1) I had a root canal treatment which was done professionally, the dentist is kind and positive and gentle as well as assistants. 2) I’m going through Invisalign treatment right now. It took some time to start it due to communications issues but now everything is sorted.

The best dentist practice you can go to in Amsterdam!! Due to an accident where I shattered my entire row of teeth years ago resulting in multiple implants and other neccessary work - I have been to many different practices in Amsterdam. In most, you are a number that's it. 0900 dentist provides outstanding care in dentistry, implantalogy and prostethic work for which I have experienced all by them. Mehdi is the best dentist anyone could wish for. He works from the heart with a dedication to achieve quality results that is unique. How you wished all dentists were. Olav the implantologist is incredible. The best implant work i've had. The entire team of staff is lovely and they do everything in their ability to help you, and do so in the least financially killing way possible. Clean, professional, fantastic results. Cannot recommend highly enough. I owe my top and bottom row of teeth to them. Grateful!!

Honestly most of the time the dentist is a difficult experience for me, I’ve been to the same dentist now for 32 years usually visiting 1 time per year in another country taking a plane and holiday from work. This time around I decided to visit 0900 dentist and it was a wonderful experience with top service, location, and people. And I ask myself: why didn’t I do this before? Thank you for taking care of me and all of my family, definitely recommend this practice. 🦷❤️

Mixed experience. Firstly I love the building vibe and the staff are mostly friendly and nice. I came for a front tooth implant to repair an accident of 15 years ago where I lost the front tooth. I was impressed by the package they offer and felt confident about them compared with all other dentists I visited in Amsterdam who do not specialise in Implants but “do them on a Friday” or whatever. I was extremely nervous about the treatment but at the same time eager to have it because my dental bridge was looking pretty bad and was uncomfortable. I wanted to use the opportunity to create a better smile so asked for advice on improving the teeth around the implant at the same time. This is where things went a little funky. One dentist tells me I should have a crown on the healthy front tooth and the same time as the implant tooth crown ( the other front tooth). He said this would mean we can colour match exactly and get the shame exactly right as theyd be made at the same time. However, another dentist at 0900 said I shouldn’t have a crown because it means ‘damaging’ an otherwise healthy tooth to allow for the crown. So conflicting advice. Maybe this is ok. It’s difference of opinion. But wanting to have a better smile I opted for the crown on the other healthy tooth so I could have two perfect front teeth. IMPlANT Operation: this is the one they install the titanium root upon which the crown will eventually sit. I was most afraid of this. But this went very well. I didn’t feel a thing. It was all done in 30 mins. I felt uncomfortable but it was very professionally done. I had every faith at this point. A couple months later it’s time for the crowns to be made so I can have two new front teeth. At this point my dentist asked if I’m happy with how white ( or yellow ) my other teeth are because it’s now or never time to whiten them so the new crowns can be matched. So I did a course of whitening which took 1 month more. This is fine after 15 years waiting ! But I wonder why they didn’t say this earlier in the process. Then here comes the bad: When the big day came to install the new crowns ( a relatively simple part of the process supposedly ), was there for 2 hours whilst they struggled with it. I also got in a lot of pain thanks to the grinding down of the healthy tooth to make space for the new crown. This is when I started to regret the decision because there’s no going back. Healthy tooth gone. But here’s the shitty part: the new crowns did not fit properly. One was not the correct size and when she showed me ( thankfully before cementing ) I did not like the result at all. It had large gap and looked really fake. And she agreed it would be best to send it back. So she did. A month later I go for another loooong appointment. This time , it was supposed to be the final step as they’d get the size right. Well guess what? They got the size right but in the processs the ruined the colour, so now the colour didn’t match . So again another uncomfortable hour plus of time was wasted and tooth had to be remade again. And each time I had a large fake temporary tooth in its place which had to be cemented and I cemented by poor poppy each time. I know none of this was the fault of the dentist but in fact the ‘tooth artist’. But I never expected this problem. It was quite distressing and I just wanted it finished. None of this would’ve happened if I’d kept the advice of ‘keep the healthy tooth and have it built up to match the new implant tooth with putty ‘. So ironically the implant was the easy bit! Matching the crowns properly became a never ending saga I did not enjoy one bit. And cost me a lot of time. And in the end; the new crown eventually fit but I’m not that happy with the look, they don’t look as straight as I imagined they should. I am happy that it’s an improvement but that’s it. What else? I haven’t been contacted for a follow up checkin at all ever since. That was more than 6 months ago. It’s very strange. I wanted to love the result. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it.

While healthy, my teeth kept getting shorter due to night time grinding, and it was just a matter of time before it got to the nerve. 0900DENTIST to the rescue! In an amazing act of professional dental artistry, I had all my real teeth prepared for crowns in the morning, and walked out with a shiny new (temporary) set of teeth like they used to look in the afternoon. Now, 4 years later, I am still getting excellent service and the quality of my shiny new teeth is top notch, for a fair price. I also had one implant - same story. I am a "bad patient" (don't listen / do what they tell me) but luckily their professionalism covered for me! Highly recommended. They are passionate about what they do, and actually really care about the patients / customers / people!

best experience ive ever had at a dentist! while living abroad, I had to have 2 wisdom teeth surgically removed. the team at 0900 dentist were able to see me the next day, and the prices were great! I do not speak Dutch, but the dentists were able to explain everything perfectly to me in English, as well as being gentle during the procedure! Could not recommend them more.

I’m very satisfied with result, price and quality! It took around one year from first surgery to crowns installation; 5 implants were installed - one exactly after extraction and for two was bone increased - very difficult job was done and done perfectly! Crowns were made perfect shape and fit very good from first time. I highly recommend!

The got 3 implants here and one of them fell out in a month and another one is feeling something strange and pain when I bite something. I had a nice experience for the first implant here .but I wasted my money for other 2 implants .

Hello! My name is Elena and I want to share an incident with you. Do you have a dentist? Not? Well, here's what happened to me. I have been in the Netherlands for 6 years. Expat. I went to a dental office, 0900 Dentist, and had an unpleasant experience. The promises and the result was totally different. In the Netherlands, the prices of dental work are regulated by the state. When I told the doctor that it is not what he promised and that I am ready to return his work and all I want is my money back. He refused me. But he said he could give me some of the money. The part he wanted to give back to me was less than half. More like the inflated half of the bill. I figured I wouldn't just write a comment on their site, I'd go the legal route. I searched a lot for ways to get justice. So the procedure is as follows - You try to solve it with the doctor. If you haven't solved it - you file a complaint with the KNMT ( Reglement Klachtenregeling KNMT ), where a complaints officer tries to mediate the problem. If it has not been resolved - you write to SGIM (Stichting Geschilleninstantie Mondzorg), report the situation, attach the complaint officer's response and wait for them to send you a response. After you have received the appointment for the hearing of the complaint, you introduce yourself and retell the incident, answer questions or contradict the dentist if you do not agree with him. After that you wait for the decision of the SGIM commission and it is possible to win. For me, the procedure lasted from the filing of the complaint in March 2023, the commission meeting in December, the result received in January 2024. Yes, I received my money, but more than that, I received satisfaction that I was not left with frustration.

In June 2022, a tooth on the upper jaw began to move. I was diagnosed with periodontitis and I was told that all the upper teeth that I still had (eight) must be removed and replaced with a "click prosthesis". I found an office, 0800-Dentist, who said that in 3-6 months I will have a prosthesis. Six months was the pessimistic scenario, if complications appeared. The costs were 4000 euros paid by me and 4000 euros by my insurance. In the beginning of July 2022, I had the screws put in, there were no complications and I waited for three months to pass. No one called me to check. In October 2022, I made an appointment. Dr. Hashemi said that "everything is perfect" and that in six weeks (two weeks - two weeks - two weeks) I will have the prosthesis. At the beginning of December 2022, they said that they would call me in a maximum of two weeks. They didn't call. I called at the end of December and they told me that "it is a little bit delay" because during the winter holidays many people order prostheses. I didn't know that dentures are a Christmas present. Lies after lies until March 2023, when a prosthesis that was not suitable finally appeared. It had to be modified twice, which meant another seven weeks. Finally, in May 2023, the prosthesis was ready. The happiness was short-lived, after two months the prosthesis started to move, it's uncomfortable, it doesn't fit on the jaw, a lot of food gets under it. Practically, every time I eat something I have to take it out and clean it. If lying was a job, Dentist 0900 would be billionaires. It was the worst medical experience I've had in 56 years. Now I'm saving money for another prosthesis. I hope to find a good doctor. Of course, the Practice manager of Dentist 0900 will answer: "I checked the files and it is not true, you were not our patient". Unfortunately, I was. And I regret this very much...

The dentist was great, the implantologist was horrible: rude, arrogant and in the end turned out to be unqualified, so that I had to go to another clinic and re-do what was done. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the implantologist to warn you.

Few years back I went for a simple change of a filling. The dentist used so much injections of anesthesia that my gum turned white and she killed the nerve in the tooth.

They used to be (apparently) much better! They don't return my calls for a week now just to make a simple appointment! A couple of my friends who were their patients are not going there anymore! It is a shame because they had a good reputation!

A few years ago I had a traumatic injury that broke one molar by the root and the tooth could not be saved. In 2021, I did a dental implant in this clinic and everything went smooth and the implant is still holding on. This year I found out that I was suffering from tooth resorption in my front tooth - I had injured my front tooth 20 years ago, had a root canal and an internal bleaching a few years later. Internal bleaching can cause root resorption. The dentist I went, that identified the issue, suggested pulling the tooth and doing an implant. He said the tooth would be too weak and break. I would be just spending money for a short-lived solution. I decided to have a tooth implant in the clinic, since I had done one here already and was satisfied. However, things didn't work out the way I expected. Doctor suggested a more conservative treatment - post & core and a crown. The first crown didn't fit properly and had to be replaced. After replacing the crown and having the final one, the tooth just broke after 2 or 3 days. Between the first appointment and the final crown, it took 4 months. The process of replacing crowns also damaged other teeth: In one tooth I have an enamel scratch I didn't have before, and one of the fillings I have just broke. In the end I paid more than 1000 euros for this solution that didn't work. I came to the clinic to have the implant and ended doing something else. I ended up going to another doctor and having the implant anyway. The doctor told me the same thing and the first doctor. The tooth was suffering from resorption and the implant was the only solution. In the end, I paid for a treatment that didn't do any good, and it was almost as expensive as an implant. The final solution was having to pay for the dental implant.

Would give 0 stars if I could for this absolute unprofessional behaviour. I had a treatment here in early 2022 - dental filling, that year I had dental insurance. Right after the treatment I asked how I can pay, and they told me not to do anything because they are invoicing this to my insurance straight away. The treatment was such poor quality that I had a root canal infection from it and had to spend a lot of money at a different dentist to have it fixed later in the year. Fast forward to October 2023 - I receive an invoice for my early 2022 filling treatment that I cannot claim with my previous insurance anymore because of the insurance level cap. When trying to understand why they did not claim this on time, instead of apologising and admitting their mistake, the woman was shouting on me via the phone saying how this is absolutely fine because it is legal, and I should pay because I had the treatment - when I was told this was claimed from my insurance as the first thing in that year. I understand that mistakes happen but the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional with total lack of empathy, not even mentioning the pain after the poor quality treatment with root canal infection. I highly recommend to avoid this place.

I can sincerely recommend this dentist. I have never been scared to go there although a lot needed to be done. They treat you with personal care and the price for especially the crowns are the cheapest and the best compared to others, I get many a compliment how well it looks. I consider myself very lucky to have found this dentist.

I've been coming here for years because they are friendly and know their trade. They have competitive prices combined with the highest quality I have experienced so far. I have two implants and three facials. I never have to pay for all the extra service that would normally be disruptive. Thanks to long opening hours and emergency assistance, I can always go. 0900Dentist?? , Poor communication, Failure to keep agreements, incurring high costs for a pale mouthguard and then leaving you to your fate. Neither cooperative nor cooperative, definitely a dental practice that I would not recommend to anyone!
