⚠️ WARNING❗️Please be careful visiting this hotel. Today we have had a bad experience with this hotel. And such thing was the first time in our family life. 1) First of all, the room was not the same as it was described in Expedia. 2) Second, the room did not have a simple things of hygiene in this COVID-19 pandemic dangerous times. Even a simple soap was not existing to wash hands. 3) In the room was not any single towel ( not for hands, not for shower). Though in Expedia it was written that towels are included. We explained the receptionist that there is no towel in the room, which was described in the advertising, but she said that we need to buy towels. So she was trying to sell the towels, trying to convince us that their own advertising is not correct. So basically we could conclude that they are cheating people with a not correct advertising. After that we said that we are not going to stay there and we want our money back, to what the receptionist answered “no, I will not give your money back, it’s not possible”. That conversation at least 5 people witnessed. Now we left the hotel immediately, at night we are trying to find another hotel somewhere. Be careful if you chose this place.

𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝟭 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗻 | 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 Very nice hotel for very good value. (Great value for money) not too far from the railway station TGV high speed services from here across central France. The highway is very close by and offers direct cases to a major auto route in France. Hotel staff were beet friendly and accommodating when advising us on solutions for our travel requirements this short trip. Hotel room was clean and and well equipped. Local area offers many eateries that are excellent. Hotel location is tremendous, 8-10 minutes walk to the railway station Avignon TGV. Superb location. Highly recommended.

My key card didn't work so the 'solution' was for me to 'leave my room open when I left.' Really small room, but bed was comfy and the water was hot. Not too shabby for the price overall.

Hi, I reserved in 20. august~21. august by Agoda. My reservation number is 383280747. I used the room without bathroom. And I paid 48.96 EUR for my room by my card already in Agoda. But I have to pay 18.83 EUR more because the staff in that time misunderstood my room reservation(she thought I reserved a room with bathroom. But she didn't know how to refund, so she said her boss would refund my money in 2 weeks. BUT there is no refund until now. So plz check my reservation and refund for me. ——————————————————————————————————————————————————— I have waited 2 weeks after your. reply. BUT I till don't get any refund from you. What Happened? Refund and reply me as soon as possible!!!!!

The hotel is enough to sleep for one night, although that is also quite bad. The good thing is the secure parking which closes in the evening. There was no one at the reception, we waited 15 minutes for someone to come so we could check in. The rooms are very small. We could not open the window because there was an anthill on the window. If you don't have your own towels, you have to buy them and they cost 3 euros, and you get a microfiber towel that is new (unwashed). The bed is okay, comfortable. The hotel is very far from the city center, so if you go on foot it will take you 40 minutes. Although it is "cheap", but for what is offered, it is expensive.

The most horrible budget hotel ever! Overpriced, really tiny room, towels extra, noisy 24h bathroom ventilator

Ain't no Continental or Bristol hotel, but it's more than enough for one night on the road. I've been here with a school trip from Poland to Spain and it was heaven to sleep in a bed in a tiny room and have a warm shower instead of sitting like 20 hours in a bus. Also I had a very pleasant breakfast, I must say. I really think it's a great place to stop and sleep for one night when you're driving for a long time and know you're like halfway there.

The only good thing about this hotel is the secured parking otherwise the staff aren't welcoming

Even it doesn’t have enough space to open a luggage and they don’t have a lift

Good value for money (and it's a cheap place). Not far from the TGV railway station and for those who travel by car, the highway is nearby as well. Staff was helpful. The room I had was a bit noisy, however for the price level you really get good value for money. It's simple, some rooms are a bit noisy but it's clean and staff is helpful. Most important to me, about a 10 minute walk to the railway station Avignon TGV.

Location is not great. Rooms are ok. I would suggest some air fresheners to get rid if the old sweat smell.

I am an extensive traveller having visited dozens of Accor properties. This hotel earned the title of worst property by all accounts. Granted, that’s an economy hotel. So one gets what one pays for : paper thin walls, un policed noisy guests, poor location. However why are they cleaning showers at 3 am? That’s so noisy … why are they pre-charging credit cards without proper authorizations? And don’t get me started on the poorly trained staff and unclean rooms (got pictures…). So, do yourself a favor : avoid this hotel. It doesn’t even deliver of the basic promises. There are way better options : sleep in your car at least you’ll get the same quality of sleep, for free !
