Because of it being Red light, we stood exactly at the entrance door as we know certain places staff won't let you on premise until vaccine passes are scanned prior to coming inside. Male staff member was occupied so we patiently waited. He ignored my friends and I, and motioned the group behind us to go through though we had been patiently waiting to be acknowledged for more than 15 minutes Once confronted, the man said that we should've went up though he walked right pass us at the very entrance and spoke Korean to the group behind us and let them in. Highly unprofessional as one should acknowledge or at least ask the group at the very front, but no effort was made.

It is a really fun activity to do with friends!!! I enjoyed it alot, they had a wide variety of songs which was nice. But the controls are labeled in Korean and it is hard to navigate, the songs also start to replay which uses up our song credits. But if you talk to the desk person they will reload that credit back for you.

Came on a Friday night with a friend and was told it would be a 5 minute wait by the Korean girl, to which we responded that we would wait outside, only for her to let in 2 sets of other people despite telling us it would be a short wait (wouldn't have minded if she said there were 2 more sets in front of us or it would be a longer wait however it was suspicious how she let them in straight away even though we informed her we would be waiting outside), we went inside once we saw a group leave but the girl working stood up and promptly told us in an aggressive tone to wait outside (on a cold, wet day) and then proceeded to let another group in even though we were there first, would not recommend if the girl is working however i've had no problem with the other staff working

Great place to do some karaoke with a small group of friends. You choose the amount of songs you want to sing and pay accordingly. The song variety is amazing with even some of the latest hits updated and there is plenty of languages to sing in. The controls are labeled in English but if you're still confused or it's your first time, do ask for help. Note that you do have a time limit to pick songs so don't spend too long thinking!

I’m on a solo vacation but I live in Korea so I was surprised how similar it is to Korean ones. The system was great and everything is labeled in English if you don’t know Korean and it has the most updated song list from different countries. I like that it’s something even a solo traveler can do. Drinks are available and the staff is nice snd helpful.

Me and my friends had a great time coming here yesterday!! It’s affordable and the guy at the front was nice to us as well and the place is clean too 👍would definitely recommend everyone to come here too

I came here to do kareoke with my friends and I paid extra 2 dollars for an extra song and the rude Korean man said our time was up, I explained that we paid an extra 2 dollars and asked for a refund instead but he said no and kicked me and my friends out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here, the staff is very rude.

It is 1,000 won for three songs in Korea, but it is worth visiting because it is hard to see coin karaoke in New Zealand. I don't know if it's kind of you, but if you want to sing, you can go haha

Pretty decent experience, most popular artists have at least a couple songs in their database. If you go, id reccomend finding the codes for the songs beforehand to save time. One negative is no bathroom in the premises, but there is one close by.

Definitely my favourite karaoke place in Auckland. Great prices, I usually go 11 songs for $20 and sing my heart out in the booth. Kind staff and LOTS of song options, especially Kpop - including new songs, which I really appreciate. Overall would totally recommend. My go-to karaoke place, I always try to make time to visit when I'm in Auckland!

Went here on a Saturday night at 11:45pm May 27, 2023. We waited for ages. We asked if the staff needed our name but the staff just told us to wait and did not tell us to write down our name. Waited for 30 mins only to be told that he let other people get ahead of us (possibly people his friends). No apologies. Pure arrogance. Very rude staff.

We went there last night with my mate and was advised by the guy that the waiting time was 35 mins which I said was okay and we will wait outside in a cold night, I even ask him if we will need to put our name there but he said no need as we were the next in the queue. We have waited 25 mins outside and saw some customers coming ang talked to the same guy at the reception most of them are koreans. when I know that it’s our turn we went on the reception but surprisingly we were advised that we didn’t put our name on the waiting list and should let him know that we were waiting outside, even though he can see us from were he was seating. Such a rude customer service. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Lots of fun, great option for karaoke with a smaller group of people.

You can't take your own drinks in, and their karaoke collection didn't have all the songs we wanted (where is Starman by David Bowie) but otherwise a very fun night.

The young man working last night (Tuesday) was so incredibly rude! When we asked him to help us with the remote thing he full body sighed AND vocally sighed. Like?? it's not even a busy night what are you so exhausted about?? He really killed the vibe.. also way overpriced + it's like sitting in a broom closet with no air. Ya'll need some ventilation.

Went here with my mates recently and I gotta say it’s one of these best karaoke place I’ve been to. Staff were super friendly and the choice of songs were good. Highly recommend and I will definitely come back 👍

It's a really good place, it's cheap. They one big room and we were lucky enough to have that room. We had a really good time. Highly recommend.
