Restaurant staff were nice and friendly. A la carte menu limited but good. Breakfast mediocre in the fresh section. But the quality and service in the rooms are really bad. Rooms and Bathrooms unclean and fixtures broken. No soap and right cleaning despite room cleaning the next day. Seemed severely short staffed. Lack of rooms with double beds so forced to stay with twin beds. No difference between standard and superior rooms. Unfortunately the quality is very poor considering the costs at Radisson.

This hotel was booked because of the amazing exterior look. It truly is amazing to look at on the outside, especially at night. We checked in late at night, and emailed beforehand to let them know to expect us after midnight. When we got there and checked in, there were a few issues with the room that we were given - but the staff were quick to apologise and sort it out for us, so we were very happy for that! When we needed to check-out, they stored our luggage for free so that we didn't have to carry it around while we still explored a bit more of Amsterdam. I have read a few comments on the cleanliness of this hotel, but apart from a few stains on walls and the carpet, I wouldn't say that it was unclean, or even that it impacted our stay negatively at all. We chose the breakfast option with our stay and we are very happy that we did. The breakfast had a good selection: continental, pastry, cereal, fruit, pancakes. Definitely something for everyone. The hotel being right next to the train station, was great for travelling into the city. However, coming back at night took AGES because of night trams and buses not running to the hotel. So we did have to catch an uber back at night. If the hotel was a little closer to the city centre, we would not hesitate to book again!

Absolute value for money 💰! Rooms are good and the water pressure is amazing. The location is way out of town centre but its easy access to the train station. M51 takes you straight to the central station and there are shops at the railway station that you guy from. Definitely recommend this 👌

Loved this hotel. Comfortable beds, with lights. Has everything that you will need inside, also has its own private parking which was a bonus! Great views, comfortable, welcoming & at a good location. Also I would like to thank the team for being welcoming & helpful to us 🙏🏼.

You would figure that a casino hotel would be well kept , the staff where absolutely kind, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety 0700-1000, however the check in lines where enormous, and the “standard” room is very small. Most importantly the cleanliness, the carpet had a brown hasn’t been deep cleaned look, with multiple stains on the floor , and the mirrors hand hand prints all over them. It gave us a great deal of doubt if they truly disinfected the rooms (specially in these covid times). If your wondering about The casino games it has roulette, poker (against dealer only) and electronic slots only.

good location, spacious rooms but could be cleaner! time to paint some walls, change some tiles in the bathroom and clean the carpets.. either this or lower the price! breakfast was good but for a 4 star hotel could be better! there’s no minibar in the room! check-in/out easy and convenient! I asked for a smaller pillow and after they said they will send it to my room they never did!

The Park Inn is a decent hotel, and a pretty unique design with funky colours everywhere. Apart from being modern and funky, the rooms are a bit simple. Big with lots of space, but maybe a bit lifeless. I don’t know how to explain it any other way. The food and drink in the bar and restaurant is overpriced for the quality. The breakfast seems out of date and is mostly unhealthy (although not a surprise in Amsterdam). The gym was good, although possibly only serviced once per day (water ran out and towel bin over flowing). The gym was clean in the middle of the room, but the edges and base of equipment was dusty. Staff at reception always seemed a little confused. There seemed to be lots of processes and computer systems didn’t always work. At €300+ per night it should be getting 4 stars at least.

Very close to subway station, although a bit if a ride to downtown.. it was pretty and modern looking with lots of seating area around it, the rooms were nice and clean, the view was great as well. Only thing was that bathing area glass was not all the way covering it from washroom area and floor levels were similar so if there was any excess water on floor, it could easily spill out..

It’s next to train and metro station. The breakfast was amazing. Hotel have great restaurant and bar options. They have gym to use. Next to reception is small shop open 24h with a lot to choose. One thing was disturbing our stay. They have glass wall between bathroom and bedroom next to bed. It look nice but when you sleep in dark room and somebody go to bathroom then you wake up too because the light from bathroom is everywhere.

The hotel is clean, aesthetic and modern. We needed a hotel close to Sloterdijk station for the purpose of business. The hotel staff are friendly, and security were very helpful on this occasion. The view from the upper floors looking down towards the elevator is a credit to the architect. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is decent and what you can expect from a hotel with this standard. When things go smoothly it's fine and located nicely. They have multilingual people working here. When things go wrong it's quite annoying. The people are nice and are probably doing their best. My reservation was made through a company and they couldn't find it, yet the confirmed the reservation. This happens twice in two weeks time. I waited 1:5 hours before I even got the key. Before that I had two bad encounters with the air-conditioning. It didn't work and took about 1 hour each time for them to confirm it. They gave me a different room. The rooms are fine for the price. And they have curtains that block most of the light which is nice. I probably won't be staying here again. Luke I said if things go smooth it is fine. But the risk is not worth my time. This was a business trip. I assume a tourist booking will go smoother.

Had a lovely stay here. The rooms are comfortable and the food in the hotel is also of high standard. Most notably, the staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Tamer for example, who works in the front office, gave me a lovely welcome and provided me with quality advice on what to see in Amsterdam and just in general was very helpful! I personally very much liked the modern and stylish design of the rooms and bathrooms, very futuristic-like! One thing is for sure in this hotel, you get your moneys worth!

The location is quite far from the city. The hotel looks very nice from the outside, same when you are in the reception and public facilities. But once you go in the room you forget that it's a 4 star hotel. The carpet was extremely dirty in our room. Also we could see a few blood stains on the blanket. These stains were so big that we saw them through the bed sheet. We requested a double bed, however, we got 2 single beds put together. Would I visit again? Definitely not. And definitely not staying in any Radisson hotel. This was my first experience with Radisson. Every hotel I've stayed in before was cheaper and much cleaner. Also the choise of TV channels is questionable. There is a menu where you can choose channels in your language. Most of the channels were Dutch and German even if you pick English or any other language. We actually found only one channel in English and it was France 24 news... So no entertainment. No mini bar as well. Quite sad that i had to pay this much for the value they provide.

Room totally dirty. Carpet filthy, stains in the bathroom. Even in the toilet. Breakfast is also a bad joke. No multigrain bread. 2 kinds of cheese. Location directly on the motorway. We were here on business. 5 nights 4 single rooms for over 4,000€ is really a bad joke. Will advise the company to use other hotels in the future.

Was completely amazed by the hotel; the check in went super well and I asked about late check out. They gave me free check out until 2 and told me to call the next day to see if I could stay few hours more paying 10€/hr. I called the next day around 10 am and, surprise. They told me I couldn’t even stay until 2, what’s something the day before I got guaranteed. The recepcionist I spoke to even hung the phone up on me and didn’t even try to give a solution.

Very friendly hotel to stay in Amsterdam! Very modern and with an amazing furniture and architecture! It looks like you’re in a club of the 1990s (or maybe 1980s). It follows the vibe of Amsterdam. The rooms are brand new and comfortable. The bathroom could have less transparent walls, but I know that this is a tendency of modernity. Prices are fair and staff very friendly. There is a mini market inside, but prices are a bit higher than outside, what is expected. Location: the hotel is not at the city center and this a positive point. However, the hotel is at the side of one of the main stations in Amsterdam. So you can reach any point in the city within minutes. There is a Casino right at the side of the hotel and the hotel has a restaurant. There are restaurants nearby (trying to say: the hotel is not at the city center but it is not isolated! It is very well located in a area full of business building and also residential).

UPDATE: THEY CHARGED ME THE ROOM TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD, WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION. THEY CHARGED ME 3 TIMES THE TOURIST TAX. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION, INFORM THE BANK AND LOCAL AUTHORITY. The position is good, next to the Train and Tram Station. The hotel room are clean but was not a good idea to put a white carpet… Dodd into the hotel is good but overpriced. We had to wait 45 minutes for check in due to the fact that they have new software. Honestly was not right, I’ve paid with money , not banana!!

Very expensive , cost me 228 € for one night ( trough booking) The hotel is big and seems to be more rooms house. The idea is that you are doing all by your self and that should be faster when check inn and out, but on the other hand less service. The charge all by credit card so if you don't have one do not come. Adv. Close to the train station, have casino for those who are gambling Very clean and looks very nice. Disadv. Very expensive, no service

Great hotel in a great location. 2 stops from the airport and 1 stop from the town centre. You can literally see the train station from the front of the hotel. We had a standard double room but it was huge. Usual amenities in the room that you would expect from a good hotel. I was really impressed with the selection at breakfast. The things I ate were tasty and fresh. There is also a self serve little shop in the foyer which was great, late at night when you wanted some refreshments. Overall really impressed will definitely be booking again.

It was nice, but with cold feelings. Room is wide, nice . I was wondering why no water bottles in the room. It’s huge hotel, very close to the metro and train. Clean place with many activities. Maybe the colors of the decorations is the reason of my uncomfortable feeling. It’s personal because I’m sure that so many people like Yellow. So, if you are a yellow lover. This hotel is for you. 😁

Booked this hotel as a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend. This is our first time to Amsterdam and we can't wait to return. On arrival to this hotel, I was amazed at not only the size but the presentation from the outside in. I loved the self check in/out facility at reception, it definitely made all the difference when we just wanted to lie down after such an early start from Ireland. The staff were lovely and friendly throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. We dined in the restaurant for my boyfriends birthday and the food was delicious. I had asked prior to arrival for our room to be decorated with balloons etc and again this was done to perfection. A truly great and enjoyable stay, can't wait to return

The Park Inn by Radisson in Amsterdam offers a budget-friendly stay with several notable features: 1. **Convenient Location at a Fair Price:** Situated near Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station and tram line no. 19, the hotel provides easy access to transportation options, making it a sensible choice for budget-conscious travelers. 2. **Adequate Room Space:** The room size is decent, providing a comfortable space for guests to relax after a day of exploration. 3. **Well-Maintained Facilities:** The property appears relatively new, and it is evidently well-maintained. This contributes to a pleasant and hassle-free stay. 4. **Consistently Clean:** Cleanliness is consistently upheld at the Park Inn. Both individual rooms and common areas are well-maintained throughout the stay. In summary, Park Inn by Radisson offers practical accommodation in Amsterdam. Its affordability, convenient location, and well-maintained facilities make it a reasonable choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

Great hotel, modern and clean. Location: very near Sloterdijk station, takes a few minutes to get to hotel. Intercity or Sprint train direct from Shiphol takes less than 10 minutes. Takes about 6 minutes to Amsterdam Central with Sprint (with Metro it takes 35 minutes. I read some not so great reviews about the check in and check out, but it was not true at all. My check-in was smooth, quick and staff was great and helpful! The hotel has a restaurant and bar, with helpful staff and pretty good food. The first room had an odd smell (hence I took off one star), bur once I mentioned it to reception I got a new room, upgraded and also free breakfast and drinks for the trouble of having to change rooms. Very smoothly handled. I loved the fact that there is no carpet in the room and no gross couches. It's sleek and modern and clean and convenient and professional. I recommend and will stay here again. Food was good at restaurant. Quiet rooms too.

Worst 4* Hotel i have been to in Europe. The superior rooms are old, outdated and small, the carpet was dirty. There were no utilities, which should have been there e.g. bath robes, slippers. There hair dryer was broken. No curtains and only manual adjustable window blinds. Also there was no welcome gift which should have been part of the status program. In total: never again a park inn Hotel. Doesn't live up to the Radisson standard.

Not the best experience for a first wedding anniversary celebration with my husband. Was promised an upgrade to a superior suite only to find possessions in the room allocated. Room swap was made with another promise of a panoramic view, that wasn't given to us either. Had a 3 course meal which we weren't given a choice of options for food or wine, nor were we asked of any dietary requirements. Apart from how quick it is to get to Amsterdam Central, I won't be staying here again.

This hotel looks on the photo much better than it is in the real life. First of all very dirty. I’m allergic that is why I have asked before the check in how often they clean rooms. Every day. But! The quality of cleaning is terrible. There were someone else's hairs in the shower, and I’m watching to this black hairs 3 days already. There are fungus in the shower and my allergies have been active up. There is no carpet on the floor and any slippers in the room, so after shower you have to walk on a cold floor and also very dirty. And I paid for this hotel 192 euros per night, not a cheap for such bad service, isn’t it? In addition, when we were checking, it turned out that this amount does not include breakfast. At that moment I checked on the booking and saw available rooms with price 160 euros, which includes breakfast. at the reception, I was refused to include breakfast, only for an additional payment of 32 euros for two. In a total that would be 224 euros per night for such terrible service. So, please, be careful with this hotel, they cheat the guests and the administrators do nothing about it.

Beautiful hotel very close to sloterdijk train station so very easy access from the airport. Train, bus, metro and tram all within walking distance. Westerpark is also close by where you can find cafes and restaurants since there isn't so much choice in the direct area.

Good experience. The room was clean and enough for my stay. The bed had a fancy colour changing light I enjoyed playing with. Checking in and checking out was a bit of a painful procedure, very slow and might take longer than you are used to (20 minutes). Staff was nice and professional. The hotel looks pretty and there are good connections to anywhere from station sloterdijk.

Great hotel! Really made me say wow when walking outside and into the lobby. Stayed in a few hotels closer towards the centre of Amsterdam and they had small basic rooms at higher prices. Only criticism (which could be argued is harsh) is the hotel is a 5/10 minute tram from the centre, trams however come every 10/15 minutes to the stop, the tram stop is about 5 minutes from the hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Would recommend!

It was an overall great experience. I stayed there on a business meeting as the conference room was in the building. The staff is lovely and very helpful. There was a large variety of delicious food. The rooms were very nice, with a good view and always very clean.

At my time of stay there was new software installed with the announcement of slight delays. Slight delays are fine. But i needed half an hour to get checked in with just 2 people ahead of me in queue. However i was booked in a room that was already occupied and found myself in a room with a suitcase and laptop from someone else. This is dangerous as it means your belongings are not safe in your room. I reported this immediately to the reception and they rebooked me to another room which took 1 more hour. The new room was good but suddenly roomservice entered to check if the room was empty. The staff did their utmost best and you could see they were frustrated as well from the situation but management should have known better and taken preventive measures (only a note for longer check in times is not enough). I hope the security concerns are solved soon because this is not acceptable.

One of the best hotel to visit if you want to get tripped out by the design. I loved it, it was amazing, modern and had a different vibe which blends with the city. The room is spacious, amazing and clean. You get bathroom amenities, coffee, fresh towels, everything was clean and it smelled clean.

Great place. The reception team was amazing and very helpful and friendly. Pay attention that the floor is without a carpet, so in winter it can be cold. The breakfast was rich and good. The location to the bus/train/tram station is very good 3-5 min walk. Take in account that in team it will take 30 min to center.

Nice hotel ,next to the Casino. Not far from metro, train and Bus Station. cleanliness acceptable. At first we had a problem with our room but the staff were very friendly and quickly helped us and gave us a new room. My tip for everyone if you have problems go to the reception and they will help you quickly and satisfactorily.

A value for money hotel for your accommodation in Amsterdam. The hotel is close to a train/metro station, 8-9km out of the city centre. We selected the Junior suite for our stay (1kid family), with a king size bed and a sofa-bed for the kid. The hotel was impressive on the exterior but the "suite" description could not represent the room (thus one star out). The size of the room was comfortable, the bathroom okay, but the colour scheme and the overal furniture was back from the 90's. From the photos I checked online, it may be that our room was the only one with these kind of colours, so all rights reserved for a future review in another room :) This hotel had the best breakfast I ever had, from all the hotels I visited in various countries. I would definitely recommend for short weekend stay.

We are 10 friends we’re coming by bus from Prague. After 14 hours by bus to get this hotel and find rude reception is one of the worst thing. Because we want just rest after 14 hours of way. There were 2 rude receptionist one blond girl with blue eyes and one guy supervisor. Only because of Rabina I put 4 stars! We didn’t stay for free. So please be pleasant for your guest!!!! Check in was today 17.08.22. We are constant guest. And we don’t deserve that.

We quite liked this hotel, it was hip and the rooms were clean, and big enough for the two of us. For 2.50 euro for a single trip you easily take the train to Amsterdam Central. We booked via SocialDeal, and the included diner was a bit chaotic. The breakfast made up for that, which had a lot of options. We would come back again.

  • 4/5 Callan F. 1 year ago on Google
The breakfast was great. The receptionist was very friendly and this hotel is close to the train station. The carpets leading to our room were quiet stained. The bathroom in our room was not very clean, reported it to reception and it was attended to very rapidly.

  • 2/5 Emil R. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and the hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good as well. The low rating comes from the fact that beds are extremely soft and discomfort and the worst part they sell you a double bed which is actually two single beds strapped next to each other with a elastic band. Also rooms are worn-out and the hygiene is not the best - for 7 nights they never changed the bed sheets or swept the floors. In addition there are some disgusting dried-up liquids on the walls (hopefully not with a human origin). And don’t make the mistake to check-in on the period between 18:00 and 20:00 - it will take you ages….there are big lines since it seems most people are checking-in then and only one or two check-in desks are open ( even though the hotel has five of these)

Best place to stay in Amsterdam for a few days! Fair price! Big public transportation station nearby . Also, a big train station, 5 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, casino nearby. Perfect experience!

Just a few steps from the station Sloterdijk. Check-In was very good, had a very friendly and customer oriented front office guy. We needed to single beds, got one big bed. After we spoke in 3 different languages with the housekeeping (Dutch also) and nothing helped we made two beds out of it ourselves. Our room wasn’t very clean, too…and them swearing at us in there own language not knowing I understood it wasn’t very welcoming. All in all the service except for the housekeeping was very good.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Radisson Park Inn! Immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. The price was excellent value for the quality of service and amenities provided. The highlight was definitely the staff, especially Sergio, whose warmth and helpfulness made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!
