Good little reserve but many dog owners come with off leash dogs, despite posted rules. From the top of the reserve you can see a nice view.

Nice decent sized reserve in Ponsonby. Very easily accessible from Clarence Street and Tole Street. Good play area constructed for children. There's a skateboard park and a basketball court as well.

Tucked away in suburbia a tranquil green space but with a family focus. A playground for children and you can take dogs onto the reserve with some restrictions (see the photo showing the dog access sign). The entrance from Ponsonby Terrace is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs due to the steps. However there is a handrail for those who just need a bit of assistance.

Great little park in the heart of Ponsonby with great playground, skate bowl and grassy area. A fave for the family.

Its perfect place for kids to play around i wish if there was public toilet in this area other than that its great 👍

Great little reserve to take the kids to. It has a cute little playground, some nice flat fields, a little scooter track and a half basketball court. Plenty of unpaid off street parking is available. Good place to come for a picnic and bring the dog!

I love this little Park. In the heart of Ponsonby but at the end of the one way Tole Street, its a bit of a hidden gem. One half is leash-free for dogs so be prepared for furry friends. Fabulous playground, basketball hoop, roads for kids to learn road rules and the sweetest handmade book swap library. It's basically a perfect family park. And it has an original double-bowl in-line skate area from ages ago.

Cool park. Place for little kids to ride wheeled bikes etc on with marked out roads, basketball hoop, playground geared towards older children and a ripper skate bowl

Best wee offleash dog park

Quiet. Nice flat area for summer, dog run-around area in winter. Playground has something for all child age groups (least of all infants though).
