Good location near a lot of eatery close by. The drawback is that the room was booked for three days. Each day, we had to get the key 🔑 reactivated every day we were there, but every time we left for the day and returned, the key card did not work. Had to go back to front to get they to reactivate the key 🔑 card.

Warning check your bank account statement after staying. I had been staying here while traveling for work. After staying three nights one week I noticed I had been charged for four nights. After talking to staff a few times they had stated the manager would refund the extra night charged. I went back a few times to check the status. I asked one employee about the error and assuming they would know what and who I was. The response was. So tell me again who are you. Then the next response was this happens A LOT. With emphasis on a lot. This did concern me. I called the number on the business card and was treated rudely and dismissive. No other effort was made by the hotel to correct. The error. 135.00 is not an amount I care to part with for a clerical error. Juat be careful

My family and I booked this hotel for 2nights and 3day stay, from the moment we arrived we had no customer service shown to us at all. We were not told where are room was located, anything about breakfast, where luggage carts were located.NOTHING!!. The woman (middle Eastern origin)at front desk was so unacceptably rude, and the over night clerk was no help either, everytime we saw her she was resting her head on counter passed out. The other day time clerk was very pleasant, unfortunately I only dealt with her at checkout time. Also the pool, hot tub,and exercise room that were advertised on website, were not as advertised, The pool CLOSED the entire time we were there. And the so called weight room is more of a closet with a bike and treadmill.. I absolutely đź’Ż DONOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL,unless your just looking for a place to sleep..

Unusually dirty and in disrepair for a Comfort Suites. They had almost nothing (just a waffle) for breakfast and the lady at the front desk was rude to those who inquired. She clearly didn’t care. Elevator didn’t work each day as well. Won’t be back to this hotel, that’s for sure.

We really loved the room. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. There were quite a bit wanderers in and out of hotel at any given time. But it was a pleasant stay.

Absolutely NASTY! The wall paper is peeling off of the walls near the elevator. There's water stains on the ceiling. The elevator was filthy; dirt and gum on the floor. As I entered the 2nd floor corridor, I walked through a flume of cigarette smoke and could hear people screaming and talking in all of the rooms. Upon opening my room door, there was a huge red stain on the floor....either blood or kool-aid....take your pick. I couldn't get a refund because I booked through a 3rd party. I left anyway...and returning to the parking lot, there was a man leaning on the back of my car, talking on his phone, drinking a beer and smoking a cig. To my right, there were about 6 other men loitering. DO NOT GO HERE! It's dangerous and disgusting!!!!!!!

The location was great for all the activities we did. The rooms were OK. Definitely NO hot water for a shower. We even changed rooms, but still no hot water. The coffee machine was out of service the first day and trying to get extra pods for the maker in the room was like pulling teeth. The carpets were very stained and sticky so definitely wear something on your feet. The staff was OK. Kinda lukewarm. Not friendly but not rude either.

Nice place to stay. No housekeeping services. But room was clean, bed very comfortable. We would stay again.

The room was nice but the lady who currently works there is so rude. I have been at this hotel for about a week now and the breakfast is decent and the housekeeping staff is good as well. Everyone else I have encountered during my stay is very nice and willing to assist but this particular woman is rude every time I or my spouse interact with her. My room key was not working so I went to get a new one. The lady asked if I was leaving even though I just called an hour before and paid for another night. In fact she asks this same question each time I come by the front desk. During any other shift the customer service is wonderful. I have also noticed she does not treat each customer this way but somehow my spouse and I are supposed to take her mistreatment. If this lady is still working here the next time I come to visit I am going to choose a new hotel.

Very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located and close to everything. Staff was great! Hotel was quiet and the pool area was nice. I will definitely stay here again!

The front desk was really nice but… The room was disgusting!!! The floors were stained and my daughters feet turned black from walking on them, the bathtub was stained black, literally just stains everywhere, ants all over the sink/coffee maker area. If all of the rooms are like this I don’t understand why this hotel has such good reviews.

The A/C in the room did not get cool enough for me. It was capped at 68 or 69° F, but it was very muggy so it didn't feel that cold. The woman at the counter wasn't rude but also wasn't very pleasant. We went to the pool and there were 4 if us in our party but the lady at the front desk wouldn't give my husband 4 pool towels, and then made a face when she did give him some. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was nice with the jets. In the morning the breakfast options were not that bad. Waffles, Jimmy Dean croissant breakfast sandwiches you microwave, Smuckers PB&J Uncrustables sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, fruit, milk, and juices. The coffee machine wasn't working right so I didn't get any coffee that morning, but I was OK. I just didn't like that there were sugar ants running around behind the waffle makers. Luckily there weren't that many but you could still see their little route by the edge of the table behind the waffle makers. That means the area is not being cleaned enough and should be checked for cracks and sealed. The experience wasn't too bad. The place is your average 2-3 star hotel.

I have never feel more unsafe on a hotel. We were on the second floor and there was an "old building smell". Later that night, a strong smell like a "skunk" had entered the hallway. We suspected that perhaps there was something sketchy going on somewhere in the rooms. By the elevator there was a bag with linen not even well tightened, that bag stayed there throughout our stay. Breakfast was terrible. No eggs at all, it was extremely simple. Staff looked stressed. Hard bed. Dining area is small. We have stayed at other hotels on this chain but surely this one was a real tough experience.

This was our 5th stay at this location, to visit our daughter and family. We have always loved staying her but will not do so again. The beds were comfortable but the desk clerks were very rude and the breakfast was bad. Many days there was no coffee in the urns. There were no toasters, bagels, bread etc. The fruit was usually gone by 8 and nothing was replenished. The area around the waffle maker was never cleaned during the breakfast hours and at least twice when I went to the front desk the clerk was on laptop watching a movie. We have stayed in 3 other Comfort Suites in this trip and they have all been excellent. Very disappointed in the one at Lakeline this trip.

Great stay! Cleanliness in all public areas and room was fantastic and staff were genuinely kind. Just some more engineering issues more so. The tv remote didn’t seem to work and the lock to the mens room in the lobby wasn’t working when I checked out. No problem though. The front desk agent quickly made me keys again so I could get back into the room.
