highly recommend and will definitely come back next time.

Nice hotel great location clean and rooms are good. Overall good value for money. However one major issue I have faced is their response time. I forgot an item in my room and since the day I have checked out I called over 12 times and sent various e mails and till today no success in any response from the hotel. Quite frustrating. Such an issue spoils the whole hotel review. In a way it is unfair, but hopefully they will take action and fix the communication part.

the is really good but unfortunately the not clean at all I spend 10 nights in the hotel but never change the sheets even the was dirty (really dirty) and never clean the trash in the room they just make the bed and the leave everything the same the room i take it the family room but was excepting really good space but the bathroom was really small almost 1.6m*2.3m and no one there will help you for the luggage but the location is good almost the center of Amsterdam just 14min walking from central station

    - Location is fantastic! - Breakfast is quite disappointing, specially if you know how much you pay per person per day. It was basic and the food didn't feel fresh, specially the eggs were cold. - The staff is super friendly and helpful. - The low rating is because we have been to other Radisson Blu, like in Stockholm, and you can definitely see the difference in room quality, room furniture, bathroom appliances and general goodies, even for the most basic room.

This was a great hotel. Loved our room, breakfast was great. Take 10 steps outside the hotel and you're walking the canals of Amsterdam. Highly recommended.

Very central location for this hotel. Staff friendly. The room was very clean and the bed comfy and a true king size. However the room remained cold despite the heating and very poorly isolated from the noise from the street et from the other rooms. Not really worthy from a hotel from this standing.

Hotel location is good, 3 minutes walk from rokin station and 10 minutes walk from amsterdam centraal station. We arrived to the hotel and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and she explained to us everything about corona measures here in the city really well, and all the information we needed to stay here, she was very helpful. The Lobby is a bit small, beautiful chritmass tree and decorations everywhere, the room is ok, but we were not given a nice view, the bed is comfortable, but the sheets are low quality, the shower is good, but there was no hotel kit. We couldnt sleep from the sound of the wind hitting our window, maybe its an old building, and there was another loud popping sound at night, probably its a loundary room i dont know. I recommend removing the black chair because it caused me a horror movie when i sleep. The breakfast buffet is very good, nice variety of cheeses, lots of fruits, the coffee from the coffee machine tastes so good, their croissants are so soft and fresh, but there is no hashbrowns though :( there is something wrong with the toaster, it doesnt heat well and the lady at the breakfast desk is super nice and friendly, and they check the vaccination code before you enter.

Delightful, friendly staff. Very good accommodations in a quiet central location. The restaurant is somewhat limited but there are so many other choices within easy walking distance that this is at most a minor consideration.

A very well located business. Large rooms, modern feel. You are in the thick of it. But not stuck in a new build with no character. Quite nice for what it is. 👌

Good service, great area, good location, easy to get to everywhere in Amsterdam. Loads of choices of cafe’ and restaurant close by. Take 1 star out because, the air condition in the room alway blowing hot air and we couldn’t sleep at all because it was to hot.

There's nothing too bad to say about this hotel. The service was okay (room tidied but not cleaned) note: that two sachet of coffee per room and no milk seems a bit rubbish. Photos show that the rooms etc are a bit dated. Nothing to write home about and it's not a cheap holiday. Sure there's much much better value out there.

Quality, professional service at front desk, bar/restaurant and breakfast. Had breakfast 3 mornings. Food was very good with large variety and friendly, professional service. Had dinner 2 nights and service was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. All front desk and food service people smile easily and make you feel they genuinely appreciate the business.

A very comfortable stay with excellent service. Our room was well-appointed, clean and with a comfortable bed. Best of all, the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. In particular we would like to praise Pierre and Peter-Paul on reception who were excellent in helping with our enquiries such as booking restaurants and taxis. A great hotel.

My experience at Radisson Blu Amsterdam City Centrum was truly exceptional. The front office staff displayed a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The bar offered a relaxing ambiance complemented by delightful food. The breakfast selection was not only varied but also surpassed my culinary expectations. Moreover, the housekeeping team’s meticulous attention to detail kept the room in impeccable condition throughout my stay. Overall, a truly fantastic experience with every aspect exceeding my expectations.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why.
