Poor internet service, if you want to work. Nice looking room but with mold in the bathroom and window corners. Indoor Pool (spa) not for kids even when empty. Its not too bad for France quality but our experience was not the best

What a nice hotel and what a lovely staff!!! Arriving by car late at night and tired, a really nice receptionist and welcomer recieved us. They do have a nice restaurant with a lovely concept and live music!!! The staff there is as nice as the rest. Please allow yourselves to stay in a hotel with very good rooms, service and above all, amazing workers!!!!

It was walking distance to the TGV which was nice since we weren't picking up our car until the morning after we arrived. The staff was nice, but we went up and the room had twin beds which was not what we booked. They had us go downstairs with our bags to get new key cards, which is not a big deal, but not the best service when it's their mistake and it's late. Second room was perfect for us, very modern, bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Pool was nice, but there was unavoidable (dirty) standing water on the way to it, lounge chairs were disheveled, and it could just use some more attention in general, especially in the summer. There was a good selection at breakfast and the location was great for us. Overall, I would stay again.

Good place to stay in Avignon when you travel through Provance. Nice location, clean rooms. Breakfast is poor almost like everywhere else in France.

Newly furnished, spacious and decorated room. Plenty of parking space is perfect for driving car here. Warm reception, singer and pianist at dinner time is a treat. And the price is fair than similar hotels. Staying here one night is the best decision I have made these days in France.

The spa sets this place apart - the aqua retreat is worth doing every day for a bit of child-free bliss vs the pool. The pool area is ok, the lounge chairs are pretty dirty. Bar/restaurant management need a bit more training as their focus is usually on other staff rather than customers. Rooms are large, renovated and clean.

Small rooms, internet fall down, simple breakfast, no toilet amenities, a/c doesn’t work. Location far from center (you need a taxi).

Everything was good. Except the terrible service of the breakfast manager and the gin-tonic was 18€. I know drinks are not cheap in French Hotels but. This is way overpriced. It was 8.00, breakfast prime time, and I think one large group of Asian tourists stayed in the hotel. I believe if you know you have a group (or fully booked hotel) that will leave at an certain hour your will be better prepared. We were a group of wine lovers, booked 9 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. So we need a steady breakfast to hit the day. Two days of breakfast with no bacon and sausage at 8.00. The second day I timed that they did not fill this for a total 35-40 minutes. When I asked for it after 12 minutes, they answered me that it was being made. I peeped in the kitchen and no one was at the stove. After 10 minutes still nothing. Then I asked again on purpose and they say again that is was being made. And again no one at the stove. When I complained at the reception. They refilled it with about 10 minutes. No one said sorry and I hate people lying. You have time and enough staff to fill everything on the buffet but only not this very wanted item, why? People have to pay quite something for this breakfast so you have to make sure they will get what they pay for. I saw more then hundred people asking for the same thing. I work in hospitality myself so I know this is not acceptable. I did not complained until I had 3 pieces of rotten oranges from the cereal bar in my mouth. The first piece was frizzy and had started to ferment, so I thought it can happen in a batch. But then 2nd piece tasted molded and 3rd as well. I gave them 3 chances to decide this is not acceptable. Then on top of it I heard my other colleagues had eaten rotten fruit as well the day before from that same cereal bar. So so bad.

We only stayed one night on the way to the south of France. Great hotel. Great staff. Very friendly and kind. Great service. Definitely stay here!!

The hotel is very conveniently located, great pool and terrasse. We had a nice corner family room. Cleaning was impeccable. Restaurant, as often in Mercure hotels, is a big step above any hotel restaurant. Kids menu changes every day, is healthy and ingredients used very qualitative. The hotel also offers 10 charging station for e-cars. The biggest highlight was clearly the helpful and dedicated staff: willing to help and full of good tips, a big thanks to them for making our stay so pleasant.

Freshly renovated, good value proposition. The staff is super friendly, breakfast quite good with homemade cakes , cookies and other pastries. Beds are excellent but bedrooms can seem a little cheap. Parking free of charge. Located 5 min away by car from the center.
