Its an amazing place. The best place from health point of view in New Zealand. I would like to thank Auckland Council for building such great place for the welfare of community. Very reasonably priced. Real value for money. My most favourite is High Pressure Jacuzzi inside, really unbeatable, not seen in any country I have worked and lived or roamed around the world. Marketing needs improvement. Not many guys knows this amazing place and the benefits it offers. AT can also look into the possibility of a bus stop next to it. The staff is amazingly pleasant and highly supportive.🙏

Wonderful facility at a good price, located in city center. There are two pools, the 25m with 1.1-2.1m depth and the 15m with 0.8-1.2m depth. The changing room and shower room are very clean. Very friendly service from the staff. There is also a mini store of swimming/gym esential.

Been here twice and I dont regret anything. Warm pool on one side, sauna , steam, jacuzzi like thing and a bigger pool. Deepest end is about 2.1-2.7Metres. Not very sure of the exact dimensions. Costs is $6 for students one time or $7.8 for non-students. Good thing is spectators just pay $1 so family members who cant swim can still tag along. Has a gym upstairs too.

As someone who is immune compromised I am very careful where I go. My Physiotherapist is based there and we use the pool. It continues to be possible because the Tepid Baths is strictly and carefully following the covid protocols including checking vaccine passes against ID for anyone they do not personally know by name. I love this as it allows me to continue my physio programme at the pool 🦼🙏💖

Gym is good enough, can do all that you need. It's generally not as busy as other gym options in the city. Pools are great, well maintained/cleaned and big enough to accommodate the use. Kids pool is great, nothing special like a slide etc but plenty big to accommodate many kids. Sauna is a good size, as is the hot pool.

Lovely vintage building with rather small pools. Everything is clean and tidy. A small cafe at the entrance area. The only problem is parking, but ideal for inner city dwellers with walking distance from downtown apartments. The fare is reasonable!

We stopped here for a paid shower after our overnight flight. The facilities were clean. The women’s shower was more lukewarm but my husband said he had plenty of hot water in the men’s shower. The women’s locker room was pretty busy at the time so that may have been a factor. The dressing area is open but there is a shower curtain for privacy. I read reviews about items getting stolen so only took in a bag with a change of clothes and had no issues. They do rent lockers if you’re worried about it and they didn’t mind holding my phone behind the desk for me. You have to bring your own towel or you can buy one, they aren’t supplied for free. The locker room had a hair dryer I was able to use after my shower. Overall we had a good experience and the shower was very welcome after our international flight. There is a parking garage right around the corner and walkable to Auckland CBD.

This place has some sort of Zen; just this feeling of calm and peace that instantly relaxes me when I arrive. It's also got everything I need: pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room. It's clean, the service is good, and it's very reasonably priced. Well done Auckland Council on providing such a great facility to Auckland Ratepayers.

Near the Britomart station. The pools are clean and well-maintained. They also have steam and sauna rooms although the heat in both is not warm enough for me. I prefer a hotter temperature. Sauna is around 70 celsius so it is not very hot. The staff are friendly and the changing rooms are clean.

It could be cleaner... The changing rooms are located faaaar away from the lockers. Funny thing was hiring a padlock with 50% of the pool fee. But totally, we are happy. The water was clean and the staff were friendly.

Girlfriend and I took a cruise to Australia and New Zealand and discovered that every town had a great public pool. Auckland did too, and this was it. Surprisingly uncrowded early in the morning given that it was in the middle of the central business district. 25 m pool, 40 laps, great start to the day.

Excellent public pools, with steam room, spa and sauna. Open to visitors as well.

Changing room is clean, the main pool is much colder than other pools I've been to, one bonus point for the learners pool which is warmer so it's much more pleasant to swim in. The spa, sauna and steam room are as expected however limitation due to Covid is distributed weirdly and can get overcrowded quickly.

It's a great gym, pool, sauna and whirlpool. It has everything and isn't very often crowded. The cleanliness is the only thing which could improve. Dirt on walls and floors stays there for month and no one sees it. Water fountains are not well maintained. Changing rooms need a monthly detail cleaning.

Great facilities and the water was lovely and warm (not too many chemicals like some public pools) They had lifeguards on so its safe for kids, the only thing I would say is it was way too busy when I went. They really need to put limits on how many people can be in the Spa/Sauna at the same time.

Been visiting the Teps for over a year and it provides an affordable way for anyone to access the swimming pool or Steam/Sauna/Spa. The facilities are well kept, lockers could do with maintenance in the Men's locker room but can live with that. Staff have been friendly throughout.

The sauna is cold you can't actually sweat in there . The steam room is more of a light mist also cold. What a waste of a great facility The staff are useless and don't care .

My favorite swimming pool. Always clean. Staff always cleaning it too! Friendly happy staff too! Also you can get carpark ticket for carpark before pools validated for cheaper parking. Or park further away. Not often really packed.

Convenient public pool right by the Auckland harbor. Used the 25M pool which was clean and well maintained. Most people brought their stuff poolside, but the staff member was nice enough to lend me a padlock to use their lockers. Would recommend you bring your own padlock if you want to use one.

The customer service person was really helpful - I couldn't get an internet connection to pay for my admission and she went above and beyond to help me. Pool was really good - I went around midday on a weekday so it was starting to get busy. Water was warm on a cold day and the pool was really good for swimming laps

Great price, friendly team Gym, pool, sauna and steam room. We also have our boys swim lessons here, the swim coach is the best, Agata goes above and beyond!!! Highly reconmended

Has a small 25m lap pool and kids pool - also has a steam room, sauna and spa pool. Luckily it wasn’t very busy when we went but I could imagine it getting quite crowded during peak times which would somewhat ruin the experience

Good price and staff. But when it comes to sanitization, you can see molds in lockers, showers, changing rooms, and toilets.

My favorite swimming pool in Auckland so far. It has swimming pool with cold water and warm water. There are Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna. I get everything I need.

Surely the best hotpool in Auckland. Shame main pool is only 25m , but still an iconic venue with a long history and well maintained by the council/taxpayers!

I was able to ride my bicycle from Glendowie across the town boardwalk through the business sector around to near Victoria Park to the Tepid bath aquatics center. Bike racks outside building. The pool is very charming steeped in history. After their gorgeous 13.5 million dollar restoration the Ymca has itself a fabulous facility with a hot tub and lovely pool for adults as well as youth pool as well. Located near the marina quay side district where every imaginable yacht is docked makes their location truely a wonder of opportunities nearby to scout out once your swim safari is completed. Restaurants, coffee bars are plentifulI nearby. I enjoyed myself on this nique swim safari sojourn. The facility is quite Reasonably priced at 8.50 entry for adults. Senior rates are less of course. :)

Such a great old pool. Just be mindful that early there are big squads so public lanes can also be busy with mixed speeds.

Great size kids pools and adult pools . The only thing is they don't have family room so a little inconvenient we have 3 boys mum and dad have to shower the boys separately

Clean pool and facilities, great spa, good location, changing room by pool side is a touch. Great place to go for before and after work swims.

I'm loving my swims here. Just started coming back here after 30 years. A wonderful council owned and run facility in downtown Auckland. Bring the family, or just come yourself for a swim, sauna, steam or spa.

Great place to exercise and swim early in morning. The sauna towels compulsory as nobody used the towel to seat.
