This place is like a peace of heaven within Avignon. Such a lovely backyard, beautiful rooms. Highly recommended if you want a place to stay far away of anonymous chain hotels. Very private and personal welcome as well as service. And not to forget the hidden star guest Minette. Highly recommended and we always would return without any hesitation. I also recommend to take the breakfast. Lovely setting and high quality, local products (best honey ever tried). To have a decent sized pool after a day of exploring the city is an additional advantage.

Olivier and Laurence have a beautiful house in the middle of Avignon, a short walk from everything. The house and garden reflect their passion to create a special enclave for travellers in the old city. Olivier was charming and engaging and didn't steer us wrong on food, libation and activities. This Chambre D'hôte is a must for discerning visitors to Avignon.

Beautiful!!! we had such a lovely time at Les Jardins de Baracane! it is unbelievable that this magnificent place is in the city- it totally feels like you are in the countryside. My wife and I are retirees and had a wonderful time at this very warm and serene bed and breakfast just a short walk to the center of town. As soon as you walk in you felt the comfort and beauty of their back yard garden area where we sat and enjoyed nature. There is also a very nice pool adjacent to the gardens to cool off after a day of touring. Oliver and Laurence were great hosts; helping us in every way possible with choice of restaurants, and how to get around Avignon and surrounding areas by using trains and buses, and even helped us with our luggage. We were in their Babylone Suite which is on the top floor, it was a spacious room including the bathroom. The stairwell was narrow but we had no problems walking the steps. If you like B&Bs or want a change from a hotel, this is a great place to stay and the hosts just adds to a wonderful experience.

We cannot fault our stay at Les Jardins de Baracane. Olivier and Laurence were perfect hosts. They provided the warmest welcome despite our early arrival and were immediately made to feel at home. The beauty and tranquility of the gardens completely blew us away, it was such a haven! The B&B, indoor and outdoor, is so well designed with stunning details and decor. We were delighted to meet their friendly cat too. Such a wonderful experience and would love to return to this little slice of heaven again!

Les Jardins de Baracane is a haven of tranquillity. The rooms are spacious and considerately furnished. The garden is a joy, with a number of quiet areas to sit and be. The location is good for exploring Avignon and also it positioning near the train station very handy for days out to Arles, Orange etc. The kindness and consideration of Olivier and Laurence is a major reason to recommend a stay here
