Na 2 x eerder het hoofd volledig te hebben getrimd/kaalgeschoren tot de conclusie gekomen dat dit het ook niet helemaal was (toch te 'kaal') en na het achterlaten van een berichtje op de website nam Mart contact met mij op. Mart stelt je op je gemak en houdt geen verkooppraatje, maar vertelt gewoon de voor- en de nadelen van de MHP behandeling. Hij beoordeelt na een intakegesprek wat voor jou de beste oplossing is, hoeveel sessies daarvoor nodig zijn en wat de prijs van de behandeling is. Ik ben iemand die kwaliteit prevaleert boven prijs en had bij Mart direct een goed gevoel. Hij is een van de pioniers op het gebied van MHP en dat merk je in alles. Je krijgt gewoon een eerlijk verhaal te horen en de (on)mogelijkheden o.b.v. jouw type huid, schedel en haardos. De eerste sessie was erg spannend en na afloop was ik ook niet meteen overtuigd, zelfs een klein beetje teleurgesteld ; de huid was namelijk erg rood en de puntjes waren erg aanwezig (het voelde onnatuurlijk). Na een aantal dagen zag het er echter al veel beter en rustiger uit. Pas (of al) na de tweede sessie is er sprake van verdichting en ziet er echt heel mooi uit. Dit is echt iets om in het achterhoofd te houden. Gewoon geduld hebben dus en vertrouwen in het vakmanschap van Mart. Je komt na sessie 2 in de buurt van het eindresultaat. Je gelooft zelf dat je weer haar hebt en moet (mits je het scheert of kort trimt) echt voelen waar je echte haar zit en waar je pigmentatie. Niemand die overigens opmerkt dat je een behandeling hebt ondergaan, zelfs je directe omgeving niet. Dat verbaasde me enorm en daar had Mart de grootste lol om. Indirect natuurlijk een groot compliment voor zijn werk. Dit zal wellicht anders zijn als je (nagenoeg) volledig kaal bent. Inmiddels heb ik de derde sessie achter de rug en het resultaat is erg netjes. Als je gaat voor de 'geschoren look' krijg je ook nog tips over trimmers en scheerapparaten (de Wahl Beret is een aanrader). Na de behandeling kun je na 1-2 jaar voor 'periodiek onderhoud' langskomen, zodat het resultaat optimaal blijft. Voor mensen die (net als ik een paar maanden geleden) nog twijfelen ; gewoon DOEN, je bent bij Mart echt in goede handen !!!
