Dirty room (hair on sheets and full of dust) had to wait 3 hours to clean it after the check in. F&B serves only Pizza. Shower cabin was smelling badly and had to inform them twice to fix it. Room was nice with great view but the doule bed was 2 single beds with wheels. Breakfast just the basics

Very nice hotel with staff that were very welcoming and always at hand to help with any issues/questions. Location was pretty good too, with transport links not too far off. Has a McDonald’s and a small grocery shop close by too which is very convenient. Only really issue I had was the digital tablet embedded on the wall which controls all the lights and tv. Can be quite frustrating to manage as opposed to have physical buttons/controllers

The location may seem a little daunting on a map but the Metro station is a 4min walk away and trains run every 10-15mins. Quiet area. Great room, all mod-cons, good decor. Tea/Coffee making facilities also there - 24hr pizza ordering available. A completely cashless hotel makes things a lot easier - couldn't fault it. A highly enjoyable stay with no quibbles.

We stayed in this hotel during our first trip to Amsterdam and I would highly recommend this place. Well connected via train and all popular tourist places are around 10-15 mins by train. I would stay here again because of its exceptional customer service and staff who are well trained and great at what they do. Rooms are spacious and are highly tech as well for example curtains are electronically controlled. Bathroom has also got a TV and heated tiles which were a bonus point. The only negative point was it’s sink which was choking slightly and we had to struggle a bit because of this. Overall, great place to stay and highly recommended.

I asked the staff in reception 3 times within three days to clean our room & every time they said " we will prioritize to clean it" nothing happened. Eventually after the 4 times of the fourth day they send someone to clean the room but the only thing they did was to make up the bed. NOT EVEN CHANGED THE BEDSHEETS, NO TOWELS, NO VACUUM CLEANING. I spoke to the manager & explained the situation, he was trying to teach me how the "service" and " do not disturb" button works. I sai: I'm an IT-engineer & know how to press the right button. finally in our last day the manager brought house keeping to clean our room. while checking out the staff excuse was that they were aware of the house keeping inefficiency & they will be changing them next month. We received no sort of compensation, although they have accepted their fault. A waste of money, 1000Euro for 4 nights a normal room.

It was bad experience . They only do bedding , they don't clean floor and tables in the room, even they change Towels which are on the floor . We stayed there for 4 nights and everytime we have dirty room, tables and used coffee cups and even once I have to call at reception to clean our room. They don't change cutlery, not give more shampoos and coffee of their own. One has to ask for them. On asking for slippers they said we don't offer slippers to standard rooms ,though they are 4 star hotel. You can see the dirty tissue box we have on vary first day till our last day. I am totally disappointed 😞.

Yeah loved staying here even if it was only for 1 night. Best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in for ever. Bar nice too. Didn’t have dinner as it shut at 9 and lunch was a little weird with not much choice at all. But great for conference centre. Have to say again how good the bed/sleep was. Wow.

All of the toilets are very clean with prepared necessities even though it was very crowded. The air circulation in one building is not very great. The food is okay. The location is close to the metro station (5 mins walk)

Hotel looks good inside and outside. Very polite women at the reception. Only one complaint is shower 😢it is not protected well, so after you took a shower all the bathroom is filled with water.

Fantastic Hotel, rooms very clean, parking is wide and very safe. A bit further away from the centre but only like a few stops away on the metro and the metro is a short distance walk from the hotel. Breakfast is very good too, a good variety.

Rooms were quite small, but functional. The staff were very helpful & couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is in an industrial area and is about a 15 min metro ride from the centre - the nearest metro stop is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel

Worst hotel where I have stayed! Room was really small and there were no place where you could put your luggage. Also I got flu probably because of the strong air conditioning. Food was the most low quality and really horrible. I have eaten a lot in different kind of restaurants and this was worst experience ever. Staff were arrogant all the time and I didn’t get any help or support when waiter threw food to my lap and ruined my dress. If you are planning to organize event in this hotel or planning to stay there: my strong advice is to avoid this hotel!

It is an excellent hotel, a great place to be with friends, couples or for business. Access via metro easy. Apostolos at reception is a gentle and reliable person to help you. Rooms big, clean with high tech equipment, even tv in the wc, nothing is going to disappoint you! Breakfast international with plenty of choices.

cozy hotel with a beautiful view. Good safety: you can’t go anywhere in the elevator without a key card. We ordered pizza to our room and it arrived quite quickly. + prices are the same as everywhere else. The rooms are soundproofed!

It is really clean, really modern and close to the metro. Fun and spacious lobby/common areas. It is a touch outside city center, which I like, and about 10 min on metro or 20 min via car (Bolt aprox $25USD.) Quiet, safe neighborhood. Staff is very nice. There's a cool outside terrace to eat, drink and take meetings.

Very good place for business conferences. Big hall plus variety of smaller rooms. Evertyhing was perfectly organized. Food and drinks suitable for everyone no matter what restrictions you have to adhere to. Metro station is close (approx. 250m).

Very good quality Hotel🤌 I recommend taking breakfast at the hotel. Firstly, it is very high quality and varied. Secondly it is far from the center. By metro 15 minutes to the center. There is one minus, it’s a 10-minute walk to the metro stop🤷🏼‍♀️ And don't forget that it rains constantly in Amsterdam, don't forget your umbrella😁 Recommendation 👍

Very nice hotel with modern rooms equipped with quite a lot of automation like electric curtains, a mirror with build in tv on the bathroom, tablet control for all equipment and streaming service on the main tv. Beds are good and the ac works relatively quiet. Room itself is small, but does the job. Prices are on the high end. If you want a 2 person room, breakfast and park your car count around 250 euro per night

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, enough space for two people. The bed was very confortable. The metro station is near the hotel. The staff was very kind and helps us with everything.

We used this hotel all the time for business due to good price and close enough location wthout spending an arm and a leg. HOWEVER we have completely changed our mind! My partner left his expensive jacket and a pair of pants in the closet, we contacted them as soon as we realised. The staff had taken it and no one came forward or put it in the lost and found as they should have. Be careful leaving anything in the room. Besides this being the issue - they never did anything to make up for it not even a free meal etc when we were to come back. They took AGES to reply to us and sinply said these things can happen, taking no accountability. We expected much better service and loyalty seeing as we were staying there for a few nights each month. We do not recommend as they do not value their loyal customers. I work in financial complaints and customer service and this is unacceptable and unprofessional how they treated us after the incident. Stay somewhere with better service!

So far, the best in the Netherlands :-) Modern interior, clean and comfortable room. Nice staff. Very good breakfast, a lot of things to choose. Parking included in the room price.

Fabulous experience! I was able to check in very early, stayed for two nights and had the easiest, most comfortable stay in Amsterdam. The staff is extremely customer oriented. The parking downstairs is very handy and the beds are so so so comfy!

Beautiful hotel located out of the city close to the highway, metro stop nearby, 20 minutes far away from the center. Spacious and clean room, modern design. The breakfast was very good, lot of variety. Underground parking available at EUR 23/day, parking nearby is free on weekends. We really enjoyed our staying and we will come back!

Stayed here for 3 days for a medical conference. The staff and service is very good. The rooms are good space, clean but the kettle wasnt clean. There was bad smell coming from the bathroom in the morning. There were no slippers (disappointing). It is 20 min aways from center. Not recommended for tourists that want to experience the city. But it is very appropriate for conventions.

Hotel is in a really nice location. Subway is 5 minutes away. The less positive thing about our stay was definitely the personal. I think this hotel have a big potential but not with these people. We ordered half board and the waitress were totally confused and slow..but fortunately the food was delicious. Also the receptionist wasn’t very friendly in our check in. We were waiting 2,5 hours to get in the room because it wasn’t clean. Any compensation didn’t come, only rude explanation that it’s not their fault. We were expecting more for the price

Stylish however a few little issues, loose flooring on outside decking, room not as clean as it was supposed to be and lots of redevelopment happening in the area. However, if you’re willing to take a little walk past the building site you’ll find some nice places to eat around Park Somerlust. Would only recommend if you’ve visited Amsterdam before and not looking for a busy touristic area in the centre

Quite easy to get to the city center with the subway. The room was nice. However, the service was awful. We arrived at 19 (check in started at 15) but our room was not ready until 20. We got two tickets for free drinks in the bar upstairs where the waitress was horrible and the staff was yelling at each other. In the end we only got one drink for free (she blamed us we told her to add the wine, not how you approach a guest). Not a welcoming atmosphere and bad start for the trip.

I had a booking for a weekend in this hotel and at the end I was very disappointed about the cooperation of the staff about finding and returning my leather jacket that I forgot it in the hotel room! After many call and emails I was receiving a negative answer and to be honest I didn’t expect that this hotel to have a such a low quality personal, to not return the finding items ( of course very expensive leather jacket) ! Obviously you have a problem and I m sure there are many other people in my situation! I don’t recommend this hotel, it s called “ robbery “ ! 👎👎

Only referring to the restaurant... Ordered a pinot grigio, pretty standard cost for the wine served, just not cold enough & no wine serving etiquette followed. Ribeye tasty but way too small for the price compared to other venues in the city. The side of roasted carrots had more lettuce than carrots & was pretty bland to say the least. All in all, the restaurant never lived up to expectations, especially when considering the great decor & ambience that had me expectant & excited for a lot better....

Dog friendly hotel, 20 minutes away from central parts of Amsterdam. The room is pretty good, however everything is controlled by a tablet that is not the most responsive and that is not in a good position. Great breakfast and nice views from the gym. Good burgers in the restaurant.

Very satisfied with my stay here. Stayed for two nights/no breakfast and I would come only to sleep and shower. Everything went smooth. Being a female solo traveler, I care extra about safety. So I always try to open the door when locked or when the card is still inserted and with this hotel I felt very safe. The door doesn’t open when locked and it even make an alarming sound when opened and the card is still on. Bed was comfy although I don’t understand why are there two small blankets on one king size bed? Loved all the other amenities in the room.

Overall it was a nice stay. The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room amenities were to a good standard too. We did however have a problem with the AC (our room was way too hot despite having the AC set to LOW). The hotel staff tried to resolve but weren't successful which wasn't brilliant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice too.

Great hotel to stay at. Very clean and fancy rooms. The prices are quite cheap for Amsterdam. 1 night for two people with breakfast included 104€. The breakfast was high quality, all you can eat and something for everyone. The staff is helpful and respectful, everyone speaks English. Very close to Ziggo dome but quite far from main Amsterdam attractions but it is 5 minute away from metro. They also accept pets.

Great experience in Amsterdam. The hotel was great and situated close to the metro for quick access to central Amsterdam. One nice feature was the addition of a JBL speaker in the rooms.

It was a great experience in this hotel. What amazed me, they prepared my breakfast at 5am to have sahour to prepare for Ramadan fasting, super. Staff were so kind and friendly.

Decent hotel it is pricey but the location is very convenient so you can easily and quickly access other areas. Single beds are smaller than expected and room also smaller than it appears online. The bathroom has an automatic light which sometimes switched off when using the shower which was annoying. We also used the hotel iron which is very weak and took a long time to iron clothes. Be careful travelling via public transport - we bought the GVB tickets and these DO NOT work at Spaklerweg station - we think it's because the glass at the ticket barriers is quite scratched so it doesn't read the QR code. When we spoke to staff at Centraal station they said there is a blue button you can press to contact someone if this happens where they can open the barrier doors for you. However this was too much of a nuisance so we ended up using Overamstel which is one stop back but closer to the hotel. When we spoke to a staff at reception about this they seemed to be aware of this which was quite frustrating as guests should be warned of this.

Excellent hotel and great value. Near Overamstel Metro which is on the M51 route into the centre in a business district. High tech rooms with a system that controls all the lights, curtains and TV. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were firm but great to sleep in. Has a nice bar and restaurant onsite which makes a delicious burger. Breakfast per morning is a little pricey so gave it a miss however there's also a self service shop at Reception for drinks and snacks. Would recommend.

The hotel was very easy to find but a bit far from the main city. However, we enjoyed every other aspect of our stay. The underground parking facility was very convenient. The staff at the reception (Max) was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We liked our rooms and found the electronic control panels an exciting part of the room's experience. The breakfast spread was lovely and we relished the different pastry varieties and the freshly squeezed orange juice. The check-in and check-out procedures were also hassle-free and took no time at all. Would surely recommend and visit again during my next trip to the city.
