If you love animals, stay away from this place!! They are used to treat birds very badly, without caring of their conditions. Letting them in small crowded cages under the sun. I don't want to imagine how they treat other animals inside when nobody is watching... Remember that the supply meets the offer so just don't buy it!

It’s a really complete store without a doubt but it’s difficult to understand how a shop that sells stuff for loved animals keeps so many birds in tiny cages separated one from another, without natural light, air or space. It’s so sad to see this inside your store and this reason makes me don’t want to buy anything here. There is completely no need to have those poor birds, first in a cage and second in so poor conditions 😢.

This is an amazing place! I am not only talking about the selection of items they have from food to toys to leashes, I am also talking about the people working there. They are all so kind and always helpful! Even I have a closer petshop around my apartment, I always try to come here for everything.

This is one of the bigger pet shops. I am glad they only sell life birds and fish. Cheaper than a lot of other petshops. Supplies for all kinds of pets.Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Such a nice service!

This is a very big pet store, here you can find a lot of quality products and different brands for a good price. They also take donations fot shelters and have vet visits once (or twice) a month. The owners know a lot about their products and are always helpful. Plus they have a beautiful white parrot that says mama and likes to be petted by customers 😊

I really like this chain of stores but particularly the one in Oost. I cross the city from Osdorp to get Carnilove for cats, because sadly the big Jumper in Osdorp doesn't bring high end cat food (Acana, Carnilove, Vibrisse are all in Oost). However I get Grandorf for cats at Akerpoort 😅 The personnel in both stores are great, nice, kind and helpful!

One of the largest pet stores in Amsterdam, friendly helpful staff and family owned.

Awful staff, they do not take good care of their animals. They left the bird in a super small cage outside while the sun is shinning very strongly, they were moving them like crazy, poor animals. The shop owner (probably) is really mean, starts insulting if you tell them that the birds should not be left under the sun, telling us that we are crazy. Don't buy there, the owner does not deserve 1 euro.
