A quality hotel, family friendly Cleanliness and quality equipment Close to the beach and the historic city center, hotel quiet and relaxing. I advise perfectly.

That was such a horrible experience!! When I was checking-in, they lied suggesting "the better place to stay" (in another building, not the one I have booked), and this one is located on the street Altınkum Mahallesi. What's wrong with this place: - Hot water often disappeared during evenings so I had to have a cold shower while it's actually quite cold outside. - Everyday from 19 till 00 you will hear super loud Turkish live music from the restaurant close to this place. Which means that you will have totally no calm and silent evening here. That's a disaster if you book this place for a long period of time which I luckily didn't do. - There was a terrible smell of some stuffy vanilla from some items in the apartment, with which we were not able to do anything. - The apartment does not have a frying pan suitable for their induction cooker. - If you have paid for the breakfast you will go for 5 minutes to another building of them to have it. I would definitely do not recommend to stay here. Especially with children or if you have some sleep issues, because you won't be able to rest here properly.

A nice place close to sea with a very loud restaurant outside, a bit pricey. We stayed at Sokak 413 (they own several apart buildings) Rented it out on airbnb but missed the time to leave a review. I loved the design of the place and the location. Everything that can be needed was provided by the owners . Also the cleaning came every 2 days. The laundry is downstairs of you need it. There are supermarkets around and a big Migros just 10 minutes away on Ataturk blvd. A good cafe called Roberto's is a 5 minute walk. Also I accidentally broke their drying rack and they were nice enough not to charge me. What made me sad: - don't come if you have kids or trouble sleeping - every night there's some kind of wedding in a place 5 meters away, loud music and singing starts around 21 and ends at 00. No other option was provided by owner when I made a complaint. May be there's no option, as the other apart-building has bigger apartments. - we couldn't book further through airbnb (our cards stopped working) and asked to pay cash, the announced price was even higher than airbnb with fee. They never lose their profit. - the fridge is not good, it was turning everything to ice. After 3 efforts to fix it they changed it to another fridge which wasn't cold enough. - the internet is bad, they probably have 1 router for the whole building, and depending on where there are people it can work well or not work at all. I couldn't do videoconferencing and ended up buying a turkcell sim-card. - Hot water is hard to get sometimes, you have to wait a long time before it heats. Overall the experience was nice, I somehow was so tired in the evenings that the loud music didn;t bother me. My son could fall asleep through it which was good.

Ery good location clean and good breakfast..

We've stayed at the hotel and the apartments several times over the years as it's close to the beach and some good bars, cafe's and restaurants. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The buffet style breakfast has a really good range of food. Clean and welcoming. It is good value for money and we will come back again. Top place :)

Very clean and nice room, the people were helpful and nice as well, we stayed for 8 nights and could not ask for more comfort, breakfast was excellent. I really recommend the hotel. Only problem was the balcony, we would like to hang our swimsuits and towels outside to dry but there was no room for that. Not recommended for smoker either.

Nice place to stat. Not far from the sea. Breakfasts are so-so. But anyway i liked this place.

I stayed one night during biz trip. The hotel is new, very clean and well located. You have all the necessary things in the room. Air conditioner working properly. Quality for the price is 5/5.

Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient toilet/bathroom Great service The apartment gets cleaned properly and thoroughly every second day, bedding and towels get changed and all necessities get replaced. Only one area of improvement; shower cubicle has mold.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The stuff was the best, very helpful and friendly to us. Close to the Konyaalty beach. Breakfast was nice.

I stayed there for 10 days in August 2022. I had standard double room and i loved my stay there. Everything was exceptional, from house cleaning to the staff, from food to the location of the hotel. I will highly recommend booking this place for your stay in Antalya in Konyaalti beach area, the neighborhood is quite and it’s away from all the bars and noise. Definitely coming back here again.

Really rude and unhelpful staff. They rejected to provide us with the room when they have the available ones at the bookingcom website. Staff was extremely unfriendly and blunt.

Lovely apartments, close to the amenities and beach. Nice rooms with self catering facilities, all maintained to a high standard. Not large rooms, but not cramped either, no view from the balcony. Quiet area, away from the main beach. Delightful staff and nice, simple breakfast.
