If you need any antibiotics this is the place to go. I've been here 3 times, and every time Im told that I have an infection and need to be on antibiotics. All 3 times a second option or imaging determined I did not in fact need the antibiotics, nor did I have an infection. The Dr's here are always in a big hurry and spend very little time doing any diagnostics. I want an honest opinion, not just here to get medicine, so I feel like I got my money's worth.

I've taken my children to this urgent care many times in the last couple of years. They are kind, helpful and fast. Love the option to save your place online. You will get a text 10 min before you will see the doctor. You don't have to wait in the lobby, yiu can wait at home if you live in the area. So convenient!

The staff was very friendly, no one likes going into a doctor’s office where you can just tell they hate their job. Dr. Tai was particularly the best! She was extremely knowledgeable and precise when it came to removing the nasty cyst I had on my back. Considering there were 6 people ahead of me, the wait time wasn’t too bad and once I got in the office, they were pretty quick to take care of me. All and all, great urgent care :)

Came in for severe upper back pain to the point of my chest tightening. The nurses were kind but the doctor was not helpful besides giving a strong pain killer shot. No advice on what to do to help reduce upper back pain. Nothing about stretching or maybe put ice on the pain and saying it’s possibly muscle pain.

It’s ridiculous! the time I had to wait just so that my daughter can be seen. About 3 hours if not more I had to wait plus the time it takes to be seen while I still wait for the doctor in the room. Do they not have enough workers or do they not want to work faster? It’s ridiculous

I went into this location and it is extremely busy the people at the front desk are really nice but they need to get more doctors or something you have a 3-hour wait it seems like no matter when you come in. I didn't get seen I left and I went to the Placentia Loma Linda emergency room and I got seen right away.

Awful waiting time. Only two providers for the worst time of the year (flu and cold season). A whole hour without calling the next patient. And then one of the doctors decided "time for lunch" leaving one doctor with a room full of people!

My daughters and I have both been to this urgent care several times: ear infections, a scratched cornea, bronchitis, stitches for a cut, and a sinus infection. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, are kind, thorough, and helpful. The wait time has always been reasonable as well.

I was in this urgent care for 21/2 hours after my grandson sustain a chest contusion during a wrestling match. Because there was a concern of fractured rib an XRay was done and since the area was by the heart sn EKG was done. All appropriate however the Dr said that she couldn’t tell if the rib was fractured because the film was “fuzzy” and the EKG was repeated because it was read as abnormal but the leads would not stick. So then we were sent to St Jude Hospital. They repeated EKG and it was normal! However, we spent 5 hours in the ER. Chest Xray was normal. Urgent care needs improved equipment. The Dr was very kind as was the staff.

This Urgent Care is so Professional! Best Staff I've ever encountered at any of them locally in North OC. Pleasant, efficient and provided excellent evaluation for our teenage daughter. Refreshing when a parent is stressed & all the staff are kind. Seems odd to be so impressed with this type of business, but we really were!

Like molasses, 6 ahead of us, hour wait in car before phone call, half hour wait in lobby before taken to treatment. Not really urgent care!

I went to urgent care on Saturday morning with symptoms of a UTI and got a prescription for Bactrim. I broke out in a rash that evening. I called the urgent care number and let them know what happened. They took my message and I got no response. Called later in the afternoon and no response. Very disappointed and continue to have urgency and discomfort. I will call again at 5:00. Help

Took excellent care of my daughter who developed an abcess after a dental procedure. They gave her antibiotics and able to get the abcess opened to drain in a short time this morning. Sadly, they referred up to UC Irvine Medical Center ER for further treatment. After 10+ hours and blood work, CT scan, with hours in between, the conclusion was that the abcess was draining on its own and no further care was needed. Urgent care actually solved the problem, and the UCI Medical Center ER took 10 hours to figure that out.

Been here a few times. Unfortunately, it seems they don't have enough staff yet. They are still very new to the neighborhood. My wait times have been an average of 2hrs each time. Nice staff. Hope they get more physicians/medical staff to process clientele more quickly.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, carrying and knowledgeable. The Dr Shelly Canlas didn’t want to write a prescription for pain. My ankle was Fractured and painful. She reluctantly called in a prescription for 5 pills and CVS didn’t have any, stating it was back ordered. CVS called and emailed the doctor Canlas several times and she never call them back to write something else. I had to make several calls to get the 5 pills which she sent to downtown anaheim several miles away. The Doctor has no sympathy for patient’s pain and traumatic events.

Good experience overall. Waiting without appointment was less than expected. Respiratory problems were quickly diagnosed and taken care of with the right prescriptions

The service from Providence is 100% better than that of HOAG at this Urgent Care. The staff and Dr’s are all great and very caring. Thank you for your great service.
