Booked a tour in Amsterdam few days in advance. Upon arrival to Amsterdam, on the evening before the tour that was scheduled for the very next morning, I got multiple messages that my selected tour guide was replaced with a different guide (without confirming with me). The guide was replaced twice and finally they just cancelled my booking. I have a feeling they were just trying to get rid of me. Cancelling us in such short notice really messed up our schedule for our vacation, and we were actually looking forward to this tour. If I knew this was the way they handle customers, I would have booked with a different company. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Booked months in advance. Changed our guide 3 times. We waited 45 minutes and no guide for Rijksmuseum. They said she was looking for us, but no sign with our name. The phone number they gave us was not answered. We ended up buying a second set of tickets as they refused to refund our money.

Amsterdam is a hub a mecca of paintings in 17 century Rembrant, Dou Vermeer and Vincent van Gogh and design center of Europe. All could be seen at Rijk Museum, Van Gogh Museum and all at Museumplein cetral Amsterdam.

Brilliant way to see Amsterdam. Very informative tour and tailored to what I was interested in. The stop for warm Dutch cookies was a bonus. My guide, Maarten, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about the city. Walked more or less none stop for 3 hours but he was open to stopping if required. As someone traveling alone this was a great way to spend a morning. Totally recommend it.

I ordered this, paid, got my voucher so was all set for a tour for my 40th birthday in Amsterdam with 6 friends. I'm at the meeting point as stated, voucher in hand and no one shows up. I call, answerphone saying 'email us'. I check my email, it had been cancelled! Not even refunded! This is supposedly a reputable company owned by TripAdvisor. This is disgusting customer service and I want people to know. I think they should have made sure I at least confirmed I got the cancellation via a call or text message at the very minimum. It is unacceptable. I had to ask for the money back. No apology, nothing. DO NOT USE. Here's an idea, if it is full, don't list it as available and if this is not feasible, wait before you send the voucher. It was very disappointing.

We did a biketour with Sameena for my birthday. The sun was shining, we had perfect bikes and the tour was surprising, although I live in Amsterdam! Sameera arranged a special birthdaycake and picnic. Very nice!

Pictures say more than a thousand words. I will never have an option through the booking again.. Disaster organization.. And he wanted me to cancel it so that I would pay the fees, very trick rich and brazen.

We had a lovely time in Amsterdam last night! Sebastion was a wealth of knowledge, and so friendly! We saw lots of his goodies around his apartment and some window views. We will certainly catch up next time we are in Amsterdam for real! My gorgeous Dutch descent friend from Melbourne sung us a beautiful Dutch song from her childhood! It was a pleasure to meet and have lovely time. We did have some connection issues, but he found an alternative!

Silvino gave us a great feel for the culture of Amsterdam. He tailored the tour to suit our needs and was lots of fun along the way.

This was a really fun experience that I couldn't have found somewhere else. It is like meeting with a friend of a friend to show you around. I 100% recommend!

I visited Amsterdam in January with my girlfriend. We found this website and booked a 3-hr tour. We met our local guide in the city centre in the afternoon. Mark gave us an amazing tour through the hart of Amsterdam. We saw some cozy neighbourhood . Of course we also wondered next to the beautiful canals and the Red Light District. Mark was very knowledgeable and knew s lot about history. After the tour he gave us some real nice tips about non-toursitic spots for drinks. food and fun, which was very helpful for the last day of our stay.

We area family of 4 who went on a city bike tour (bike like a local) with Donnie in Amsterdam. Being a musician and a historian, Donnie was a great match for my 18 and 20 year-old daughter and son. They thought he was "cool". We rode the bike all over the city , and he knew it well, telling us interesting histories and some great social commentaries about the city. Even as "older folks" my husband and I being in our 50's, we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with him as a guide. Sure riding in Amsterdam can be harrowing, but that's part of the fun. Donnie was able to make us feel safe. We highly recommend him!

The walking food tour with Olav was very good, his knowledge of the Netherlands history is excellent and his delivery was entertaining. The different foods were enjoyable and of a very good quality although the quantity of some dishes was a little less than what we expected when compared to our experience with food working tours in other cities.

Raul is a very easy going person and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed how he shared about the neighborhood and food but also his personal touch getting to know us and sharing his background. Very kind, funny and knowledgeable. Thanks
