RUINED MY EYEBROWS! I went here to get my brows threaded and tinted and they turned out horribly. The woman made my brows way too thin, they are uneven, and when I got home I had to pluck all of the hair that she missed around my brows. The tint she used is all around my brows which is very hard to get off or cover with makeup. The woman was also very rude and unprofessional. Highly recommend not giving this place your business.

I went in to get my brows done. She said it would look better and more uniform if I did under lips near chin area. I asked her how much it woud be total, she said $15. When she swiped my card , she charged me $25. Complete rip off! I could barely get any information from her since her English wasn't good. I called trying to communicate, she stopped answering her phone. If you want to be ripped off, go ahead. She did an okay brow job. I just wish I said no to under the lip area because I was over charged for no reason-- I have no hair there!

I'm really surprised at the amount of negative reviews. I put off coming to this place for months due to the bad reviews but needed to the other day since I had no other option. There is definitely a language barrier with the lady who works there but she did a great job threading my eyebrows - also affordable and timely. I will certainly be going back!

There’s a new owner at this place. I’m very happy with the experience, the lady is super nice and gentle. After watching me have my brows done, my husband asked to have his done too, and he is very happy with his too. We would definitely come back again and would recommend it to our friends too.

No happy with my experience at all! Don’t go here. Lady made my eyebrows soooo thin. I’m so upset. I ask her to not make them thin, only clean them up and she messed up my eyebrows so bad. Basically took off the end of my brows

This person who did my eyebrows was extremely rude. She was literally scolding me as my fingers were slipping. And push my hands and pulled my head , twisted and turned very aggressive ly. I would not recommend going there. In then end she spoiled my eyebrows as well.it was very difficult to communicate with her as she hardly understand english.

This was my first time seeing a brow specialist. Sunny answered all of my questions and showed me how to maintain the look I wanted to achieve. Her studio is super clean and she is super patient, I will definitely be back whenever I need my eyebrows done!

My wife went there for eyebrow threading. The service was amazing, talked to the owner about all the 1-2 stars comments, she was a bit frustrated coz those customers came during the previous management. Well, the lady for the new management is very nice and the salon is worthy to pay a visit to！

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! The lady Sunny is HORRIBLE‼️ My clean up became q clean out… she he taken all my hair basically off my eyebrows and one has an arch and one doesn’t! She plays as if she doesn’t understand English but she understands well. I’m literally in tears because I don’t wear makeup at all and have family portraits tomorrow. RUN FROM THIS PLACE‼️

Today, I went to the salon to get my brows and upper lip threaded, but the woman handling my brows did a poor job despite claiming 50 years of experience. When I informed her, she dismissed my concerns. Additionally, the threading for my upper lip was quite harsh. During the waxing for my arms, the practitioner insisted on removing hair from areas without my consent, and she justified it by saying it's not possible to remove every hair for $40. She tried to upsell me by showing the full leg price of $45-50, insisting my treatment was worth $50. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience compared to the satisfactory service I received at Idolize before.

Well I had my whole face done and while its a little more painful than waxing, the cosmetic effect is much better. She is amazing.

I have been to this place a few times since the the new owner took it over. Absolutely happy about the service and the results. It is a very clean and well decorated place. I usually do eyebrow, lip and facial all together. The lady has excellent skills to make it quick, no pain and design beautiful eyebrow shape for me. I will go there regularly for sure.

I was very surprised by negative comments posted before. Then I realize that now the lady of this salon has been changed, as well as the ownership since last year. Now the new lady is well-experienced. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. The shape looks fantastic. I love it! Five stars!

I brought my daughter in to give it a try as waxing was way too harsh for her sensitive skin. She did a beautiful job on her eyebrows and my 13 year old didn’t feel a thing and her skin was not irritated at all. I decided to get mine done as well and they also look amazing and it was painless. The ladies were also so friendly and the salon was very clean. We will be going back!

I think all the negative reviews are not related to the current owner. I talked to the lady and she said they just took over recently and I absolutely love her work! Very satisfied and would recommend.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and in the few times I had to go elsewhere, I realized how lucky I was to have ViVi nearby! In college I would drive 30 minutes just to get my eyebrows threaded here. Other places don't know how to thread my eyebrows because my hair grows downwards, but after I leave Neo Brows, I feel so much better and happier with my eyebrows. She is really experienced and friendly.

I was hesitant to try Neo for threading after reading the reviews, but I have been there five times now and have found the lady there does an excellent job. She is very precise and my eyebrows look great. Her manner, I will agree, is a little abrupt and some might interpret it as rude. She's just very firm and no-nonsense about telling you how to hold your eyes and that you need to relax, but I'm used to her style now and I appreciate her skill level. She has done a better job than anyone else I've been to in the greater Raleigh area.
