it’s
not
fair
to
have
a
non
refundable
rate
for
a
room
you
can’t
guarantee
you
will
receive.
i
booked
a
double
room
with
one
big
bed.
i
check
in,
go
upstairs,
to
see
i
was
out
in
a
room
with
3
twin
beds.
id
not
understand
because
the
room
i
booked
was
available
on
the
website
when
i
booked
it.
i
went
to
reception
to
ask
what
happened
and
to
either
be
moved
to
the
room
i
had
originally
booked
or
a
refund.
neither
was
possible
and
they
advised
me
to
check
the
conditions
which
said
“special
requests
not
garuanteed”.
since
when
is
receiving
the
room
you
booked
and
paid
for
a
“special
request”??
additionally,
the
balcony
doors
didn’t
open.
i
booked
the
room
with
hopes
of
being
able
to
enjoy
fresh
air
and
sun—
wasn’t
possible.
no
AC,
but
instead
a
fan
that
was
too
broken
to
even
face
the
right
way.
room
were
dingy
and
bathroom
was
quite
outdated.
additionally,
the
hotel
features
those
very
steep
dutch
stairs.
good
luck
if
you
fall.
not
a
place
i
would
return
to
again
and
frankly,
not
worth
the
money
i
paid.
