an
accommodating
hotel
and
great
experience!
I
emailed
the
hotel
before
my
stay
and
just
said
I’m
sensitive
to
noise
and
read
in
reviews
that
the
main
building
was
less
noisy
than
the
north
building
and
said
if
there’s
any
way
I
can
get
into
the
main
building
that’d
be
wonderful!
Aaron
promptly
replied
and
said
no
problem,
we
will
put
you
in
the
main
building.
When
I
arrived
in
my
room
I
was
very
impressed,
super
nice
decor
and
amenities,
valet
could
not
have
been
more
nice
and
same
with
the
front
desk.
After
I
was
in
my
room
for
awhile
I
started
to
hear
this
loud
buzz
and
called
the
front
desk,
they
came
up
and
checked
it
out,
they
agreed
it
was
a
strange
noise
and
said
no
problem,
we
have
a
back
up
room
while
they
figure
out
what’s
causing
this.
I
apologized
profusely
as
at
this
point
I
felt
bad
asking
for
a
new
room.
Grayson
at
the
front
desk
assured
me
they
move
guests
all
the
time
and
that
it
wasn’t
a
problem
at
all.
He
said
noises
drive
him
crazy
as
well
and
he
totally
understood.
He
moved
me
to
a
new
room
and
it
was
just
as
beautiful
as
the
first.
He
said
that
the
reason
they
normally
get
complaints
is
because
of
weddings
being
hosted
at
the
hotel
but
the
north
building
is
generally
more
quiet.
I
could
not
be
more
grateful
to
this
team!
After
a
long
two
weeks
of
travel,
it’s
nice
to
have
an
accommodating
hotel.
Will
definitely
stay
here
again
and
will
be
highly
recommending
this
to
friends
when
they
come
visit
Austin!
