The atmosphere of the restaurant struck a perfect balance between simplicity and a welcoming ambiance. The restroom was not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped with essential accessories for women. Culinary-wise, every course was a masterpiece, featuring harmonious flavors and expert wine pairings. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, the stuffed zucchini with cheese was a delightful surprise, and the monkfish main course was unlike anything I've ever tasted—truly the best fish dish I've ever had. The establishment offers a wide selection of wines and spirits, and the service team excels at making informed recommendations. The upper level is not accessible by wheelchair.

Very nice place. Cosy & casual interiors. Good chefs, good food, kind staff, good wine & food pairings. We enjoyed every single food & drink served. Monkfish was a stellar. Recorded this place to our delicious Amsterdam list and will be surely back again!

Wonderfully executed dishes, extensive wine menu, good service and smiling faces... Zoldering was a very good example of combining good food with good service. We had steak tartare, toast american and toasted brioche with sardine as starters, partridge and ribeye as main and ice cream and parfait as desert. We enjoyed every bite and finished with a nice espresso. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic service, amazing food and great ambience. We had the tomato americain, salmon, yellow tail, followed by the farm chicken & gnocchi and artichoke. Croissant with pistachio to finish a great evening, would highly recommend and thanks for the great evening

Good vibe and tasty food in a cosy and very informal location but the place definitely falls short of the expectations of a star in terms of service and food level. Deserts were particularly lazy and the mark up on wine is painful. 2 hour seating spoils the experience a bit too, but nevertheless worth a try.

Relaxed and cozy restaurant with high quality food and service. Very good selection of wine so just ask the friendly staff who are happy to help you. All food is a la carte so you can tailor meal size and direction according to your appetite. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is totally worth a visit! The food was amazing, as every dish had great flavors combining to make them memorable. I strongly recommend to ask for different plates, so that you can try several ones, such as the cod, the farm chicken, or the turbot, as well as the starters like the octopus. The only drawback was the service, which I found a bit lacking, although the waiters were never unpleasant. Concluding, this is a great chance for a different Michelin star experience, away from the traditional, but definitely enjoyable and delicious!

I found myself at the bar, battling jet lag, when the staff promptly reprimanded me in front of other customers for using the wrong glass. A more courteous approach to inform me of the mistake would have been appreciated. The setting was cramped. Overall, food was great but this is my second and last time at this restaurant.

Love dinner as always. I've been to Zoldering three times now, and the food has been amazing on each occasion. They can even accommodate vegan requests, if you call in advance - although it is of course not their main business. The atmosphere is lovely informal. While they now have a Michelin Star, it doesn't suddenly feel as an elitist, high brow restaurant. The dishes are uncomplicated, but definitely refined. The service is impeccable: friendly and always helpful. Would definitely recommend the madeleine at the end of the meal. My fellow diners where emphatic that it is spectacular, great mix of gooey and crispy.

Great dinner experience. Service was very professional, welcoming & knowledgeable. The food delivered above expected and the wine list is a work of art. A highlight of our recent trip to Amsterdam! Highly recommended

Even though the atmosphere was extremely relaxed (especially for a Michelin-star restaurant), staff was nice, professional and attentive. They have a great selection of wines and the food was delicious. Most surprising was the bill, as the prices were really fair for this quality. I can definitely recommend it!

Small and beautifull michelin star restaurant. The menu is composed mostly from small dishes (there are few mains) Very large wine selection as well. The service is friendly but yet very professional. Quality of the food is excellent.

Nice setting and decent service. Some good dishes but a bithit or miss.

JUST FABULOUS!!! If I lived in Amsterdam, I would eat here regularly. Great ambiance, fabulous food, friendly staff, unpretentious and grounded, just 100% what a great meal should be. The kitchen team is very skilled and creative and our meal was just delightful. The prices are very reasonable. The wine list extensive, and the staff is happy to narrow down the options to suit the individuals they are serving. Our table of 4 all ordered different options. I ordered that night special: a lamb dish that took 3 days to prepare, and BBQ shrimp as a starter. Some warm-right-out-of-the-oven madeleines for desert. I would have that same meal all over again, any day of the week! 6 stars!

Great dinner at Zoldering last night. Super friendly service. All our dishes were excellent but the octopus was a real highlight. Rarely done well outside of the Mediterranean but this was exceptionally good. We will be back for sure.

One Michelin star wine bar/restaurant. We came for wine and nibbles so here is what I can add: We did a spontaneous walk in later into our evening. The place was still bustling but the welcoming waiters freed up some space for us and we were seated in the first floor dining room. As we already had a full dinner elsewhere that evening we just opted for wine and snacks. So first off, the wine list. The selection is broad yet focussed on interesting producers, with dozen or so choices I´d immediately pick. Prices seemed quite friendly, with mark ups around one over retail for what I have seen. I opted for a slightly aged Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru - Sold out. Second try was another slightly aged white Burg, sold out again. The presented wine list, both online and the printed copy handed out were out of sync with the actual selection. The sommelier apologized and this might be just bad timing, but generally this should not be happening, especially if this applied to almost all older vintages of white wines from Burgundy. After some back and forth a 2019 Chassagne village wine made it on our table, which was a good yet not on pair alternative. Food wise we just had a very good pate and some nibbles with cheese, so I can't comment on the full dining experience. Atmosphere was bustling and lovely, food and wine was very good, so overall a place I will definitely return to one day when in town. For a full meal, and maybe some aged Burgundy 😊

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
