Terrible Place with unfriendly staff and a rude boss. They made a mistake and we had to make calls ourselves in order to get the information we needed. Not recommended!

Took our money for a bus to take us from Antigua to San Marcos, but only took us far as San Pablo then put us in a Tuk Tuk for the rest of the way. The driver then forced us to pay more money for the ride we had already paid for! We got scammed

Delivered what they promised but they are just resellers for tickets and are more expensive than other tourist offices. On the shuttle to Lanquin other people paid 225, we paid 300, I tried to negotiate when I bought the tickets but they told me that's the price and wouldn't budge. Also for the Pacaya tour only after we bought the tickets did we get an sms that said they're sorry but they made a mistake and didn't tell us the price does not include entrance to the park (another 50q in addition to the 125 we paid). Again, they don't operate the tours, they just resell tickets, you can find the tickets cheaper elsewhere.

Travel agency located in central Antigua Guatemala. We had a good experience with them. Booked a volcano hike for 150 q per person, but when gov't shut down the park due to volcanic eruptions they offered a full refund and kept the communication clear throughout.
