Worst place they are so incompetent All the girls in the front desk are so rude and instead of looking for ways to help the look for excuses. There is ONE doctor that is actually good but besides that they are careless. I've had to come here because of my mom's condition in order to get her prescriptions but I've reached a limit of how much incompetency I could stand The girls In the front desk stated that the doctor on duty could not do any consultations because he had surgery recently and could not speak..... first of all if you're a doctor and cannot do consultations please stay home there's such thing as sick leave....second of all they had previously stated he had an aid to help him and all of a sudden he is not doing consultations??? Are they just trying to get people to leave ? Will NEVER come back I DO NOT recommend this place at all Go to an urgent care and avoid a bad experience

My wife when in to see the doctor because she had a stomach flu. The Doctor was professional told us to see pick up the medication from the girls at the front desk. We left and my wife took the medication at home. After a few hours she felt her stomach in great pain, she felt it burning and got very swollen, it looked like it was about to explode. We went back and told the girl at the front desk what was going on and she said we were supposed to take the medication with a meal. She did tell us that when she gave us the medication and the medication came with no instructions. She could have told us that before we left. On another occasion I when back to because I had hurt my foot. I thought it was a bone bruise but decided to go in just in case. The Doctor sent me to get x-rays at a different location and the x-ray place said they would send the x-rays to the clinic and that the clinic would call me to come in. Remembering my past experience, I called the clinic the same day just to make sure they received my x-rays. They said they hadn’t and that they would call me. After waiting a week I decide to give them a call, they said they had my result and to come in the same day. Well to make a long story short when I finally arrived to the clinic the second time they wanted me to sign a paper saying I wouldn’t sue them. I was confused; I thought I was there to see the Doctor. I didn’t sign anything and told them I want to see the Doctor. Turns out they had my results for over a week and I had been walking around with fractured foot. Maybe I should sue them so they can finally learn their lesson. This clinic needs to get a new staff of front desk employees. The girls at the front desk act like they don’t want to be there and have very poor customer service.

THEY DO NOT BEAT THIS CLINIC THEY PRESCRIBE MEDICINE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED, FOR ANYTHING THEY WANT TO FILL YOU WITH MEDICINES AND MEDICINES THAT DO NOT CURE YOU, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I went to get tested for work, and i paid. They didn’t let me know where to be when I got to my appointment. The ladies in the front and the ones doing the test are extremely rude. They did not care to let me know any information!! they said i needed to be in a vehicle to get tested! After i tried rescheduling my appointment they didn’t want to. By far, this was the worst clinic to be at!! RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE . i don’t recommend ever. when i was done getting tested, they didn’t even tell me if they’d call me or email me anything!!!!! so rude!!!!

Absolutely terrible! My mother came in yesterday because she’s been having allergic reactions ever since the vaccine, she waited for the doctor. The doctor was quite unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t want to help. The doctor told her she can’t help her and that she needs to go to Walgreens and tell them. We went to Walgreens and even they were confused as to why a doctor would tell them to come to them instead of the doctor helping! Like are you serious ?

I drove about an hour to get here , grew up coming to this clinic I brought my daughter to get a vaccine or medications I always pay for all her stuff here , anyways once I arrived an hour before closing they are not allowing anyone with out masks no exceptions, and that’s fine , but not seeing people with out appointments it’s ridiculous! Never coming back to this place ! Rude staff

This place is horrible PA Angeline Chinle is insanely rude and I don't even know where she got her medical license because she has no clue what she is doing. The people in the front are dumber then rocks. The whole place is ran like a circus and no one knows what is going on. That was my own experience trying this place (first and last time) My father in law used to go there often for his diabetes and the last time he went they said they lost his file 🙄 I recommend saving your time and money and going to Clinica Medica del Angel in Fullerton the times I have been there even though it's been a while the Dr. was so nice, helpful and smart. Both are expensive but I would rather spend my money some where good then waist it at this place.

Doctors are really nice and very helpful but this one nurse is really rude and has zero medical assisting etiquette, makes me wonder where she received her medical assisting license/certificate.

On Sunday I showed up around 4:30pm with my 8 year old for a cough check up. She had been there before. I figured it would be a quick check and some cough medication would be dispensed. Instead of being greeted. I was told by the receptionist that the “doctor is no longer accepting more patients! I saw one other person in the waiting area. The door sign said they close on sundays at 6pm. So much for patient care. She didn’t even bother asking the PA not Doctor to see if she would accept a child visit check up. What a let down to the public seeking medical care for a child.

Horrible service!!! They really need to have their medical license revoked!!! I will be looking into reporting them to the correct authorities

I went last Tuesday 9/19/23; because I always have problems with my sinus every year when the weather changes. I was there last year in December and they didn't make the effort to look for my chart, instead they made me a new one. On top of that, they wanted to charge me $45. for a covid test when I told them that I did one myself in the same morning and was negative. The service got worse every time that I had to go. They're very rude and tend to give their own opinion over what you have to say. When I asked for my prescription, they didn't want to send it to the pharmacy or give it to me; I was there around 4 p.m. and she told me that they dont send the prescription to the pharmacy because the Dr. was about to leave, which I don't think is true, because they close at 8 or 9 p.m. She had the nerve to tell me that only when I go to a public clinic I get my prescription transferred to the pharmacy. So practically, they're forcing people to buy the medication with them. The whole personel is not good at all. They don't care about patients they're there just because they got a job and that it. *She got so mad with me that when she came to give me the shot, she hurt me so much that I wasn't able to walk or sit for 2 days. All my left side was like numbed.

Not sure about them , they are so unprofessional and they advertise a 25 dollars charge to see the DR. Once you there they hit you with a 400 dollar bill , scammers

Worst experience ever , i walked in at this clinic and just by the ladies there with bad attitude not even greeting you at all! I had bad feeling I wait it then young lady called me in took my vitals very nice can’t say nothing bad about her , doctor get there omg I doubt she’s a doctor she checked me didn’t even tell me what I had she right away want it to prescribe me meds and put on injections but I had to asked her what is it that I have ? She all said was ear infection and fever , I said ok can i get the injection but I have insurance I can get the meds with my insurance she said “no no me don’t have time for that” but you had the time to check me not send my antibiotics? “She like you want it or go somewhere else “ I had to avoid the injections I didn’t feel safe After having this discussion with the “doctor” don’t come here I can guarantee this place steals money from people ! Part of that they made me sign I refuse their service but didn’t want me to give a copy for it!

I'm glad I didn't listen to any reviews. This place is the best, including the staff and doctor. Remember, you don't know how the other person conducted themselves. Don't listen to the naysayers. See for yourself. I'm so grateful my friend told me about this place. I'd still be suffering otherwise.

Should've read the comments before coming. They lost my chart in less than a week. I paid 300$ and what they prescribed didn't help. The Hispanic girl in the front was ridiculously rude. I asked her a series of questions (non medical) and her answer was "I only work in the front and I'm doing something right now" I don't expect perfect customer service but that's just unacceptable.

Too bad I don't get the medicine right. I took my children and diagnosed them with a throat infection and another ear infection and I only prescribed it for a cold, and not one for an infection, BE CAREFUL. I THINK HE TAKES ONE FOR A FOOL.😡😡😡
