Amazing apartment, nice and clean. Loved the location as it’s 2 minutes away from the Konyaalti beach. Food & dessert places all around. Reception staffs are very friendly and patient. Absolutely would not recommend this property. This is the worse apart hotel i’ve seen First, the air-conditioner did not work effectively, i came to the reception counter and asked to fix the air-conditioner , the people there just told us we can’t do nothing, additionally The water in the sink has no pressure ! 2+1 rooms are so small place … staying in this room during summer will not be comfortable, as it was already quite hot in end-June if we did not open the window. Very nice place for relaxation and working near the wonderful beach.

We originally booked 1 night through AirBnb, ended up extending our stay for 1 month. Over all the places we found this place really felt like home. Nice large suites with excellent staff that took care of every need we had. Ertugrul bey and his team were magnificent. - Has staff at entrance 24x7, made us feel very secure - They clean rooms every few days, change sheets, etc, - Amazing location. Safe, close to beach, great restaurants and coffee shops. - Great internet, each room has dedicated 25/5 VDSL and apparently they will upgrade as soon as area allows better. - Overall we loved our stay and will be returning in a few months. Highly recommended.

We used to love aspendos, and we come every year however Something wrong with the reception guy 2 days in row asking him nicely to help with cleaning our Appartment that we rented for 2 weeks and when we stayed they promised to clean every 3-4 days his attitude and way of communication really made us sad and not consider reserving again at aspendos at the future. We are outside all day long and asked to schaule the cleaning before 4PM however his response was rude and only want them to clean while we are there after 4PM coz they are busy as he told!

Thank you very much to the hotel staff, they were always ready to help and smiling. This place is different from a normal hotel, it operates as an apart hotel. As far as I understand, everyone who stays works from the internet, I stayed for 2 months, the number of days that he can not use the internet is 2 days maximum, I understand that because every user has different expectations from the internet. While I am working, they are torrenting or mining in the next room. I used a fast and efficient internet that would not interfere with my work. They clean the rooms every 4 days, but if you want it to be earlier, just ask, they never turned me down. I witnessed for the first time in this business how productive people can work in this sector, thank you for everything, I can't wait to come and see you again ✌🏼✌🏼

Had a great stay here - pool is really nice and apartment was comfortable. Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff at the complex were very helpful and kind. Only drawback is that there is some noise at night from some nearby restaurants and bars.

Amazing amazing hotel for families. We were hesitant to book another apartment hotel after a bad experience in Izmir but I'm so glad we chose to stay at Aspendos. After reading many reviews for hotels in the area I had my eyes set on aspendos extra at first, but by the time we got there they didn't have any rooms for the days we needed. The front desk lady was super friendly and let us know that aspendos seaside may have some availability and they were only 5 min away on foot. So we came over and gladly found that they do have a room available for us. It was a garden level but still super comfortable to stay in. It's spacious and has all the amenities we needed, including a washer and a kitchenette. The front desk has someone on duty 24/7 and they are all fluent in English which is a huge plus. They were so helpful and accommodating, helped us move to a higher floor unit when one became available. There was no elevator (pretty common in the area) but they helped us carry our suitcases up and down. Apart from friendly and helpful staff, the location cannot be beaten either. It's so close to the beach and is surrounded by many great restaurants. Right across the street is a big beautiful park. We had so much fun staying here with our little one and I will definitely stay here again.

This place is what you need for a family vacation! Great apartments! There is everything what you need: a large fridge, washing machine, microwave and much more. You will be like at home. All rooms have air conditioning. The swimming pool is great! Our children were happy! There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. The sea is too close, only 2-3 minutes. There are ATMs along the way. Administrators are always ready to help, on duty 24 hours! Thanks to the staff for a great stay!

We lived in these apartments for almost a month in May-June 2022. It should be noted that they are quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment was clean, cleaning was done every 3-4 days. Special thanks for the responsiveness of the staff. Very hardworking and friendly people work here. Any issues were resolved quickly. We will return here again.

We lived in this hotel more than 3 weeks. It is beautiful place and very, very nice people working in the hotel. Very clean rooms and swimming pool ( this was very important for our 3 kids). You can easily get the beach within 5-7 min. Before the hotel there is a nice park with beautiful view from your windows. We would like to say thank you to all workers of the hotel and very sincere and special “Thank you!” to administrator Nagehan. She is the best hotel administrator in the world!)

The rooms were clean and concierge was prompt. Most of our stay the internet was not working despite several router resets. Rooms needed some repair in areas. Very close to the water and restaurants. No breakfast included.

The apartments are located very close to the waterfront. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were slight problems with wifi, but we were kindly provided with a personal wifi box. I recommend this apartment.

Very cosy apart hotel. Not far from Konyaaltı beach, has a pool. Apartment has everything necessary: stove, microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV and climate. Also there's a small pool in the yard. 5 stars are reasonable because the personnel is mega friendly and tries to help at any request.
