Excellent service. I booked a swedish massage, all the staff was nice and friendly, very professional and caring. The massage was perfect. The spa is calm and perfect to relax. I really recommend it if you need time for yourself and disconnect for the city. Also I wanted to note that all the staff was wearing a mask at all moment, which is unusual here in the NL, so I really appreciate it, even if vaccinated we should protect and care for the health of everyone. I will come back for sure.

A world class spa amidst lush green grounds next to a canal in Amsterdam. I pampered myself with a facial and a body massage, all under the expert hands of Chiaki san. Everything i needed after being on a month long travel in Europe, and post covid travel is chaotic so this was exactly what i needed. The Sothy product they used revitalized my dull and dry skin immediately. I highly recommend this.

Visit was in November 2020. Disorganised, understaffed and in need of some serious upgrade... feels like you are in still getting a massage in the early 90s. Also staff is not necessarily knowledgeable about the premises since they are all freelance. All in all there are better options in amsterdam, the conservatorium spa is one of them. The spa at the Waldorf is the ultimate! Did I mention that the pool is closed for spa visits? Fees have not changed though.

Waste of money. A spa service only for guests of the hotel. Came here just for "Hanaksumi" treatment. It was a big treat for myself for my birthday.. but the whole experience was awful. I arrived a bit late and although the place was completely empty they had no ability to adjust the time of the treatment. So I was tense and upset, the treatment was rushed, and very basic.. not relaxing... A lot of hands-off time (towel adjusting, creams) nothing Japanese in nature about this. Only made me aware that I needed a real massage. Then the reception sent me to the pool/sauna area, without a towel, there were no towels in the pool area.. so I had to go back... It's quite a journey.. perhaps a 5 star building, but the service was completely lacking, so hollow and impersonal.

Fancy hotel leading up to a wonderful spa area. The Sothys treatment I received from Erika was something else - so relaxing yet invigorating! The access to the baths before the massage made the experience more complete - thank you!!

The experience of doing a wealth care treatment at Nagomi Spa was priceless. The staff and the infrastructure of the establishment is incredible. I highly recommend it.

One of the cleanest and best SPA in Amsterdam but they need to follow wellness sector a bit closer. Looks like a place from 70’s. Hair drying machine is from 1960’s. Sauna for example can be infrared etc. Parking has discount but as a member everytime going to the reception or automat for paying doesn’t give you a member feeling. What you pay deserves more. Anyways Okura is my favourite and I have a trust to the company but there is a room for improvement.

I had a very professional massage. My lovely therapist Parvati took enormous good care of me. She handled my sore shoulder like a boss and I feel completely relaxed. Normally I get internally awkward around massage therapists, but not this time. I was at ease. Thanks again.

I had a 90 minute youth facial with the lovely Eva. Eva was very knowledgable and told me what products she was using, she also offered to be quiet if I didn’t want to hear about it! I felt incredibly relaxed and my skin looked amazing afterwards. The swimming pool and sauna/steam room were also very nice! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the hotel to check out the spa or even if you’re just in Amsterdam it’s worth booking yourself in!

Beautiful peaceful spa with a nice big pool and a jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna. Staff are super friendly and the massage was great. Will definitely visit again.
