🤣🤣They are on different planet, They are the ones who ask customers to take plunger from front office if the hole is clogged twice a day, Housekeeping lady said there is issue with the room. Still front desk mentioned nothing wrong.

Room 321, Toilet seat clogged 2 times, same day, Doesn’t mean we eat a lot, But housekeeping lady says,” it’s issue with the room.” Same day evening it get clogged, I called front desk, she mentioned we will assign another room, you need to pick up key from front desk. We picked key, asked the lady at front desk if we can vacate previous room in about an hour as kids are sleeping. She mentioned “IF THATS THE CASE I HAVE TO CHARGE FOR BOTH ROOMS OR YOU CAN TAKE PLUNGER AND WORK ON TOILET YOURSELF AS MAINTENANCE IS NOT HERE TONIGHT “ NEXT TIME YOU COME TO SLEEP IN,”BRING YOUR OWN PLUNGER” Received a call from front desk at 11:02 at night, she mentioned if she can bring a plunger to the room and I work on it” 😡😡

Management (Bianca) will support you one day and give you the run around the next day. She was a real piece of work towards my friend who is the one who rented the room. So my friend filed a complaint with the mother company. Bianca found out and came up to our room today and harassed my friend about the complaint. Just now I went to ask if my friend needed to be the one to renew our key cards and when I asked Bianca if my friend...., and she interrupted me and said, ....needs her to get out of this hotel. Very ghetto and extremely unprofessional. This is worthy of immediate termination. Don't waste time with a write up because she has just cost this company anymore business from us. We made new reservations somewhere else for the rest of our stay. On the other hand, the rest of the staff is amazingly sweet and helpful. My favorite to interact with is Candy. The cleaning ladies do a wonderful job as does the morning breakfast prep cook. I've seen a couple of unwanted roommates, but they are harmless. Hopefully this manager gets the boot so the rest of the professionals can resume good business.

During our stay we found cockroaches in our rooms. Multiple roaches in multiple rooms. The place is disgusting. After catching one of the roaches and bringing it to the front desk we were promised a full refund essentially in order to keep quiet about the situation. After leaving they are trying to get away with only giving us $30 back on over a $1000 stay between our two rooms. The lady was very rude on the phone in regards to the situation and kept talking over me and had the nerve to tell me I was being dramatic and that “cockroaches are everywhere” as if that’s an excuse for keeping the hotel so dirty it has an infestation. The health department will be contacted so don’t be surprised if this facility is closed down for a while and if a few people lose their jobs. Our lawyers will be contacted in regards to our refund amongst other things. Do not stay here would give 0 stars if possible.

staff was very friendly… but this is a very cheap hotel. which, would be fine - totally fine… if i were paying for a cheap hotel. this feels like a $70-80 rate, not $160. priceline screwed me on this one. just leaving a review so others know since i couldn’t on priceline. it’s fairly clean. weird security door and gate protocol at night. my first room smelled like someone died in it. the phone didn’t work also. again, staff was very kind and got me a new room. no dead guy smell in the next one but same level of room. just trying to help set expectations. wish i would’ve booked the other one that was 2.5 stars that i know is great vs taking a risk on this. AC takes a long time to cool. i’m having allergies of some sort already.

OMG! This place is SO beautiful. Kept very clean with great customer service, delicious on the house breakfast, cabel, nice & clean outdoor pool, a workout gym open 24/7, even extra personal toilets are available at no extra charge if asked for at the front desk if you've forgotten them at home. What a wonderful place to find a stop to rest, relax & recharge. Will definitely be stopping by here again soon. (I'll update with pictures next time I stop in)

The staff is very courteous and inviting eager to assist with maintenance or any toiletries. Prompt daily cleaning when requested, hot breakfast easily morning b4 work is great. The pool is always clean and clear, pet friendly staff and affordable cleaning fee. I enjoyed a month here the bathrooms are nice and the showers are tall, plenty of space to lounge around couch, laptop space and direct tv on with sports and movie 🍿 lots of pillows on the beds it has been a very relaxing month working in Austin and living here at the sleep inn hotel 🏨. East side on the high way i heard no road noise, 5 to 10 minutes away from local grocery stores and Austin central city 🌃 me and brownie had a great time here.

Excellent, clean, spacious, well laid out hotel! Very good front desk staff. Everyone still wearing masks, yay!! We slept very well. No road noise , comfortable bed, clean, decent linens. Will definitely stay again.

I'm there for business for Lakeview Glass and mirror and my room is always clean the bed's always made all the services are great. When I've lost my key card or doesn't work it's always been replaced very quickly and professionally. Laundry room is clean I've used it a few times. Pool is always clean areas kept well and tidy!

They are great. Room was cleaned daily. Didn't mess with our stuff even put our personal pillows back on the bed. Have after hours security measures. A big Thanks to the one on 290 and Tuscany way.

Decent rooms for reasonable price. We stayed her during ACL in Austin and it was only 15 mins to Zilker Park. It's not in the best area of Austin, but the hotel itself is on the access road next to a McDonalds and not too bad of location. Just like other older hotels there comes a smell in the hallways, but room were cleans, beds comfy, and lobby was clean. Staff was very friendly. The shower pressure could be better. One two of the three days one of our keys didn't work for the room. No biggie, just a minor inconvenience and was fixed right away when we went to the lobby clerk. The parking lot is gated. Check your room key info to see how to enter gates with a code. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. In town for Formula 1 and chose something a bit further away to find lower rates but the drive with traffic was only about 30 minutes. This location will definitely be on my list for next year.

I was here for work but had the most comfortable stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I loved the decor in the rooms and absolutely love the scent of the little soaps they put in the room. I would stay here again even on leisure time.

Enjoyed our stay a lot. Spacious room, very, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Free breakfast was good, solid selection menu. Highly recommended

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location. I remember when it was new. Some things have changed but still see it safe to stay. They have gated parking but of course not enough to keep away anyone that’s up to no good but it’s something to make it more difficult. Staff was friendly, breakfast is as expected - good for anyone who doesn’t need special breakfast. I liked it. The only thing is that the AC felt like it was set to 1 setting. It took a while for our room to cool off. I would stay here again, affordable and still in good conditions.

Didn't take any pictures but chose this hotel because it had the best rating in the area. Not the best hotel I've stayed at but first time in Austin and it was pretty close to everything we needed to be close to. Only inconvenience is it's located on one-way road and next to a toll. Use alternate routes to avoid tolls. Don't waste your time at the free breakfast. Head over to the McDonald's next door. Only interacted with front desk staff. They were nice. Pool looked nice.
