when I came for consultation in the very elegant and lovely clinic ,I was shown beautiful brochures that showed good results for removing or at least diminishing sun damage. Three treatments with the very hefty price of 1500 dollars or 500 each for Moxi laser that I was told , would at least help with the fading of the sun spots. After two treatment , when I saw no result, I have told the technician that I am disappointed and I cant see any change . My third treatment was BBL that was offered by the owner as it is very advanced and was told by the technician that it is the ultimate in sun damage and it should increase the fading of the age or sun damage. Sadly, there was no change at all and 1500 dollars later I turned to the owner and explained that I am very disappointed. I asked for possible partial refund or another treatment. Her response was rude and unprofessional and did not deal with the issue I turned to her about. I was accused of being late to all the appointments ( I was late once but called and told the technician I am on my way} of insulting the technician because I told her that she lost so much weight, and on top of it all , I was told "that at my age I shouldn't expect to look 20 years younger"..... ! As a bonus , I was told I am not welcomed again to this clinic.... Great customer service is paramount for a successful business and thus so many of them disappear as they appear. There are more effective and tactful ways of resolving issues than attacking and ridicule a client. I have never dealt with an owner as obnoxious , rude and insulting as this one.

Receiving treatments at Clinic 1 {or Clinic 111 as we’ve re-named it} should come with a health warning. Overpriced & abysmal customer care. There are plenty of reputable beauty companies in Ponsonby, it’s a real shame that this isn’t one of them.

It was very much a wham, bam, botox and out within 5mins. I have been getting botox for years and I was generally so shocked at how fast this appointment was, especially because it was my first time at this place. Other places will measure your face and really take time to assess. This was very much inject in random spots on your forehead. I have waited two weeks for the full effects and it’s by far the most uneven result I have had with botox

Had my first experience of botox here and oh my gosh, the injector couldn't have cared less if she tried. I was in and out in 7 mins or so...no preamble, no guidance of how botox works or any advice, no aftercare instructions. Just wham bam thank for you for $$ and goodbye. Most places i have learned invite you back in 2 weeks to check everything is ok and you are happy etc..this was not offered at clinic 1. Worst customer service ever.

After visiting many different injectors over the years, I will never go anywhere other than to Renjini Clinic 1- she has given me beautiful but still natural results. Sophie also does the most amazing facials!

Most amazing place for state of the art skin treatments. Layla is gorgeous and so patient with all my questions. She understands my needs way better than I do and I adore going to Clinic 1 to see her and leave feeling super happy that my skin was well talen care of. I am so so so happy I finally booked an appointment and came into Clinic 1. I have been to plenty of beauty clinics in my time and this is by far the best. Professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and everything you could ever want in a cosmetic medicine clinic. I can not fault the clinic even if I tried. It is, in every way, a theft. I requested a consultant appointment via phone but was not informed of the fee. My appointment was for 9:00 a.m., and I arrived at 9:06. We had a brief conversation for approximately nine minutes, during which I inquired whether I would require fillers and botacs and how much they would cost. Noting that nothing else was necessary, she then requested that I pay her $50. I asked why no one had mentioned that before I make appointment, and she provided an explanation. It is disgraceful, and in Australia, no one is willing to request payment for such nonsense information, but in this clinic, this is what they are doing to customers.

I have been a client of the Clinic 1 Aesthetics for about 8 months now. This is the best clinic I have ever visited! I had an excellent experience with the service provided in the clinic by Olga and Renjini. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed, they are friendly and kind. The best clinic, was recommended clinic 1 at the beginning of the year by a old friend who is also in the industry and is so amazing at what she does I always trust her opinion on anything aesthetic, thank goodness for her introducing me to this place. Olga is amazing Renjini is so good always makes you feel comfortable. The ladies also don’t try and give you false advice or hope, you know that what they say is from skills and experience. I had so much filler build up over the years of constantly going from clinic to clinic Renjini and Olga saved me and we dissolved all the old filler and I now have natural lips with a little bit of plump and volume. So happy with my results. Sophie and Layla are also amazing have had a hydra facial by both ladies and let me tell you, you feel so relaxed and your skin feels hydrated and glowing. One of the best clinics in Auckland. My skin looked absolutely amazing after the facial. It felt really nice and smooth. It minimized my pores and brightened up my skin. Renjini also worked her magic on my face. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I’d definitely come back again.

I have been a regular at Clinic 1 for over a year now and I am so happy with my skin texture and appearance, especially after the Moxi and BBL treatments. The improvement is out the gate! I can vouch for Tessa - fabulous experienced injector, quick and painless and has a really good eye for what needs doing for a lovely natural look. After 15 years (or more) of treatments with other clinics, Clinic 1 I have found to be my best! Choco is a favourite too!

Renjinis botoxing and filler is unlike others, she works with haste, precession and not to disclose she’s very competent! she is doubtlessly valued as the top nurses in New Zealand. My trust in this kind lady is exceedingly high!

Very disappointed in my experience at this clinic. I was assured that Renjini would use the thicker filler on me, as in the past regular filler had dissolved within weeks. I found out afterwards that not only thicker filler wasn't used, they don't use thick filler at all. I was lied to by both Olga and Renjini, and when I emailed to query the response was filled with complete lies of what happened. Her last response was 'talk to my lawyer' as she didn't even attempt to put it right! Don't be fooled by the good reviews.

One of the best boutique clinics I have been to after a long time. The staffs were very welcoming and they will listened to my skin concerns and they suggested the best treatments that made me look 10 years younger 😌. I have done few treatments there now.
