The rooms need major renovations. The carpets stink. The chairs are old and textures were coming out. Furniture weathered. The hotel really needs to work on its rooms. Also we were there for 3 nights and 3 days of breakfast was identical. People need change . Can’t eat same everyday

Lovely location close to the beach, excellent breakfast buffet and a nice restaurant on the top floor. Staff are professional and friendly, everything you would want in a hotel. There are a few quirky things, like the coffee and tea in the cupboard, and the lack of an anti slip mat in the bathtub. The only way to exit the slippery tub it’s to grab the towel rail, which is about to fall off the wall. In the evening I could hear the conversation next door and enjoy their TV audio whilst laying in bed. The property is clean but dated, the giant multi device charger didn’t work, the top floor spa is permanently closed, the mixed spa in the basement is really just a gym with a massage room and not really a spa. My biggest complaint is the cigarette smoke from guests smoking on the balcony. On a number of occasions I had to close my balcony door.

A lovely stay at a classy hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were of top quality. Nearby beach and attractions were easy to access. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs especially front desk staff and Emre. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Very good experience with the stay at this hotel on the quick escape

Terrible experience. The room was not clean, lots of terrible noise from the bathrooms around, AC did not work so I had to keep the windows open on the first floor just in front of the road and the big ventilation blocks of the building. Could not sleep. I had to insist to have a room change, which happened only on the second night. Most of the staff don't speak English. It is definitely not a 5* experience. I am disappointed. A few crew were very nice (some were rude)

I had four free nights which I used. The hotel was beautiful but the furniture was a little old fashioned. The personnel was really friendly and helpful and I thank them for their service. The bathroom door Wasn’t wide enough for my wheelchair. I had to use the handicapped bathroom in the lobby. The open buffet was very good and had a lot of Food to choose from. I would recommend this hotel

I loved my stay, there was impeccable service especially from Rim. she made our stay so special, personally helping me celebrate my birthday, she brought light to our trip. the pool was great and I especially enjoyed the female only spa on the top floor. the access to the beach was lovely but do not book a sea view room as most of the rooms are sea view anyway, there is only one side of the hotel where you can't see the sea from lol. it's in a great locations with easy access to the beach, taxis etc

Hotel and general ambiance is very dated…once 5 star except the world has moved on. Cleanliness of the rooms is ok…could be better….for someone like me whose picky you can see they can be more vigilant in cleaning. Confusing curtain setup if you need Black out curtains for sleep. No air conditioning in the giant lobby area.. Hot air rises.. Cool air sinks...should be fine to cool the ground floor.. Who knows. Staff are very nice but could be better trained. As a business traveller I tend to know a lot standard IHG policies and procedures they themselves don’t know. And/or their custom is to only do what they are told and won't suggest things that suits both customer & hotel. Anyhow that's just an comment not a complaint. Good local on a beach area lots of other businesses around good walks.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a period of one week and it was great! The staff was wonderful, they were super helpful and very kind. The hotel is a bit old and needs renovations but besides that the location was perfect, its close the beach and a lot of restaurants and beach clubs. The restaurant in the hotel itself is also very good and they have a range of options to pick from. They also offer room service till very late. Finally if you visit this hotel you must try their Spa, they are wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel.

The best part of the hotel was a private path to the beach. The hotel staff is super friendly and nice. We got the junior suite which was big and spacious. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was a bit average. But we had a very pleasant stay for 5 days. Highly recommended!

The staff there are welcoming and always there to say hello when walking past. The exterior of the building and reception area is aesthetically pleasing. Spa was great, really enjoyed the massages! Staff are very well trained in their techniques. However, the door was left open the entire 60 minute session and it was difficult to enjoy the relaxing massage due to all the noise from the corridor outside the massage room. There was a lot of door slamming and loud conversations! The rooms are a bit outdated. The blanked were a bit too small for the beds and we needed to request another blanket. One thing I must mention is the sewage smell that was coming out the bathroom. I believe the hotel are aware of it but seems that they haven’t resolved the issue. We were also disappointed to find the outdoor swimming pool was closed for winter. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Also a policy they had in place was we couldn’t bring in food from outside. Which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is great in a nutshell. Pros: staff people are super nice, friendly and supportive, from reception, security (I remember Ms. Necla - she is so friendly), and hotel porters also. The breakfast view is great. Room is clean. The facility is great. And the hotel has super good location. Cons: 1 point down is that the noise proof is not good. It is very easy to be annoyed by someone talking outside of the room. So in the morning, the noise from cleaning staff, and in the afternoon, the music that the hotel put in the whole building ( around 2 hours) could have very negative impact on you. Personally, i stayed 4 nights for business trip. I woke up early and went out for work. When i got back to hotel (around 4pm), i would like to take a nap, but I could not due to the music. My boss also felt the same as me (different level). So hopefully, the hotel could change the music system (for lobby only), no need for other levels.

Excellent hotel, my family and I enjoyed everyday of the 12 days we spent here. Very helpful and efficient staff always happy to help with a smile. Breakfast menu was always varied and everything fresh and well presented. Pool not very deep, nice and clean with lifeguard always there and a small pool for toddlers. Poolside well equipped with sunbeds, fresh towels and cold perfumed face towels handed out to sunbathers. Room service was very good. To top it all the spa was just brilliant. I have always struggled with massage and hamam in the past but this time I had atleast 5 treatments and massages over my stay. The spa staff are 10/10. Thank you Crowne plaza for making our holiday a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay at this Crown Plaza. Reception gave me good tips where to really eat local food, Guest Relations especially Rim took care of all the Rest. Nice and clean pool, small but not overcrowded beach in front of the hotel. Room was in very good condition and fitness on the top floor (sadly ladies only) has a great view. Hotel is close by but to to close to the busier areas with lots of options to eat out as well. Only had booked breakfast at the hotel, even when it's busy they did a very good job. All the staff were helpful and showed true smile and I got the impression that they really love what they do. Final result: perfect stay and I will come back.

Nice location, quieter end the beach. Hotel is a little dated now but good location and good service made up for it. Pool area is very nice, mix of international guests lots of Muslim families mean the pool area is more family friendly with no excessive drinking and hogging sunbeds you find will European guests. Sea views rooms great view but noisy. Customer relations manager Rim was exceptionally helpful and the lady at the security office Necla was so nice I looked forward to seeing her every day.

I booked a weeks holiday the first time away since the death of my partner. My flight was cancelled but I was able to book one the following day. I informed the hotel that I would be a day late and would arrive late evening or early hours of the following morning. I told them specifically that I was not cancelling. On my way to the airport I recieved a message to say that the hotel had cancelled my booking as I hadn't showed up. I phoned the hotel to see what I could do, only to be offered a room at twice the price that I'd already paid them. I did receive a full refund but was unable to afford the new price offered. Crowne Plaza ruined my holiday and caused me a great deal of stress. If I could I would give them no stars but I have to award one to be able to review.

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The decor was very nice, and the amenities were outstanding. Dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet served everything you could imagine. The staff was very hospitable. I hope to visit again.

Excellent hotel, great facilities with the most friendly and efficient staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast choices are impressive with every possible taste catered for. Menu food for day and evening have a good range and excellently cooked. Hotel location is outside bustle of main tourist area but right on sea front. The area in front has promenade to stroll or track to run for those needing exercise. Restaurants and snack bars all along for every taste Pool area is good with reasonable size pool, not too deep and with life guard so safe for kids. Nothing disappoints with this hotel

The facilities are clean but very basic, definitely not a 4.5 rating.Breakfast staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. House keeping cleaned the room but did not clean the bathroom. Found the Spa to be very very basic and not clean. Would not recommend unless you are budget constricted.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly. The interior design is good; all rooms and floors are visible from the lobby (basically, an atrium). The outdoor swimming pool is small, yet the seating area was nice and cozy, overlooking the sea. The rooms are a bit small yet manageable. I guess there are different rooms and different prices. The breakfast area is okay too. Amenities include a barbershop, spa, gym, beach access, two pools (one external and one internal), and restaurants. Visited during Covid and they seemed to take health measurements seriously. While not overly luxurious, it was clean and pleasant.

We made reservations for all inclusive and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay for the food separately. The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, although the room description said no smoking.
