Small place serving Italian cuisine. Good service and friendly staff. I had Margarita pizza which tasted good. Average pricing and portions.

Food was amazing here. They only serve pizza, but do this extremely well! I had the patate pizza which has tomato, mozzarella and rosemary potatoes on. It was delicious! This is a very busy and popular restaurant so be warned that you may have to wait a while, however I do believe this is worth it. The staff were nice, service was quick and yet I didn’t feel rushed out of my seat despite there being a queue - a very respectful dining experience If you enjoy and appreciate good pizza, I think this restaurant would be very well suited to you indeed!

Italian pizza made by Italians. Good fresh ingredients. The indoor seating is crowded and the restaurant needs a bit of redecorating. Prices have increased so don't look at the menu in Google or via images. Avg. €13 per person

The pizza here was just perfect and one of the best we have ever had. We had to wait before getting in but was served very quickly once inside. The staff were friendly and the prices are reasonable for the highly quality ingredients used. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Italian pizzeria.

We came around 1700 on a Wednesday. It was a very chill time with just us 2 and another table of 4 so we did not need to wait to be seated. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were great! The crust was thin and the toppings were beautifully delicious! Food came out fast and service was wonderful, meaning amicable and personable. The price was reasonable for the beautiful food with generous portions Note, the restaurant is a small and intimate place with a first come first serve basis, so just keep that in mind

Pizzas were decent but I wouldn't come back. I didn't like much the tomato sauce and the dough. The place is very chaotic inside and super super tight. Good things were the service (young nice waiters) and that we were lucky to find a table quickly, and the waiting time was good.

By far my favourite place for Pizza in Amsterdam. As an ItalI can say, this is the closest thing to real Italian Pizza I've had anywhere in Europe. The tomato sauce is fruity and the prices might be just a but above the average but I promise you, it's all worth it. The service is fantastic! The girl who worked there (don't know her name but she's from Milano) even cut our pizzas to take away (not every Pizza place does that). The place is small, exudes home feeling and the menu is simple but with genuine ingredients. I'll always get back here..

Small restaurant in the middle of Amsterdam close to where the shops are serving only pizzas, tiramisu & drinks. It was a hot day so it was pretty steamy inside. It would have been nice to have got an outside table! We arrived at 6.30pm so didn’t have to wait to be seated. The pizzas are huge, authentic, delicious and cooked in a wood fire oven from what I can see. Come with an appetite! Even though it was busy they came out quick. I got a capricciosa, the ham was proper Italian ham which was a great addition. A bit on the salty side for me but I don’t eat that much salt usually. I also think the chili flakes had salt mixed in too which added to the saltiness. They were roughly €18-21. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend if you are needing a pizza fix!

‏ The restaurant was small and local. We ordered daily pizza and tiramisu. The pizza was very delicious. I fell in love with the cheese. Tiramisu was very delicious. The staff were very friendly and kind. I would like to go there again!

If I had to explain it in a few words it would be: Authentic italian food and experience. The food is awesome, all the ingredients are fresh and carefully selected, the portions are generous and the service is friendly. At a first glance it might look too narrow and a bit chaotic, but in the end you understand that this is the essence that creates the real Italian atmosphere. Prices might seem higher than average, but the pizza can be shared if you're not starving. Considering all the factors, the price is fair. This is a must go in Amsterdam.

The BEST pizza in the Netherlands. Hands down. Italian approved. Authentic, tasty, and you can tell that the ingredients are high quality. You can eat a bunch and it's not heavy. Special mention to Salsiccia and Friarielli, the highlight of the evening. It's an Italian experience in the hearth of Amsterdam. The restaurant is small with few table, but it's worth dropping by and waiting. They are very fast. 10/10

Beautiful pizza, really tasty and fresh ingredients. Very much a little hole in the wall, very small inside but the food was worth it. Bit crowded and loud for me but still enjoyed my meal.

“This isn't a restaurant this is a pizzeria”, the Italian said, to someone on the phone, speaking in perfect English. She suffered many random customers, lost or stoned, or both, whilst I enjoyed a fantastic pizza, even tho I used a 4 top, solo. By the time I left, the English voices subsided in ratio to Italian, as seemingly, regulars or those that knew head there. Small, but packs one helluva punch, much like I guess, the service staff. Honest. And has Italian Craft beer from Birrificio Flea. No bookings. Ace.

Really cute and authentic spot for Italian food with friendly service. We came around 10pm and there were still people in there. We shared a pizza which was delicious. My only qualm about the place is that the guy who gave us our bill told us the credit card machine wasn't working so we needed to wait a bit, around 15 minutes. We'll be back here again on our future visits to Amsterdam.

From a quick Google search to WOW for lunch. This was the best pizza I've had in years. Cooked in a wood fired oven, the perfect balance of crispy yet chew crust. If you're hungry you could eat one on your own, if not sharing with another worked out for us. We had the margherita pizza and it was great. Already marked this place for when we return. If you like pizza then you need to visit here

Small place with great vibe. One of the best pizza we ever had. The dough is tasty, crunchy, and soft from the inside. The taste of the cheese in the formaggi pizza is strong and delicious. The mozzarella cheese in the margarita pizza is as fresh as it gets.

It may be the best in Amsterdam. Great quality with a friendly staff. Their pizza is stunning. Highly recommend. P.S: Try the Tiramisu dessert!

Absolutely delicious pizza, chewy crusts but still light enough to polish off the whole thing in one sitting! The 4 cheese was great, it still had a tomato base which I was pleased about as I forgot to ask and I've had that disappointment in other places. Tasted like there was a smoked cheese on there which was yummy and not something I've had on a 4 cheese before. Takeaway for me but the restaurant looked very cosy and busy even at 6pm, although only about 8 tables in there so fills up quickly.

Pizza here was top tier, only a small seating area so I imagine it can get full pretty quick and was quite busy when we went but this speaks for itself! Menu is very simple and done very well. A lot of ‘Italian places’ have too much on the menu and cater for too many different tastes! This is simple and to the point and done extremely well!

Many times they say Italian Pizzeria, but this one really is. Pizza that easily competes with those at home, lots of good stuff!

As an Italian, the pizza was very good. All the pizzas are Naples style, and both pizzas we ordered were of exceptional and genuine quality. The place is casual but cozy, and service is fast and efficient. The pizzas are slightly more expensive than average, with most prices ranging between €17,00 and €20,00.

Had very tasty crusty pizzas there! the only thing about my pizza was that it was a bit soaked up cause of the mozzarella on it - still tasty. The employees were also very friendly.

Amazing pizza, it felt like being in Italy. One of the few pizzas I ate abroad that is actually done like in Italy. The dough is great, the pizza is big and the ingredients are super fresh. The sauce is also super tasty. If you are looking for a real Italian pizza in Amsterdam, here it is. The prices are a bit high compared to other places but after all you are buying a true Italian pizza in the center of Amsterdam. Absolutely recommended

My favourite place to indulge on pizza in Amsterdam. It is super cozy because it is very small. But feels like an extension of my dining room whenever I'm up for a pizza. Seems to attract a lot of tourists due to its location, but I don't mind, at least they are not on the streets blocking bike paths. 😀 Anyhow, back to the pizza, I think I"ve tried all their choices, including their tiramisu. All have delivered and consistently..

Fun place to go to eat with a friend. If you're early, might be okay with family. But it's small and thus easily crowded. Server took ages to bring us the check even after we already confirmed that we were done with eating. Around 5:15pm it starts to get full so be ready to wait outside for a while if you come in around dinner time! Best pizza I've had in a while

The Pizzas at this place are just amazing. Even better then some pizzeria in north Italy. It was a great dinner and the restaurant was full with clients, most of them Italiens, at the time we were there. So this also says a lot for the place. Definitely recommend :)

I recently had the pleasure of lunch at La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria, and I must say that it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the warm and inviting ambiance to the mouthwatering flavors that danced on my palate, this pizzeria has truly set the bar high for an exceptional dining experience. Let's start with the star of the show: the pizza. Every bite was a symphony of flavors and textures. The crust was perfectly thin, crispy, and charred just right, while the toppings were fresh, plentiful, and thoughtfully combined. Whether I opted for a classic Margherita or ventured into their specialty creations, each pizza was a masterpiece. The attention to detail in crafting these culinary delights is truly commendable. The service at La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria is impeccable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and well-versed in their menu offerings. They were more than happy to provide recommendations based on my preferences and made sure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The waitstaff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Beyond the delectable pizzas, the pizzeria's atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment. The cozy and rustic decor created a charming and comfortable setting, making it the perfect place to relax and indulge in some truly outstanding pizza. Whether you're looking for a cozy dinner for two or a gathering with friends, La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria offers an inviting and intimate space for all occasions. In terms of value for money, La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria delivers beyond expectations. The portions are generous, the quality is exceptional, and the prices are reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and taste you receive. It's clear that the pizzeria takes great pride in using high-quality ingredients and upholding the traditions of authentic Italian pizza-making. To sum it up, La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it can get. With their extraordinary pizzas, exceptional service, and charming ambiance, this pizzeria has quickly become my go-to place for an unforgettable dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all pizza enthusiasts and food lovers who appreciate a true culinary masterpiece. Bravo to the entire team at La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria for delivering excellence in every bite!

Pizza dough is amazing. No doubt. The ham was maybe too smoked for my taste. But that’s just me. Waiters are very friendly but seem stressed. Still for the food experience I give this place 5 stars.

I loved this place! The staff super friendly and the pizza was out of this world! Some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend if you want great quality pizza without the frills of fancy restaurant.

Amazing pizza! Really good food. The place gets packed quickly and there’s not a lot of space but the waiters were lovely and the food was amazing. Would recommend to book in advance if possible.

Mamma Mia, what a pizza! The pizza is seriously delicious, and if you come to Amsterdam hungry for pizza. Look no further! 🇮🇹🍕

Sooo delicious. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Pretty near to the Italian original. Ingridients of great quality backed in an authentic stoneofen and you taste it. 🍕🍕 Only downside was the smoking group next to us, but that's not on the restaurant.

I have been to this place multiple times and they have always delivered great Italian pizzas. The restaurant is relatively small with seating close to each other which makes it cosy and a little homely. The only real feedback would be for the kitchen to use more vegetables on the pizza. Seeing things like eggplant, rocket, bell pepper, or fresh tomatoes would be a great addition to the already great pizza! I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area and I will for sure be coming back!

Been here a couple times, recommended by our Italian colleagues at work. Every time, the best pizza I've had in Northern Europe! Staff is great and really friendly. Don't come in a rush, though, they take their time so it comes out great.

I came here for their Margherita pizza. With some help from the very friendly and beautiful lady/ host I had ordered one. Half covered with buffalo mozzarella on top. I never have been to Italy, specifically Napels. So I can't compare. It was delicious. I'll go back again, but for a full Margherita pizza. I'm very satisfied with the balance of all the ingredients. It had a rather thin and floppy base, so you don't taste too much of the dough. The tomato sauce tasted fresh and a bit tangy. The cow mozzarella was creamy and complemented with fresh basil leafs. The restaurant is cozy and not big. It wasn't so busy, but I like to recommend that you make a reservation just to make sure you have a table. Reservation is possible from 2 or more persons. The location is excellent. Just in a side street of Nieuwendijk, one of Amsterdam's famous shopping streets. Also easy reachable by public transport and walking distance for example from Amsterdam Central Station, 'Rokin' metro station (line 52) and 'Dam' tram stop.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price.
