Probably the worst service I have received in my life of attending the clinic. The receptionist and nurses were extremely rude; I asked for some exam results they should have received 2 weeks ago, since I have not received them yet, I called to find out (worried). Without providing any email address nor caring at all to help, her exact words were: "I am too busy bye." They should really pay more attention to the type of staff they hire if they are offering a service. The staffs especially the nurses’ service are terrible! Will stop recommending them.

Reception staff was unbelievable! Their English was awful and rude. When they passed me a pen to write down my personal information, They threw a pen to the air! literally to the air! I had to bend to get a pen from the floor. And even I said 2-3times, I'm here to get a medical test for WORK visa, they marked 'visitor' visa on my document which is going to immigration. I realized that myself while I checked my document before leaving the hospital. Freaking crazy! Because of them, now I hate ALL CHINESE. Because of YOU guys!!!!!!!!!! If you want to feel the worst experience ever in your life, just go to this hospital!

The Auckland City Doctors isn’t really good and certainly not my favorite. The queue in the morning start from 8:30 which isn’t too bad. Waiting area is about 15-20 peoples. From receptions already start to feel impatiently treatment. The nurse feel the same, actually even more. Totally spend 2 to 5 mins to do blood sample, blood pressure, eyes, urinalysis. The blood sample are one of the terrible experience compare others. Normally I only have a small mark and pin size blood. But this time is thumb size blood. Bit more pain. Luckily the doctor is very patient and helpful. She’s really nice I would say. In the other hand the X-ray sessions receptionist were much more friendly. I really hope a clinic can get consistently good service and be nice to everyone. It is important and essential. Use professional to help people. Not too much attitude towards different people. In my observe the short time when I there were 90% Asian customers. I don’t want to feel treated as labeled. Hope that make sense.

The Receptionist, Iyvonne (that's what she said) was extremely rude and has horrid manner. First of all, it's their job to take the customers nicely and handle the situation at the best as they can. It is a customer service. She is not a doctor, she is not a nurse but a receptionist which is HER job to do. If she feels busy or doesn't want to continue her job, then she needs to do something, not stressing the customers. Absolutely horrible and obnoxious mannered. Never recommend to my friends but just sad that this is the only place that immigrants can go for exam and x Ray at the same time.

DON’T ever come into this place unless you want to be disrespected. They have a VERY VERY VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!!! Felt like I was not in New Zealand at all. They don’t even deserve a single star! I think they need to attend lots of professional training on how to work on their work ethics/manners/attitude/behaviours. I asked the staff politely from the reception area if how far are we on the list as my daughter has been busting to go for a pee, she was controlling it for more than 40mins already!!! As we want to be there when the doctor calls her name. But that rude receptionist ignored me like she didn’t hear a thing! And told us to wait otherwise we will be remove from the list. And even told me “do you want me to put you’re not here”. To think the toilet was just in that same room and that’s why I was notifying her in advance just in case the doctor will look for us. How inconsiderate right? She can’t be a little kind to a kid that was so desperate to use the toilet! Even my 7 year old daughter asked me why that lady was so rude to me. Well, I don’t think she likes her job. No one was smiling and shall I say most of them don’t know the word COURTESY in that place!!What an ILL-MANNERED inhumane bunch of people! She’s lucky I’m with my daughter.

This clinic failed to submit my medical examination for my NZ student visa application. It took them 2 months to do it! There are plenty of other more competent panel physicians in the area. Avoid this clinic, only if you are not keen on getting your visa applications delayed.

Worst service ever! It took them a whole month to send the report of general check up to immigration. They forgot to send it to immigration and send it after 1 month when we received letter from immigration asking for same tests and when we enquired and asked for physical copy of the results. Extremely disappointing customer services. Then lady at the reception saying - “so what! Do u want me to return your money or do ur test again n send them report in an hour” in an angry way. 0 star for this clinic :(

Read this review for visa immigration medical KEY THINGS: • Bring your passport (have it ready to hand them when it’s your turn) • Bring physical card or cash, they can’t accept pay wave (contactless payment). • It costs $320 for full medical (including bloods) and chest X-ray. There is no appointments, just show up it’s first come first served. Opening time says 9am but I arrived at 8am and they opened the doors a few minutes later, I was 3rd in the queue and I was completely done and out by 9:30am (90 minutes total). By 9am there is atleast 50 people waiting, GET THERE EARLY AND YOULL BE DONE IN 2 HOURS. I got my results sent to me the very next day, outstanding service. Reception was great, super friendly and helpful. All the staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Also when you arrive, if there is a queue just wait in line as that’s exactly what reception will tell you anyway.

Do not come here for your Immigration Health check. You can get the test done in a day without booking but they will not send the results to immigration after almost 3 weeks if you don’t ask. So whats the point? Service is horrible, both nurse and doctor They didn’t even say apology when you call and email about them not sending the results If there is a zero i would have rate a zero

Do not go to the clinic for Immigration Medical test. However, they are cheap but they take too much time to upload your test results in the immigration portal. They take around 10 working days. On the other hand, if you choose other clinics, they do not take much time, they take maximum 3-4 days. Now, its up to you, you wanna get your visa early or late. Also. The receptionist who are are sitting there, they are not professional and aslo they are rude. Do not go and avoid this clinic.

I am totally surprised why this clinic has so less reviews. I have visited them from Student Visa medicals to my Residence Medicals. Its has always been the efficient and cost effective. 10/10 for thier Nurses and staff for handling such a large number of patients.Despite the challenges posed by diverse patient demands, they work tirelessly to maintain a quick turnaround. I've consistently recommended this clinic to others, and the low rating puzzles me. This clinic is a hidden treasure that truly deserves acknowledgment for its exceptional service!

Extremely extremely bad, worst place ever!!’ GPs are fine but the receptionists, disgusting people!!!! If you need to do immigrant x ray stuff, tend offers them as well, they are on Symonds Street and very nice. GUYS!!!!Note Auckland city doctors is NOT the only GP at CBD!!! Queen st doctors are good, and tend is for visa application med check. Just don’t come here!!!!

Very rude , told me to go try some other doctors for my prescription which I need ! After they forgot to send it to my pharmacy, told me “ why you didn’t check yesterday, we are closed now , so come back on the 9th of January! “ Even if you’re dying do not come here because urgency and medical priorities are not found in this building!

This clinic has given priority to immigration medicals over proper medical care. Sadly, money talks. Good doctors but reception personnel lacks customer service training. Try other GPs if you want proper medical attention.

Dr Jung Park is horrible, inhumane, cold and insensitive. Stay away from this place if you’re not an immigrant. That was the last time I put myself through that meat grinder clinic!

Did the general medical certificates with my family here. Altogether a horrible experience. Far too crowded. Blood pressure was taken simultaneously as they collected blood samples. 8 hours it took us to come through. A travesty. If you have any other option, go elsewhere

Such an annoying service in this clinic. Not at all organised and the staffs are really rude . Infact there is no proper coordination. Guys please some other immigration clinic for your tests

Tips on takin a urine test for immigration health check: drink tons of water beforehand or you might be told that blood was detected in your urine sample. And you might end up paying 85NZD for GP casual consultation fee even though all he tells you is “you need to take another urine test because blood was detected in your urine sample” which the receptionist told you already, and 40NZD for the actual urine test besides the 320 NZD check fee you already paid upfront. The GP consultation charge is so pointless!!!!! Why do you charge the patient for that? Just one word from the doctor???? He can’t draw any conclusions without the new urine test results isn’t it??? So why do you make the patients wait for hours to hear that one useless sentence from the doctor instead of just charging 40NZD urine test fee and collecting patients’ sample and tell patients that they are free to go???

Got my xray done here few days ago, it only took 10mins to complete ! Case was submitted within 2 days, will definitely come back again for my visa application.

My girlfriend went to see the gp when she became pregnant. The only thing she got from the doctor was I think you're about 7 weeks pregnant and you need to get an ultrasound. No information or guidance on what to do or who to go and see, this was literally 80 dollars just wasted on information we already knew.

Awful experience. The nurse who did blood test is extremely rude, impatient, unhelpful and unsympathetic. It really hurt when she drew my blood. I got a huge bruise after the blood draw and couldn’t move my arm for days due to the pain :(

Never recommend this place to anyone. No 1 they don't know how to speak with the customers. 2 Dr told me go some other place who give you 5 star service sir i didn't ask for 5 star service from your place and i didn't expect also (of course from 2 star place how can i ask for5 star service) . Dr please check and response every review, you hardly find 5 star reviews. Mostly are negative only. 1 star because your some nurses are very nice and polite. 3. Waiting time is amazing you almost need your full day to see a doctor . Overall pathetic service

I walk in like 4:20pm to see A doctor before leaving home I check on website Closing time is 5pm but the women on desk says we are full but there is only one patient is sitting there .Can you change the timing on your website ?I am so disappointed what's the point to be registered Patient with your clinic. Very busy in the morning since it is a walk-in clinic, do expect a longer waiting time, but I was able to complete my immi medicals on site, nurse was very efficient for blood test, the doctor was kind, beside from the long wait everything was all good.

I have to treat these receptionists with my worst attitude as they always have a dead face and very bad manner.

Both the doctors and the receptionists were friendly, and the service was prompt. My experience was quite different from the negative reviews I saw.

Last year in Jan I saw reviews first, but the whole process was smooth. Honestly, people were packed there, staff were calm. They told me to come back after 1 hour so I had my lunch near university. Then it was my turn and it was finished very soon.

Less busy than usual on Tuesday and Wednesday, I came on Monday but they cannot do immigration without passport, saying INZ request it. Cutoff time is 3.30pm, I nearly miss it.....but luckily I made it.....

I had my general medical exam last January 25, 2022. They accommodated around 250+ people that day so the queue was so long. Be there early to avoid cut offs. Cheapest medical exam here in Auckland City. Service was great even though I was there the whole day. Just be patient with the process and everything will go smoothly. New review (February 26, 2022): Experience after my medical was bad. They uploaded my medical results almost a month after I had my medicals. I don’t know if this is how it would take long. I was so desperate because my case officer emailed me TWICE.

I have no idea why there are so many negative comments. Based on my experience, the doctors and nurses are very professional and kind. The nurse who collected the blood sample for me was really caring. I was so nervous everytime I went for the health check but she helped me and comforted me. The doctor (a lady) is also very nice. I missed my turn and I felt so sorry for it. But she smiled at me and said: "No worries, that is our job. Dont be nervous and lets see if everything is okay". I received my report on the next working day (around 10 am).

Both receptionist and nurse were very patient when explaining the medical requirement, done my ecg here as well, now waiting for immigration to grant my visa.

Good experience today except for the long queue, while you can’t actually make any appointments for immigration medical exam elsewhere at this stage. The staff, nurses, and doctors were friendly. All good so far.

Absolutely atrocious! The clinic's front desk and on-duty nurses were insufferably rude! They had the audacity to drive patients away and shift the blame for their own glaring mistakes! Making patients wait for no reason and overcharging them? The worst clinic experience I've ever had!

Rubbish customer service and do not recommend this service to anyone. Kept calling and calling and no onewould answer the call. Close this service if you can't answer calls. Bullsh😡😡😡😡💩💩💩💩

I was sceptical at first because of the google review. My fiance did his medical here for his immigration. It took them 3 working days to upload it. The ladies were very good of doing their jobs. It only took him 1 hour to do blood test, urine and blood pressure. Good place.

Went in for a supervised PCR for travel. Service was efficient and results were very quick. Thank you

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I went there after I fell badly. The nurse was very nice and cleaned up my wounds but I had to get an X-ray for my wrist. They didn’t send me the results and when I went back there the nurse told me that apparently they didn’t find anything on the x-ray and no swelling either. I did not get to talk to a doctor or even take a look at the image. My wrist was still swollen, even the nurse said it didn’t make any sense. 3 weeks later the pain was still there so I went back to get a look at the x-ray, they charged me 20$ for it and I went to a different doctor with it. Turns out I was running around with a compression fracture for 3 weeks and I didn’t know, so it was actually broken but they didn’t tell me….
