    Very dissatisfied with the level and quality of service at this practice. My latest visit was very disappointing, specifically due to the condescending attitude of the dentist. I was in for a checkup that didn't last more than a minute. I had a missing filling that fell out a few days before the check-up. Dentist completely missed it, how is this even possible? I had to point it out so we can plan to fix it. When i came in for the appointment to fix it, this lasted less than 10 minues, I feel like the tooth was not prepared properly before the filling was placed, I got alot of cuts and wounds from the polishing of the filling, and in the end it is still rough. Absolutely horrendous. I am going somewhere else to fix it as i can no longer place my trust in this practice. Everything felt rushed and with no attention to quality or background of the patient. Edit: After being contacted by their floor manager, she told me on the phone that she is sure the filling is ok because the dentist has 40 years of experience. I was offered to have the filling removed and to go somewhere else to fix it. Does the doctor realize she already drilled into my tooth? And how exactly does she think the tooth can just be left exposed so I can just go to a different practice to fix it. Truly unbelievable. Meanwhile I am stuck with a botched filling that is sharp and cannot even fit a toothpick between the teeth to clean them properly, for which I should pay twice until the problem is resolved, all that with a doctor with "40 years of experience" named Hester Robbe. Please don't waste your money and oral health with this person!

    In August, I had a root canal in which they BROKE THE DRILL off in my gums. They tried to a while to get it out and couldn't find it. They sealed it off in my gums and only told me after the procedure was finished. They showed the broken drill to me as well as the xray. I was in extreme pain for a few weeks and I am still in pain FOUR months later. I went back twice due to this pain, but they told me it was all in my head and charged me for each visit. I am still paying off subsequent bills from this mistake. I would not recommend them as a trustworthy physician. They want your money and they are not afraid to exploit you for it.

    I decided to go to Lassus because of the great reviews that I saw they had. The dentist was professional and kind when I went there the first time. Unfortunately, for the past couple of months I have needed a referral for an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. I have asked the front office staff numerous times (by email and phone) for the past 2 weeks that I need this as my wisdom teeth are impacted and it's quite painful. Every time I contact the front office, they state that they will send it and I have yet to receive it. The front office staff should be more transparent on the process and be more mindful of their patients as I have let them know that I am in pain without any urgency on their end to get me the referral.

    Technically fine. I was very disappointed when, after 5 years as a customer, I missed an email from a third party that invoiced (not standard, this had not happened for 4 years) and when I overlooked these emails, my collection costs were calculated by. I called to ask how we could resolve this properly, the answer came down to 'own fault, big bump - the customer is expected to be competent enough to manage his own administration'. I left the dentist for this reason.

    Bad service with the secretary where miscommunication on billing and lack of clarity on the cost resulted in bill being processed with collection costs. Therefore, in terms of invoices, they are not transparent on their cost.nether to explain anything or simply inform you with an email that there's an invoice remaining till you're up for your next annual teeth check up. Would advice anyone looking for a dentist to go elsewhere.

    I had 8 veneers placed by dentist Smalhout because my upper teeth were very crooked (front teeth) and yellow. Dentist Smalhout exceeded my expectations. The result is very natural. My mouth or smile have not changed...but I now have nice straight and fresh teeth. After the intake, the veneers were placed in 1 session (approximately 3 hours). Afterwards I didn't experience any pain. If you want to have veneers placed and are looking for a skilled dentist, I can highly recommend dentist Smalhout from Lassus dentists!!!

    After years of avoidance due to anxiety from experiences with past dentists, I ended up coming into Lassus with an urgent issue on recommendation of a friend. The issue was diagnosed and treated quickly, and they made me comfortable enough to continue with the necessary cleaning, maintenance and future check ups. Really happy with them! Teeth look and feel great again :)

    I had a root canal treatment with my first upper right molar tooth. The sinus membrane of my tooth was ruptured during the treatment and the chemical used to disinfect - sodium hypochlorite, leaked into my sinus. This chemical irritated all my sinus canals causing heavy bleeding for a total of 48 hours which either leaked out thru my nose and I aslo had to swallow. I called Dutch emergency hotline to ask for help. I asked the densistry and learned that the solution was 5% dense which means it is almost bleach that went into my blood stream and nose. I had to use antobiotics for 8 days following the procedure due to sinus infection. Unfortunately, during the procedure, I was also not informed by the dentist about this accident. Root canal treatment is not yet completed but I am already very disappointed with what I had to go through.

    I had 2 wisdom teeth removed with Meshkan Moghimi, and if I could give her 10 stars I would. She took her time talking through the details, pros/cons, options and reassuring me countless times. I never ever thought that I’d be able to have the procedure done in the chair, and I avoided having it done for 2 years due to anxiety. When I finally saw Meshkan she removed each tooth in less than 30 seconds with ZERO pain whatsoever. She calmly talked through each step, played music and put me completely at ease. Her patience and professionalism is outstanding. Highly recommend her, she is top class!

    The level of professionalism is rock bottom here. They are highly incompetent and not fully skilled to be working on anyones teeth. I have tried to give them multiple chances and they continue to drop the ball on every level professionally. I have 3 tooth that got worse because they had no interest in properly evaluating my teeth. They do not value their clients and will justify any dentist who are inadequate and rude. In addition, their communication skills are amazingly unprofessional and poor. If you value your teeth or health, then dodge this location at all cost.

    I had my porcelain veneers done with Victor Massip at Lassus Tandartsen. I am not an easy customer to please, but “working” with Victor was a breeze. He really listened to what I wanted and made the process into a collaborative one, where a beautiful and natural result was achieved. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

    This place might be ok if you only need basic check up, but based on my experience that's it. I had root canal done at lassus by dentist who constantly repeated i am too complex case. It took very long as she was not able to get to the canal and was very painful as somehow her injections didnt work. I returned shortly after complaining about pains being seen by different dentist, who told me i must be imagining this pain coming from the treated tooth, as once canal treatment is done, you dont have these issues. He sent me home to test the teeth on cold/hot water to allocate the correct tooth as I cant be right. Same story shortly after coming there for pain in front lower tooth(keep in mind basically since the first root canal, i had pains so didnt even want to discuss the one i felt i had issue with since the doc said i am not right, he must know better, right!). This visit due to pains and sensitivity on lower front tooth was same outcome. Dont know why, go home and wait. How on earth these so called professionals didnt notice the complete loss of gums, wobbly tooth and to other professionals obvious periodontal issue. To shorten the story, i ended up at specialized clinic where they had to extract 5 teeth including the one with root canal treatment and its neighbor as the infection spread. I am diagnosed with strong periodontal issues under going treatments and praying not to loose my front teeth and obviously i wasted money and months of pains for stupidly trusting lassus and not taking enough actions when believing my own gut. This place got recommended to me by friend whom's friend worked there as dentist. The friend dentist left the clinic himself as he found the place ridiculously handled. He is very sorry i was not aware of him leaving as trust me , that would be the day i would be gone already hearing his stories.

    Basic cleanup of your teeth will cost you nearly 140 Euros. About the experience itself, as compared to other practices in NL and US: cleaning will last about 5-10 min max after which your teeth will be treated with fluoride and you'll be asked to hold it in your mouth for about 1 hr. Good luck tolerating the taste of it and holding it in your mouth for one hour without drooling like an idiot and swallowing the fluoride. It's a shame there is no forewarning of the process and final cost.

    Were my dentists for 5 years, always good service and professional care. I do have weird teeth so had a lot of interactions with them, but always it was kind and helpful and didn’t feel judged. Always knew what to expect from the treatment, how it would feel, how much it will cost.

    Went to see the doctor before new year, everything was handled via telephone/email, shortly after- I moved and they sent bills to my old address, without single mail or telephone call. When I didn't pay- they sent bills directly to the incasso, which sent me bills on the total amount of the bills (even though partly they were covered by the insurance), multiplied by 3-4 times, so I had to pay lets say 60 euros to Lassus, (from the bill of 200, where 120 was covered by insurance)- and I got a bill from incasso for 300!!! instead of 60. When I called to ask why was it so difficult to send me bills by email, they said that I have to register with infomedics myself to see my bills, which I actually failed, as I need information which i dont have(like bill number). They definitely sent me email about customer experience, but could NOT sent me the bills via email? where everything was handled via email (covidtimes). So I would say 1 star for customer service is even too much. So in total I had to pay to Lassus 400 ( total 1000 but bigger half was covered by insuarance). and I got the bills from incasso for almost 1000. and those are not normal bills- those a books to read!!! 10 pages long from the court. And when I first got them in Mei, it was unclear for me how much to pay, so I paid amount which I found on the last page- 250, in two weeks I got another mail- saiyngn that i didnt pay in full and I need to pay another 320- so I did, now end of August I get another mail that I still didnt pay in total, and need another 500!!! So be ready that they will milk you not only during the visit (offering all kinds of upsales (haha), but also after your visit! PS: And dont leave that lame respond, that I should contact your manager, I just tried, and waited 30 min on one phone number and 30 on another and gave up!! as you dont even estimated how long to wait

    I had a root canal several months ago. I have since been experiencing pain and swelling in the gum and face. I called to make appointment - one was made and then promptly canceled as they said I needed to see original dentist. Next available appointment is 12 days from now. Clearly that is not going to work as the problem will only get worse. I would need an appointment much sooner. I have been told by three receptionists that I would receive a call back. Three days later and still no call. I am now looking for another dentist. Horrible service.

    I always have a great experience at Lassus. I always ask specifically about Shima, because she is truly the best dental hygienist I have been to. She is a perfectionist and she pays all the attention to oral hygiene. She is also super friendly and always makes me feel at ease! The receptionists are also friendly.

    Very pleasant dentists with a personal touch. The procedure to remove a damaged molar tooth was unbelievably painless and done in 15 minutes. The anaesthesia process I have never seen before and I have visited dentists all over the world. No injections, no swelling, no pain after the tooth is removed. I can't believe it.

Ik heb nog nooit een negatieve recensies geplaatst maar toen ik mijn verhaal deed bij de tandarts zelf werd er zo onbegripvol op gereageerd dat ik mij genoodzaakt voel om toch hier mijn verhaal te doen.

    Lassus dentists refused to see my 18month old son after a nasty accident due to an outstanding payment, which they had made little attempt to bring to my attention. In fact it took them a full day to respond to the accident! Luckily I was able to locate an excellent alternative dentist who handled the situation promptly and compassionately. Separately, I have spent a great deal of time locating this outstanding payment which swelled from 35Eu to 224Eu!

    I would give another five stars for Lassus. I used to be afraid of dentists but here I feel so comfortable and taken care of to the last detail. I'm so happy with my choice. I read the 1 star reviews and they make absolutely no sense. Old equipment? Rude staff? Unprofessional? I'm 10000% those people did not use lassus dentists services or they have just a malicious intent.

    I like the practices, however you do change dentist/hygenist nearly every time which loses the personal touch and familiarity. Also the dentist only comes in for a quick check up while there is a cleaning with the hygienist, it’s a bit too quick for me especially when you’ve never met them before.

    I was charged for 40 minutes when there was only about 20 minutes of cleaning. I raised a complaint, and they said they had clocked me going into and out of the room, and this was about 30 mins (yet still charged for me for 40 mins!). Upon review, they offered to only take 5 mins off the bill. Very rude and unhelpful, would advise to avoid as didn't seem to care much when I raised this issue. Not what you want from medical professionals!

    I've never had a better experience with any other dentist. If you suffer from any phobia, I strongly recommend this dental surgery.     Awesome practice, my partner and I both go there, and have had extensive work done. The people who work at Lassus are so friendly and helpful! I whole heartedly recommend them. We were nervous since it was our first dental experience in Europe, but they're better than most of the dental offices we've been to in California and we couldn't be happier we found Lassus!

    Snobby and pretentious corporate machine with zero respect for clients. I was a client for three years, and kind a used to the fact that had to hang on a line for 30 minutes to get an appointment. Every time different doctors, sometimes so young, so you think they are just out of school. But when they sent my bills straight to the debt collectors without even email or phone call, and bills sent only on your physical address and where lost And it is in a digital world!!     I had my wisdom teeth removed which required two visits, and the experience was very pleasant. During my first visit I was positively surprised about how nice the waiting rooms were. Really cool interiors. The dentists during both of my visits were friendly and professional. I found that especially the dentist removing my teeth knew how to calm my nerves with her positive energy and funny comments. 5/5 would come again - too bad I don't have any wisdom teeth left.

    Scam. They offer all these services for tooth cleaning and during summer they said they have a discount. I got that and gave them my insurance details so they can directly link. However they sent me an invoice which was much more than expected, to my personal email instead of asking my health insurance (I have the dentist covered). For my previous dentist, everything was taken care, I didn't have pay any invoices as the insurance company would deduct the amount from my bank account. And now they sent me an invoice from Incasso Bureau. What a shame.

    They were a bit late. They called but that was only appr. 15 minutes before the appointment. They were friendly though and they apologized. The place itself was under construction. The dentist was friendly, and they helped me in a very nice way. In general, I am satisfied with Lassus. I am a long time customer, and I am especially very happy with their CEREC solution. The whole treatment in jut a few hours and no pain. These kinds of treatments used to take 3 or 4 dentist appointments.

    Incredible, amazing approach, attention and treatment and job done by Hesther Robbe and Dawn wrt to an emergency check, treatment and reconstruction that I needed after an accident. Eternally grateful to them for the job done but also for the human, friendly and psicological approach to me as a patient! The treatment ended requiring double of the scheduled apointment time, and they managed to finalize the treatment properly and with dedication and no rush despite the time pressure.     Unfortunately, even though I really like this clinic and my dentist is very professional , I must report that during this morning's appointmet the inside of my lip was deeply cut by an assistant. I initially didn't feel pain as the area was numb due to local anesthesia therefore I didn't pay much attention to it. When I arrived home and took a better look I noticed the deep cut, swelling and now I am starting to feel the pain.

    I used to be a patient at Lassus Tandartsen but decided to quit as service level has decreased over the past months. I felt some new dentists had arrogant and rude attitude lately. Not to mention that even with frequent check ups, they have missed a cavity on a tooth which they had treated themselves not while ago. Waste of time and money.

    Nicely helped by Pouria in the treatment of an acute root tip inflammation. Time was made in the agenda to start the root canal treatment that day, which was actually not possible.     A couple of years ago, I gave them 5 stars and recommended them to everyone. Unfortunately the dentist that we liked left, and they’ve become unprofessional. The last 2 time we went (me and my daughter) the dentist appointments was cancelled without notice and we could only see the hygienist which is imo the secondary reason for a visit, not the primary. I received the following email from their from office: “…you are free to go to another dentist idien you are not satisfied.” 2 stars - as they took the time to run the reply through a translator, evident from the spelling error in the reply, which I do actually appreciate. I am taking their advice and going to another dentist.

    Like others, a very bad experience with the administration at Lassus dentists. I had treatments at the dentist on August 1, 2023 and August 10. I moved on August 4 and I also passed this on during my visit on August 10. Invoices and reminders for the processing of August 1, including letters from a collection agency, had been sent to my old address. (Note: invoices before August 10 were sent to the correct address) It was only in 2024 that I received an invoice from a bailiff at my new/correct address and paid it immediately. I contacted Ester today and asked that they refund the €40 collection costs for the invoice to me since I provided my new address on time. The lady says that it was completely logical that the invoice was sent to her old address because that is where I lived during the treatment (I wonder if she expects her government correspondence for 2023 at her old address if she has an address as of January 1, 2024 change?). The conclusion is that it is my fault - providing my new address 10 days after the treatment is not enough, and she refuses to reimburse me for the collection costs. Lassus dentists believes that they have very “neatly” sent all correspondence to the correct address.
