A great home base to explore Avignon. It’s right in the center so the location is perfect. The rooms are simple but all you need to spend your time out and exploring. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of options, and the staff is very friendly.

Pleasant staff, breakfast was a typical French breakfast. Great location in the heart of the city and we had a balcony overlooking the Main street. Bathroom is run down and a safety hazard. The shower is high above the bathroom floor which requires you to step up about one foot. There was no handrail to help you up. Sulfur smelling water. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your next door neighbor. Rooms were sufficient, but small. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city for a night or two at most, it’s fine but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location . Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast(optional) was delicious with a wide variety of options ( pastries, cheeses, yoghurt, jams and fruit)

Room a bit cramped, but adequate, location couldn't be better the a/c very welcome, the staff , particularly the lady in the afternoon made our stay.

Great location and friendly staffs. However, the room is quite old. Not an ideal place for honey moon but nice for staying for travel.

Location is fantastic. Smack in the middle of town and parking in a public parking house nearby. We got 20% off on the price from the hotel.

The hotel is located directly in the beautiful old town of Avignon. The palace, stores and various restaurants are all within five minutes walking distance. The room service is satisfactory and the breakfast average for France.

Overall a good value. Everything is clean and decent sized rooms. Breakfast is worth the extra cost. Only two negatives, the bathroom is laughablly small and the WiFi is fine but constantly makes you log in. Once every few hours would be fine but every few minutes seems rediculus. Overall happy and would recommend.

This is a great little hotel! My husband, adult son and I stayed for a night in two double standard rooms. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were clean, perfectly heated & comfortable, the elevator was efficient and the location is excellent - in the historic section of Avignon near the Palais de Papes, Pont d'Avignon etc. and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend choosing the breakfast option, and reserving at the nearby Vintage Restaurant for dinner.

Very conveniently situated inside the old city walls. If you have s room facing the street, it can be noisy all through the night as there is a constant flow of traffic and often people till late at night. Great bathrooms and beds. Very clean. The front desk is operated 24 hours with helpful staff.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic! They are cordial and helpful. The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. The only problem was the door to the bathroom didn't quite close. Otherwise we were comfortable and felt well taken care of. We did not take advantage of the hotel breakfast even though it's the least expensive hotel breakfast we've encountered since we began driving through France about a week ago (9€).

A very warm welcome. Nice breakfast. Super location. The room was on the small side. And it's an older building. But for the price, it was a top location and good value for money.

Great location. Even though it was 100 F degrees when we were there the A/C managed to keep the room at a comfortable temp. We had a street facing room on the 3rd level but it was quiet at night. It is an old building but they have upgraded the windows to help mitigate the noise and the outside temperature. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Do some research beforehand to choose a good one.

I'm convinced this is the best hotel for the price and location in Avignon. Great room and great location.
