I still cannot believe the terrible experience I had. The lady that met us at the door reluctantly let us in and told us that because there were no available staff we could not ask any questions or purchase anything. There was only 1 other couple in the store and several other staff members just standing there on their phones. Then when my friend touched a belt she ran up to us and said we cannot touch anything. It is really a shame as this lady should not be representing the brand.

Great customer service, purchase was beautifully packaged and even rain protected. Website “in stock at store” indication is not fully accurate, so call before visiting if you want to make sure they have the product you want.

Chee is the best! He helped my mom with a gorgeous Lady Dior bag in an exotic skin. This part of town is so chaotic and a hassle, but for Dior - we’ll bear it!

If you come in, get ready to be profiled. I get the Dior friendship bracelets on some destinations, one SA greeted me and asked about them which she pointed to the back, went there and a security guard literally hovered over us whilst waiting to get service. Worse Dior store Ive been to. Buy on other Dior stores.

Horrible staff! Shame on you all. Gave a bag in to be fixed. They said it will take two months maximum, ended up being six months. The associate who was giving it back said “you are lucky you got it back so fast”. They ended up not even fixing the issue…..

Very poor customer service. Also, the bags have scratches, and if you fail to notice them before making a purchase, replacements and refunds are not an option. Instead, they only provide a voucher for spending in the same store.

A terrible store where customers are completely disrespected if you ask (to much?!) questions about the product. They say that every user has their own experience and that they can't give advice in advance on how to care for your bag. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Seriously, who here buys a product confidentially?

The salesman who helped us was very professional, smart and charming. he convinced us that why we should prefer Dior to other brands showing us with patience the details of the pouch i bought. i will come visit this beautiful store next time for sure.
