Super budget hotel, do not pay more than $100 a night if you dont want to regret your stay. The bedsheets were not clean, there was hairs on it. Rooms are very small, i had a private bathroom that would do for one night. The elevator is broken so walking up the very steep stairs was a hassle to the fourth floor. Its a dingy hotel, but location is good enough to enjoy the city center.

Hotel location is superb! Small room but has a clean bathroom and cozy bed. It just has steep stairs typical of dutch buildings, no lift for those heavy luggages so come prepared to do some lifting. They also clean our room everyday. No qualms with the hotelβ€” price is high but what can you expect for the location. Would recommend.

Beds were horrendous like sleeping on a busted air bag, causing terrible back pai. Not that clean, stained floor, bed base looked like it had urine stains on it (gross). No tea or coffee in the room. Broken wardrobe. TV but no remote. Painted wall with large scratch marks all over the wall... Needed trotters to navigate the stairs. Great view though.

The worst hotel iv ever seen. The corridors were littered with building supplies and junk. My wall was not a wall but a glass window into a storage room full of old mattresses. I was accused of smoking in my room when i was not. I did not complete my stay here.

We stay 4 friends. We take a 4bed room with its own bathroom(not public). The bathroom and the room was clean. The room was too small for four persons. The room has just one window looking to the top of the roofs. The hotel is very central point, near everywhere and near the train station. No elevator. Not recommended for families.Recommended for some friend who want to have fun in Amsterdam.

If you have little money more, don't stay here. The staff didn't check if my bed was clean before I go to the room (in despite of my waiting for check in time to "clean the room") - the bed was a mess and a wet toalha on it. So it seems there's no good control about "who is in which bed" - in the end, no one was there and they cleaned the bed only when another guest arrived. Staff is ok, cleaning is ok, amazing localization, but there's some strange energy in the air...

The only upside of staying in this hostel is the proximity to the central station. The staff was friendly, but incompetent and the rooms a nightmare. Apart from them being as small as can be, they were dirty (not properly cleaned after the previous guests), you hear all sorts of noises during the night (from the street, the lobby, other rooms), making it hard to get a good nights sleep at all. The reason for a one star review is though is the fact that we came home (twice!) to an unclosed room door after the staff had been inside to change out towels. Anyone could have walked in if they wanted to. This is an inexcusable level of unprofessionality.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived at 12: 00 noon but Check in was 3:00 pm however they offered us to have our luggage stored in their storage while we stroll outside. The room was clean so with the toilet. However, there is no lift and the stairs was narrow and steep. Prepare for it. We asked for extra towels and the staff gave it for free. You can avail a 10% discount of the overall bill if you dine in the restaurant below it named All Stars Steak if you checked in in this hotel. On our check out, the staff also agreed to have our luggage left at the storage while we stroll outside.

Location of the hotel is great, just across the Central station. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy. They have a rooms where you can leave your luggage and it’s free of charge. Rooms are small but this is typical for Amsterdam. Also there was very high humidity in the room. The windows are old and the rooms facing the street are very noisy. In the building was a vending machine.

Nice hotel in a very central location at an affordable price. Shower worked well, and stay was quiet and easy.

Very basic and bare bones. I met my brother in Amsterdam and he made the reservations for a 2 bed with en suite, we ended up in room 306. The space was very small leaving you just enough to move from the bed to the bathroom and use the entrance. The two beds are bunks, they were comfortable and clean and the hostel provided clean towels everyday. The bathroom is small and clean, only problem was the sliding door is inside instead of outside the bathroom and the shower doesn't have a door but only a curtain installed on one of those pressure bars (fell down a couple times). Overal a cheap and ok stay for a night or maybe two if you are not planning on using the room for much. No elevators, stairs leading to the third floor had very narrow steps.

😐 It is a large, somewhat impersonal, completely unshaded and extremely noisy campsite (we were in the tented section).Noisy because there is a large multi-lane bridge nearby, which is still very busy at night. Also noisy because of the "cigarette smokers". There are no rules and regulations - or if t...
